We found ALL the baby shark decor for our trunk or treat here! The employees were awesome at helping with suggestions and choices! They answered all our questions and were friendly with our baby. I really appreciate the wonderful service we got.

Steer clear unless you have tons of time on your hands. Not managed well, long lines, inefficient and uninformed employees. Spent 30 minutes on hold wanting to order balloon delivery because the online ordering was malfunctioning on the website. An employee confirmed that delivery was available, I livr only 5 miles away from the store. I was then told I could not place the order over the phone and had to come in to the store since it was not working for me online. So I go to the store and stand in line 30 minutes only to be told they won’t deliver to my address and was turned away. I wasted about 2 hours on this fruitless process. Just really frustrating.

We usually like going to this party city and even though it says it closes at 10:00 online and on the sign at door they have been closing earlier with no explanation except for we are closing today earlier. A heads up that they randomly choose when to close now. Were pretty simple people and just wanted to pick something up real quick but I guess thats too much to ask. Just update the hours, save some people the drive and time.

When I bought my service was great took my name asked why time to have them ready even gave us 2 balloons. When I returned lost my order they took an hour to decide what to do. The Wan says I think I gave them to someone else I dont know what to do. They made me speak to 2 people they kept saying I we dont know where they are. I told them get some off the shelf. Finally found 1 hour after I got there!!! Poor service at best!!!!

This Party City needs to figure out how to assign employees to balloon vs. regular cashier. Today there were no less than 5 employees at the register/balloon area, and supposedly 2 registers open to customers (lights on). NONE of the employees were tending to anything else other than balloons while people in line just stood there looking at empty registers. There is not one time I’ve visited where I don’t have to stand there in line for what seems like an eternity until someone comes to take care of the registers.

Im not sure that I will be shopping at this Party City again. They have way too much staff congregating by the balloon counter-chatting at that- for only one person to be checking customers out.I didnt even observe someone walk around to ask customers if they need help finding something. It was a disappointing experience.

Bought several items with the curbside pickup. I didn’t receive the balloon weight and my balloons were deflated the same day I purchased them, didn’t even make it for the party. Not shopping with them again. Very disappointed...balloons were guaranteed for 24 hrs. I’m annoyed to the fullest that I paid for a product I didn’t receive and that I was unable to display balloons appropriately. Lost balloons trying to get them out of the car because they weren’t on the weight. Hope I didn’t kill any birds!

They have a wide variety of decorative items Halloween costumes costume accessories candy special birthday things that you just cant get any place else. Little expensive for some things but its a must visit if you want to make a really special birthday for someone

Even though we didnt find what we were looing for. We were greeted when we walked in. I purchased some other merchandise and the check out process was fast. I would go there again.

The clerks didnt seem to know where their products are located in this store each of three different clerks sent me to different aisles to get helium tank, finally a customer pointed me to it right by the entryway

Just came for the first time and they had a huge selection of items. So big I had a hard time deciding what was best! The people (manager and staff) were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean as well.

I have lived in WG for over 10yrs and this store had been my go to for my family events. Today, it changed my mind. I went in to buy few things for my sons birthday and he wanted a gallon, one. The lady told me I had to wait 45min to 1hr because she had online orders. I understand but i asked if they could only do one for my son and she said this is the way it is multiple times. The lady in front of me and my son, looked at us and said I know, it ridiculous. I needed a balloon too. The lady in charge of the balloons needs a class in CSR as they dont care for the customer that is right in front of them. I talked to my sister and she said she had the same experience. Their customer svc has declined.

If you’re looking for for specific items then this is the place to go. Somethings you may find other places like Walmart or dollar tree but because of the distance you can compromise.

Placed a curb side pick up order for two things- 2 packages of balloons, non-inflated. I placed my order on Thursday at 11am. I got an email confirmation for my order that said it will send me another email when my order is ready for pickup. The website said any order before 4pm should be ready within two hours. I never got an email that it was ready to pick up the remainder of the day. I called the next day on Friday to see if there was an error in receiving my order and why it wasnt ready yet. They didnt pick up the phone the first time I called. Second time, I luckily got to speak to someone who could assist me and told me they did get the order and it is ready for pick up. I picked it up on the following Saturday early afternoon and parked where it said curbside pickup. They had a nice sign on the front that said to call the store with the number provided and they will bring it out to you. I called twice while outside and nobody picked up the phone. The phone would literally ring for 5 whole minutes and then they would immediately transfer me on a hold line until it hung up on me. I didnt get to speak to anyone. So damn rude. I just went inside to pick up my order after waiting outside for a while with my kids. There was two people blowing up balloons, two people on register and one person on break in front of the store. This store is so unorganized and dont care about their jobs.

