Update: Manager called to rectify situation and apologized for breakdown in communication within their departments. They worked with us on the price and we’re now owners of this Transit. Our 7 kids will be happy to go on vacations in Florida with our new family vehicle ****** We went to Gosmart dealer to sign paperwork next day after having been approved for finance for a Ford transit but they had raised the price by $2000. We had a screenshot of the $2000 less advertised price but they said they reserve the right to change advertised price at any moment and referred me to their disclaimer so we just walked out. **** There would be no need to discuss anything further since we told you the salesman acknowledged that advertised price was less and that sale would be as advertised at 37,995. You didn’t even bother to check with the person who helped us yesterday so we will not bother with this type of shady sales tactics you use to draw customers in. We told you we’re business people who would never do this to our customers so we just want to warn others not to waste their time.

My sister and I purchased a vehicle through this dealer and was told that the condition of the car was great. After the purchase and further inspection it was made aware to me that the roof had a huge dent where it seemed to have aftermarket work on it. I was not told about this problem until I reached out after the fact. I was also shown the tires on the van before hand and they were in good condition but they swaped the tires to older ones after the purchase was made when they just said they were going to Bring the car to the back to fix the car. This company is taking advantage of people because of language barrier and false pretense. My experience was not enjoyable I personally do not recommend coming here because they aren’t trustworthy! I bought a 2020 cargo van for 43,000 with 15,000 miles. The repair for the damage on the roof was going to be around 2500 plus the amount of money for new tires. When I told him about the problem they blamed it on me and said that it had to have been our doing but later on their boss apparently told them that it was already there before the purchase and after paying this huge amount they refused to take it back or fix the damage.

In my almost 40 years of life I have never walked into a dealer without feeling attacked and forced by sales people hungry for their commissions!! To me thats a truly turn off which has make me avoid dealers at all cost... Let me tell you something... WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE was walking into this dealer!! We are looking and researching about which truck is better for our need, driving by we saw couple that we wanted to see... We were ready to get attacked by the moment we pulled into the parking lot.... but WOW let me tell you!!! What an awesome, friendly, understanding and full of information treatment we received!!! We are still doing our research and thanks to Jean Carlos we have a lot more of information and know are expectations!! Their way to do business will definitely attract my business and tell everyone I know about him and them!!! Every single dealer out there should learn from sales people like Jean Carlos!!!

Bought a 2017 Convertible Mustang in December and less than 2 months later the engine died. Apparently it had some compression issues that should’ve been detected by the mechanic of this dealer. I put not even 100 miles to this car an I had to pay an extra 8K for a new engine. The dealer took no responsibility at all and didn’t even offer to check the car. They didn’t care about my issue, knowing that they sold me a broken expensive car.I do not recommend this place. You are better off going to a real well known dealer who will look after you from beginning to end. Please do not buy your car here, unless you want through your money away. This is a disgrace of a dealer and I am sure Karma will make them pay for this abuse and robbery.

We recently purchased a Ford F-350 from here. It was a great experience from first phone call to driving away with truck. We have mostly bought from dealerships and I was super suspicious of small used dealerships. They totally changed my mind by explaining so many details of differences from dealership to relational selling, counseled us on credit and borrowing and walked with us through financing.We walked away from being underwater with previous truck to much newer truck with 3.5% interest rate! Saving thousands in interest.The owner was fiscally watching out for us and was amazing. I would highly recommend this team honest family run and very efficient !!

I found the car on offerup and began asking general questions through the app, and they were very, very quick to respond, which I loved. The entire process was so easy and so fast. Bought a car from this place with a Power train warranty days after the transmission went so called the Warranty Dept and they said they dont cover pre igsisting conditions. These people are the worst the are complete con artists.I bought this car for my son and his wife so they would have a safe car for there new born baby and now they have nothing.They have a ton of hidden fees that they dont tell you about they ripped me off im a single mother with handicap child these people are monsters and as far as im concerned should be shut down .

