I love their fragrances and they have excellent sales.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The sales associates were very helpful. The store and clean and modern and easy to get to. Parking can be a challenge at times, but the parking is ample. Great sales and products.

Staff was very help. I wanted to purchase a 3 -wick candle but couldnt make up my mind. One of the employees took the time to walk me around the store offering suggestions.

The associations were pretty nice. However, a couple of them had a problem with me being in there too long. It’s a semi-annual sell and people are spending their money, so it should not be the sales associates’ business or problem if people take their time and shop. That’s what messed up everything for me as far as me shopping there.

I visited Bath & Body Works on Thursday 1/21/2021. Wonderful experience as usual at Bath & Body Works Winter Garden, Florida! All Bath & Body Works you get the same pleasant experience! I shopped on this day for my Wallflowers refills. I used my 20% off coupon and I also got a fee gift with my other coupon. I love Bath & Body Works!

Went in tonight at 5:30, we knew they were closing at 6 so we rushed to get our candles and lip gloss. The team member Ross was super helpful and friendly. He made sure we were all set and checked us out in the best way possible. We have gone there plenty of times right before close knowing we have to hurry up and the girls cash us out with big attitudes but not tonight Ross was super friendly!

I went inside to buy a body spray briefly and I found it quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bath & Body Works: Store hours closing at 5pm and at 4:40pm they are cutting off the line of 4 people claiming the line to pay was taking 45min. I insisted and got in just to find out 4 employees walking around and only one at the cashiers. My whole experience took 8min and I left the store with my products. After so many months closed, employees not willing to work!! What a disappointment!!

This store is rediculious! They do not honor coupons they do not honor the emails sent to customers!! They are the only store that will not let you use a coupon when soap is in sale!! This store makes up their own rules and does not honor what they should. Go to any other store!This is the biggest rip off store ever!!!