9/2020: Have visited the store since 2014. From Halloween, to Christmas, to birthdays, I cannot say yet I have not found what was needed. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming.Ample parking as well.

Tucked away in Winter Park is this hidden gem. Good-sized location and selection with a friendly staff.

We went for wigs for a photo shoot. The quality of the wig is not the best, so the prices should be much cheaper. It was shedding when we combed it. Something to think about. I got a much better wig a a wig store for about $3 more and can re-use again and again.

I went to this Party City last night for some Halloween costumes which they had and was very pleased. My sons and I met the sweetest girl behind the register though I do not remember her name, she had glasses and started with an A. Her line moved fast, she was very helpful and made my entire night. I live 40 minutes away but would love to visit this Party City again great job!

I tried calling and some one picked up the phone said “Oh my God” and hung up and wouldn’t pick up again after that. Poor customer service.Update: I called again and Jason picked up. He was very helpful in giving me costume advice and was very kind.

Service was great but the place was infested with ants. There was a massive trail from the single serve candy display to the last aisle.

Love to shop whenever having an event. They always have just about anything you need from the simply to elegant for any occasion.

This is worst place to buy balloons. We ordered balloons 4 days before my sons birthday party. We confirmed that the balloons would be ready 4 hours before the party started. I got there an hour after the balloons were supposed to be ready. The balloons were still not ready. It took them an hour and 1/2 to get our order. When I talked to the manager he just said Oh, well. Enjoy your balloons. It was everything I had in me to not RIP that guy a new one. I will never use this store again!

I received the worst customer experience of my life in this store. I was trying to find a grass skirt for a Halloween costume and had already been to another store. The website said that this location had 5 in stock so I headed over. After fighting through the craziness of last minute Halloween shoppers I found an employee to ask about the skirt. She informed me very bluntly that they were not in season so there were none in the store (while chewing on a big piece of blue bubble gum). I tried explaining to her that their website said that they had some in stock to which she just shrugged and again repeated that they were out of season (and continued chewing on her big old piece of bubble gum). I have never been so infuriated leaving a store. I have worked in the customer service industry for most of my life and have never seen such horrible customer service before. It was quite a shock going from the first store where I was warmly greeted and regretfully informed that they did not have the grass skirt to this store where I was treated as an annoyance. I really wish I had gotten the employees name but hopefully she will be recognized by her bad attitude and blue bubble gum (which btw is very unprofessional to chew on the job).

The store was great, the manager not so much. The manager was extremely rude to her employees, including the employee who was ringing us up.

They are regularly out of stock on base line items, This has happened so many times to me that I will not be shopping here again it is a waste of my time. They have nice employees but they need more of them. Went into buy a balloon today, that’s it, it took 35 mins!

All very well except when paying ... the same person who is a cashier also inflates balloons. A lot of time in queue, and not because of the number of people but because of the slowness of the cashier.

We came in very close to closing time. Staff was very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this particular location for anyone to fulfill their party needs.

I had been called to Winter Garden party city for couple days now. Nobody answered their phone! I just want to make sure if they have it before drive for 1 and half hours! Somebody thier the phone!!

Horrible customer service, unorganized inventory and a huge wait with only one register open. Prices were easily 50% higher than other retailers. The cashier who rang up my purchase apparently didnt scan one of my balloons.She brought me to fill up the balloons and realized she hadnt scanned one And told me to go to the back of the line to pay for that balloon as well. The line was 12 people deep so I left without that balloon very disappointed

I went to Party City to purchase some Halloween decorations the store was a little messy but the staff was very helpful they didnt have what I was looking for but trying to help me with an alternative. They do have a large selection of party supplies but the Halloween decorations was only about two aisles so a little disappointing. I was looking for a Halloween wreath and they didnt have one.

Items that are supposed to be in stock in large quantities are not on the shelves and they can’t do nothing about it:(. Customer service doesn’t exist in this store.

Ive been to different Party Citys in Orlando and I must say that this is the cleanest, most organized and friendliest staffed Party City that I have shopped. I was able to find everything that I needed to make my daughters 13th birthday a success.

Had to shop here for my granddaughters birthday and they were very busy. Customer service only was concerned with the people cashing out and did not bother with anybody who needed help in the aisles. I had to wait an extended period to get them to helped me and it was only after numerous attempts that they finally decided to help me.

Drove pretty far out of my way just to get a number 1 gold balloon for my daughters first birthday, but when I got there they told me it would be at least an hour wait. I understand they have orders they need to fill that are called ahead, but for a customer to come in and only need one balloon and be expected to wait for an hour is kind of ridiculous. They had 4-5 people blowing up balloons. Needless to say I will be driving to publix to pick up a balloon.

They are always super busy or always under-staffed!! If youre lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they are always in a rush or puts you on hold. The lines are always long. I deal with them b/c they are the only party store in the area.
