It took weeks after paying a deposit to get an installation scheduled. Sales team is lacking experience in properly scoping a simple installation, which caused the installers to not have items. Installers did not arrive with necessary equipment & items, so just left. I had to keep calling this business to get issues resolved & installers scheduled. They do not call you. Installers eventually arrived, almost 2 months after paying. They did half the work, damaged existing wiring and then left for the day with the job half done. 6 days later another crew came out and finished the job and fixed the damaged wiring. 2nd crew MUCH better. Price of service is industry average. No complaints there. Considering my rough experience with these guys I wont use them again and have to recommended them to anyone.

10 years ago, I contactEd this company to install the home camera system after taking to them at the Home show event. The work was really good, I was extremely happy. Luis was so great to work it. 10 years later, it’s time to upgrade the equipment and I went back to the same place. I can’t believe that Luis still remembered me. I also met Bobby who is kindly helping me with anything I asked for. I also got discount for my replacements. The first surveillance company to pop up nearby will immediately put this place out of business. Very obvious with the turnover rate of staff. If you want to see an example of poor management, ask to take a look at the wiring of equipment in the store.

I drove from E Orlando to get help on a covert surveillance item that my husband purchased online. Hes a Private Investigator, and needed to know how to use this item for a case. Bobby was more than happy to show me how this spy cam functioned, even thou we did not purchase it from him. This place is amazing! Like many people, I was in the market for security cameras to keep my family safe. So many people had recommended Surveillance Plus so I had to check them out. WOW! I was so glad I did. Not only did they take the time to come to my house and do a complete security plan, I was then invited to the local store to see my options and price points. Again, WOW! Luis took the time to educate me on the cameras by showing me their performance side by side on a large screen. He explained the pros and cons and helped me pick out the perfect ones for my needs. Cameras are NOT all created equal. This was the most eye opening experience. 2 cameras had basically the same description but the results were vastly different.I can not say enough about the great service, wide selection of products and the educational approach of their team. There was also never any pressure to buy or feeling of being up-sold at any point.I highly recommend checking them out before you buy any security equipment! Too bad this rating only goes up to 5 stars!

This company has made major upgrades to our system. They are excellent to work with. No-nonsense and can handle both simple and complex work. They have treated us very fairly.

Attention to detail and awesome service after the sale (a year later)! Never any pressure before or during the sale. I found that Luis was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all his products.

No one told us that we needed wifi setup to have access to the app, therefore they charged us an extra $120 training fee plus a $25 not home fee which we were home the entire time. Customer service credited me $30 like they were doing me a favor but it really just covers their charge of $25 so it was all for nothing. The rep at the counter was amazing named Bobby, so helpful which was the reason why I chose them. Disappointed with their ability to assess the situation and understand the customer. Ultimately I ended up paying for their mistake. Otherwise with their technician we had a great experience and the guy at the counter as well. Would I recommend to all my clients seeking surveillance? probably not.

I had a Surveillance System installed 3 years ago and it is still working like a charm. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and make sure you are 100% satisfied. 3 years later I just had my DVR upgraded and the technician Jason was excellent. I cant think of a better place to go for one protecting their most expensive purchase than their home, business. I recommended Surveillance Plus to my church to have cameras installed and my church used them as well, and they were also extremely pleased.This company is licensed and insured and their warranty is better than any other company out there. Do you research the longevity of their cameras, life long tech support plus their knowledge make this company one that i can truly give 5 stars to knowing that are always there for you.

I have been a long time customer and vendor utilizing Surveillance Plus and Web Warrior products. Stephen and his team run a tight ship and have some of the most knowledgeable and relatable techs in the Orlando area. The company offers a wide array of products, from top dollar to budget - you can mix and match as you please. Stephen (the CEO) personally gifted my fiance and I a car cam when we passed through to see whats new! LUIS (the Sr. System architect) has been my contact for commercial/residential installs for over 6 years. Their installations are among the most clean and well documented I have seen (and as a Network Engineer, Ive seen a fair share in my time!).If you are considering getting a surveillance system, let them make you a proposal. You will not be let down, and if you have any questions, they will always walk you through your specifications item by item. If you need to adjust your budget, they can accommodate you with a variety of options. I have never had an issue with them as a vendor, and will continue to push their products/service for the foreseeable future.

Though we have not personally hired Survillance plus, but because we work hand and hand with them, we see very easily how good of a company they really are. Luis is such a hard working dedicated team member of the company. -We (Premier Power, Inc) would highly recommend them!

My original ATT router went bad and needed to be replaced. That caused my security system DVR purchased from Surveillance Plus to go offline. Bobby Brown with SP was incredibly helpful in getting me back on line so I could view my cameras while away from my house. Good place - prices a bit high, especially when the option to buy online is so easy. Extremely down side is, when you go to buy something they focus so much on up selling you that they completely turn you off from buy from them at all. I went to buy a DVR and I was very specific as to what I was looking for, needed and wanted. The SALES-MAN did NOT listen to what I wanted, even after repeating it to him very clearly 4 times and he just kept trying to up sell me a very expensive new DVR. Despite me telling the salesman repeatedly what I wanted, the system he was trying to push on me was a lot more than I needed and wanted as well as it was VERY expensive and more than I can afford and was willing to spend, he just kept trying to up sell me. So, rather than giving me what I waned, looking for and needed, he spent his time with me belittling my current system and I walked out without buying anything! They could have at least made a sale off of me (which I had every intent of buying) if he just would of given me what I wanted and asked for. Their loss! Worst is, a year ago, I came in for the same thing on another property I own and asked for the very same thing, and the very same thing happened. But that time it was a different salesman. My guess is, management is pushing on those up sales just a bit to hard.

Drove an hour 15 min... to find out they dont have what I specifically asked for when I called them. They dont listen to their Customers needs!!

Incredibly unsatisified with this company. I had their sales team come to my house and put together a proposal. I was shown a system they were going to put in to my house and shown clarity of cameras. I feel I was misled the entire process.When the installation team came out to install I had a bad feeling. The wiring they did in my bedroom looks like garbage, wires everywhere. One of my six cameras was broken, had to return back a second time to replace the broken camera. The broken camera was replaced with another broken camera which is still broken.I bought 6 cameras, 4 with 135 of nightvision and 2 with 65 of nightvision. So far the nightvision has been proven to be a scam. None of them work.My house was broken into during all of this and I was unable to provide the sheriffs department with any video footage because my brand new hard drive hard already failed and was not recording.The accounts receivable department has no problem calling you and harassing you for payment even though they havent properly got the camera system I purchased to function properly. I was told that I still needed to pay the remainder of my bill even though it hasnt worked properly since installation, and was told that it is a warranty issue now and they demanded payment. Not happening until I get a 3000 dollar camera system that works.Over the numerous times accounts receivable has called me harassing me for payment I have requested to talk to upper management or the owner, it has been over two months and I have still yet to be able to talk to upper management, the owner, or have a camera system that functions properly. Yesterday I spoke with one of the sales associates and apparently one of the brand new cameras I was sold is possibly a return from another customer and they couldve put the wrong camera in there. So why are you selling me returned components? Or used parts? When I signed my purchase agreement it was for brand new equipment, not used or returned equipment.All of this seems like a big cover up to me. The next step is to have them come remove their equipment and make my walls look like they never drilled several holes in them and return all of my money in which they have received or face legal action.
