Great place… friendly folks! My sister and i bought these plants in late April and now in September they are still rocking!

Went in with the intention of buying hundreds of pounds of grass seed, but the staff was so rude and condescending about discussing any of the details of what I was trying to purchase that I ultimately just left. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I enjoyed browsing the interesting plants some were quite expensive.

Good collection of supplys, friendly and knowledgeable guy working the counter, even his beard was five star. LOL

Great knowledge of plants, and very friendly service. As to the other reviews complaining about inventory, gardening in 2020 is up 71% from years prior, and a similar percentage for indoor plants. So for a smallish plant store to not have indoor plants at times in the dead of winter is completely normal, people are buying them quickly.

The lady Took 10 minutes to come and help. Then when the lady did come and help she had a attitude and didnt want to help and wanted to be rude. Couldnt answer the questions about the plants we was asking for and then told us we couldnt go and look at the plants. They will never have to worry about my business and its funny because I own a landscaping company and didnt have a problem spending money and was hoping to come up with a contract with the company so we can do business in the future but the visit that I had today will let me know I will be taking my business somewhere else you may want to get rid of her before yall lose a lot more business hope yall have a good one......

Great locally owned small-business with a large variety of products. A true staple of Winston-Salem!

Not much here, no indoor plants under $60 (give me a break!) and the emptiness is not attractive. Better to find another spot.

I just purchased my new home and i needed some plants and products. So i go to reynolda nursery, not knowing what i would experience at this place. The experience was mind blowing, very knowledgeable about products and plants, very helpful and patient. Tthe staff is unbelievable. I had things delivered, the delivery is fast and the driver was polite and awesome. I recommend this experience to everyone i know.

I love this place! One of the few nurseries that will make an effort to find my special or hard to find plant. I realize that just because it is out in the universe doesnt mean it will grow in NC or is accessible, but they try!

I am so glad you guys are open again, and taking the necessary precautions during this crazy time! I appreciate the safety measures your store is taking knowing how difficult it must be to operate this way! This store always has very interesting, plants and I would hate to see this place negatively affected by this pandemic!!

I really enjoy this nursery because the staff is not only knowledgeable but really friendly and wont shy away to help you, I find that prices are always fair and the plants displays stunning! I would definitely recommend this nursery to anybody in the area 10/10

The woman working here is very rude. There are two guys who were very helpful but she would not allow them to be good at customer service at all. Why would anyone choose to treat a paying customer with hostility? Ill never go there again. I was purchasing multiple products and treated like yesterdays trash. I do not appreciate her ill will.

We went here fully intending to buy something and the woman helping us was dismissive, rude and didnt listen at all. When we told her what we wanted, she then proceeded to tell us the opposite of what we wanted and we told her that multiple times but she kept going back to the thing we did not need, trying to sell us it, when we repeatedly said that we were looking for something else. Eventually she told us shed meet us down somewhere in a few seconds to look at some other things and after waiting for about 8 minutes, we went back up only to see her walk up to another customer and start the whole Help process all over again. So we assumed she forgot and so we looked at another plant we liked and I went to ask her if she could help us identify it and she snappily told me that We have people walking around to help, and theyll help you, but right now Im doing this very rudely. Guess what, there was no one walking around, to help. We promptly left, we were rather surprised because this place had pretty good reviews.

We purchased 4 scoops of topsoil on Saturday. They couldn’t deliver it due to being too busy so my husband took a scoop on his truck. Driver told him he would put two half scoops on it. The dirt filled his bucket.The rest was to be delivered on Monday morning by 9:00 a.m. When delivered, it didn’t appear to be the correct amount. We called and spoke with the manager (a lady) and she reassured us that we got 3 scoops of topsoil.We asked to speak to the owner and she told us that he’s never there but she would tell him our concerns.We have done quite a bit i of Business with this company over the years and they have always made things right before. However, it doesn’t appear that is the case now.It is far better I guess to have a dissatisfied customer than to make it right these days.We will take our business somewhere else from now on.K Lloyd

Manager was SO rude and nasty over the phone, actually hung up on me after accusing me, the customer, of making her driver not follow his own policy when making a delivery.Wow! Upset with the customer, not the driver. Driver told several mistruths and the manager Chose not to hear both sides, but rather go with fabricated stories from a driver who, understandably, wanted to cover his own butt, but sadly, at the expense of the customer.Bad Business Practice for Sure.

Knowledgeable staff, but grossly over priced. You can get the same things elsewhere for sometimes half the price or less, but the location is convenient for some, so they are willing to pay extra to not drive further.
