Great people and good prices

Very expensive first of all and if you have to return or exchange ANYTHING, it wont happen. Always an excuse as to why they cant refund or exchange. They make you an acct and then all of a sudden, it disappears. Horrible place to shop...Amazon has exact items for 1/3 of the price. I will NEVER shop here again.

Really nice restaurant & cookwares supply store that is open to the public with a large and extensive line of high quality items & equipment at great prices. Darren and Scott are very friendly and accommodating - highly recommended for your kitchen/cooking needs no matter the size.

These are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have gone there many times and they are always rude and act like you are a bother. I did have something worked on there and the equipment department were very nice but the people they have working on the sales floor are no help at all. I will drive the extra miles to Greensboro to All state equipment where I am always greeted when I walk in the door and they actually want to help you.

Excellent service

Nothing against the company but there was a company van that was about a foot away from my tailgate going down I 40 and I was going over the speed limit. If you were late to work then get up earlier and avoid putting people’s lives at risk.

Very helpful, large selection

Did not fix issue with our refrigeration unit. We ended up paying 300 dollars for a two day fix. Do not recommend.
