Fastenal is an Authorized Repair Center for Milwaukee tools but don’t expect service unless you have an account there, they won’t help. They will however be glad to sell you a new one without an account. They have competitors.
Wow AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just feel... great coming out of there. I got what I need and I hope to not need anything else but if I do I hope that they have it because their people are GREAT.

They never have what im looking for, i usually find it at lowes hardware or homedepot. Fastenal should change their name to Fastenafewthings. Save your time and go to lowes.
