My husband and I had a good experience with Marco tile we did countertop in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and the price was good for all 3

I had a wonderful experience with Marco Tile Gallery. I bought floor and wall tiles for 2 bathrooms and quarts countertops for the kitchen. The selection was very good, the service was excellent, the quality of the product was great, the time of delivery, measuring of countertops, and installation was so quick, especially now that so many delays are plaguing the construction and remodeling business that convinced me I will absolutely buy from this store again and recommend it wholeheartedly. We had the best experience with Marco Tile with our kitchen remodel!! Our new kitchen looks amazing! We dealt directly with Jesus Nieto and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Paid for titles on Monday, said they should be there on Wednesday. Guest what wasnt there. And I have to call them before they told me the truck was running late. I went to the store Thursday guest what they dont have the tile anymore and the guy is offering me a similar title not even. I just tell him to give me a refund. Poor Service

I Loved my experience with Marco Tile! Osmel was very helpful. He listens to the customer and has a good decorating eye. The store has a very nice selection and it was affordable.

DO NOT USE marco tile as your renovation company. Yelp and BBB has the correct reviews for this company.It was a nightmare dealing with them, Im still waiting on product that the promised was going to arrive 2 weeks ago. I made the mistake of hiring them to renovate our kitchen. A work that should have been completed in 3 weeks top, took more than 2 months. When replacing the backsplash the installer destroy the wall and try to cover it up with paper and drywall compound. The wall was already so damage from the guy hammering the wall to remove the old ceramic tile. I contacted them, a guy showed and say that they do this kind of job and the tile was going to cover the holes on the wall. I decided to replace the whole drywall on my own because the wall was not firm. I gave them a second opportunity to install the tile after I charged the drywall. Again, the same guy failed miserably installing the tiles, I ask for the manager to come back to my house and review the work before it was completed. This time the owner came to my house, and his excuse was that they do not replace drywall, and they will not install it the way we ask them to. After a few minutes, he started screaming and yelling. Very unprofessional and kept telling me that in the time they have in business, they have never had bad reviews. I ask them politely to find other installer to correct the issue and finish the work. He said that if we do not do it there way, they will not do the work. I couldnt accept that kind of work. I ended up taking the tile out, and doing it myself. Later researching I found all the bad review in yelp and BBB. Do your self a favor and research well before doing work with this company.

I visited the store on W Colonial Drive to look at the tiles on display. Jesus Nieto was in the store and simply said to let him know if I needed help he was available. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a tile that was more of what I wanted and could not find anywhere else. Not that I did not see tiles in other store I would have settled for. I came back a month later and again I spoke with Jesus and arranged for him to visit my house for an estimate. I received his estimate, which I found to be more then reasonable. After another month, I finally committed to having the work done.I had the tile replaced from my laundry room through the butler pantry kitchen bathroom and hallway. The tiler used was a father and son who worked so well together and had the job done in 4 days.It has been a month and I still love going into my kitchen and seeing the tile floor. Working with Jesus of Marco Tile Gallery was seamless and a pleasure. He was good about setting expectations.

We had the opportunity to get our floors done by this amazing team and we love them! I have little girls and we need new laminate floors for the house! They look amazing. We are very happy!

I stopped by a Saturday morning at the Orange Blossom trail address store.I was greeted by Julian. I inquired about quartz. I told him the price that a competitor quoted me and I asked if he could match it.He called somebody, who he said was the one that can approve the deal.The price I was quoted by the competitor, was almost impossible to match.The person on the other line approved the quote and gave me even $2.00 less per sq feet.He draw the contract and overall I spent almost 2 hrs in the store. I paid 75% of the total that day. I went home happy that I was going to get my counter tops the following week. On Monday I received a call from Julian saying that the owner did not approved the sale and my money was going to be returned.What a waste of time this people! I did receive my money back.Fortunately I went back to the competitor that did the job very fast and with great craftsmanship, and for the original price.Dont waste your time if you are looking for a deal. You might sign a contract and then find out that was not honor a couple of days later.

Marco installed waterproof plank flooring in all 3 bedrooms. Price included carpet removal and furniture moving and was $100s less than 4 other qotes. Ordered on a Monday and finished by that Friday....great job and very pleased. Marco has done tile work and 2 separate granite countertop jobs for us and all were very satisfactorily completed.

I would count on my experience rather than that of the previous reviewer. The pricing and service were outstanding and the installation crew was great. I would use them again and Ill recommend them to anyone

Tile installed o.k but you will never get any warranty repairs out of them, they did mess up most of my base moldings by removing them instead of stopping the tile in front of it. lose tile, cracked tile and they have not returned one call or email out of the 5 calls and emails sent.

Business never followed up with prices / designs after multiple visits

Bad experience with this company bad floor installation, dirty grout seems 10 years old after only 5 days of installed, Julian mananger and Marco of Owner do not care about customer satisfaction, just charge your money ... I do not recommend them. .

They did me a job that cost $ 4,500.00, they sent me to a 69-year-old person who barely moved, to do it and it was terrible the rolling work, now I have to pick it up and put a new one, that was in the month of July 2017
