I got the turkey tavern on a bakers roll with potato salad and it was good. I also purchased the chocolate rum cake and it was delicious.😋 And Warner the guy that works the register is awesome and was such a big help!!👍🏽

The staff at Honey Baked Ham in the Winston-Salem location are fabulous. They not only offer great customer service but their employees like Kathy offer great family like quality service. I recommend them if you want great service with your great food.

I was very impressed with the store, service and the employees. I walked in went into prepaid line was helped immediately the two young ladies were helpful friendly and greeted me with a smile a hello and wished me a Happy Easter now thats service. Great place would definitely return.

The actual Ham is amazing. No one denies that. But I would start clear of the other food options. The baby back ribs are decent but not worth it in my opinion. The side dishes, in particular the broccoli rice casserole is awful. You could get the same quality from the frozen food section of Wal-Mart. See pics. Cant speak for the sandwiches and lunch food, as I havent tasted it. Overall though, the staff is nice and the place is clean. Just get the Ham, nothing else.

Our ham was a lot more fatty than I would have liked for the price. This was only our 2nd time getting a honeybaked ham. The first time was a resounding success and this time was a catastrophic failure. I dont think we will get another.

Best food and friendly staff!

90 percent of the time, great product. BE AWARE you cannot ask them to open the ham to see if it is full of fat anymore. You need to bring it outside, open it, if it is full of fat you can then return it and begin the process again. This is due to Covid. Just a heads up for those looking for the perfect ham and also getting what you pay for.

Used to go here in Charlotte for lunch and was shocked when we needed a meal last minute for Thanksgiving...ordered online, picked up in store. Although line was out the door and I had a child meltdown midway through line. it only took me 30 minutes. They were staffed appropriately and so the line went quick (even with a child meltdown!) Will definitely be doing it again along with visiting for lunch

My place of employment catered us sandwich boxes and the Ham Classic sandwich was absolutely delicious!!! Chips are very good too! No room left for the cookie but it looks very good! I will definitely go there for lunch now!

Sending my mother in law dinner for her birthday, calling from San Diego placing the order in Winston Salem. Steve was awesome to work with over the phone he was very friendly. He helped me put together a wonderful meal for my family and had it delivered. Great customer service!

Honey Baked Ham is delicious, best ham I have ever eaten. Except long lines right before holidays but they move pretty fast. The ham is worth the wait. They also serve sandwiches too . To avoid the lines you can prepay online, there is a short line for those people. They always unwrap the ham so you know exactly what you are getting.

Still will not let you look at the meat before you leave with it

Reserved a ham online for Thanksgiving. I got there the day before Thanksgiving to pick it up and the line was out the door. It only took 30 minutes to get through the line and all the employees were friendly! Wonderful customer service!

Pre-ordered my ham and turkey for Christmas, figured the priority pickup will be the way to go.Once I got to the location it didn’t take me long to realize that this was indeed the most time takingprocess, not a true priority line! Only one cashier working the so-called priority line, while four worked the regular line. Folks came in the store after I was in line, just to enter the regular line and exited the store before I even received my order. After experiencing Honey Bakes priority service, I have to highly recommend against using it!

Great food, BUT theres no need to preorder because they sell to walk ins first. Had to wait for 3hrs to pick up my reserved ham.Need to change the pre order to sayGRAB AND GROWL.The clerks at the store did thier very best to handle the lines, BUT the management needed to set aside the pre orders then make the walk ins wait for the hams to come out.