I bought a 2009 Mercedes c300 from this dealer and Ive had issues with the car since i bought it. To start off they gave me half of a key when we were done with the paperwork and ready to drive off (there was no really turning back at that point). There was a a squeak when turning the car from the day i test drove it. They said they would fix it and have rescheduled about 4 times now and still have not fixed it. The car now doesnt turn on and has a leak so i took it to Mercedes Benz to get it diagnosed. The repair and labor is around 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I called them and asked if they could do anything about it, he replied The car is sold as is, were not obligated to do anything. I personally came to this dealership because of the reviews. I dont recommend anyone doing business with them or even going to look at a car. Theyre nothing but liars and scammers. Reply: What accusations? The Mercedes Benz dealer told me that the leak in the car had undoubtedly been over 2 months. The warranty that you scammers sold me does not cover any of the repairs that need to be done on the vehicle. Its taken you over a month to cancel the warranty and still hasnt been done. Ive spoken over the phone with Alpha about how bad of a service you guys have done with the car and canceling the warranty. Theyre baffled at how long its taken you to answer and send back an email.

I bought a 2006 Lexus IS350 from Go Smart Car Sales. I live two hours away from their dealership, so getting the numbers and info figured out beforehand was a must. The salesman I spoke with (Humberto) was very friendly and extremely helpful with answering all of my questions via phone. By the time I got to the shop, I gave it a test drive and John (finance manager) had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Overall, just about as easy of a car buying experience as one could hope for.

I wasn’t expecting even a “LIKE NEW” car because it’s a used car lot, but I was expecting a car that would last me at least a year without any MAJOR repairs. I’ve already had to put over $1000 in repairs on the Nissan Altima that I purchased from them. Also, I chose to purchase the 12mo/12xxx mileage warranty for my car. The day I got home to review the paperwork, I realized the manager who completed my paperwork, Ivan, accidentally input my odometer number wrong by a couple thousand miles. A couple thousand miles makes a difference, so I called the next day and asked for them to change that. They said okay, we will take care of it. They didn’t follow up, and I didn’t follow up because they seemed like honest people, who would take care of their business. Well, here I am today needing to use my warranty that I paid for, but CAN’T because they never changed my odometer reading on the paperwork. I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. No apology or any sense of wrong doing. I was desperate for a car, and I don’t know much about cars but I all I know is that I had to replace my front struts and rack and pinion already. I purchased from them at the end of August 2018.

This is one of the best car experience I’ve ever had. They work hard and nonstop to make sure we left with a car that worked for us. Listen to every detailed we needed and helped us out the very end. They advertise that 100% financing guaranteed approval. Then find out that they only have 1 bank, and if you put $3000. down and pay 400 a month for 5 years they will loan you $10,000. What a joke. Complete waste of time.

Probably the worst communication with a company I have ever experienced. At least 15 times I was promised a call back. The only person ever to call me back was John and that was only the one time. We bought my son a car there about 6 weeks ago. It was a decent car at a fair price, but prior to the purchase we had it checked out and had several safety concerns (brakes, etc). We were promised that we could bring it back and they would repair the items if we would pay for the parts. Great we took the deal and bought the car. It has been a nightmare ever since. Even getting the new tag was difficult and took several phone calls. They went to go get the tag two days before the temporary expired and of course we had to go back out to OBT to pick it up. Before they would hand over the tag to my son the lady said he should leave a review and asked if he would do it now before he left. Feeling like they wouldnt give him the tag if he didnt he quickly did a review (then deleted as soon as he left). During this time and after we asked about them getting the parts to get those repairs done we were promised. Well the guy in charge of that was never there but they would call me back. Never got a call back. Finally with Johns help got an appointment set up for Monday and we got the car their early for what was supposed to be a days work. Well no call (no surprise) so I called Monday afternoon and was told wouldnt be ready but they would call me when it is ready tomorrow. No call Tuesday, had to call a couple of times to find out not ready Tuesday but it would definitely be ready Wednesday morning. Well guess what? Call Wednesday and they said the Mechanic hadnt shown up for two days but would be there in the afternoon. Finally got the car back today and it seems like whatever they did activated the car radios anti-theft device. I will never deal with the in the future. They seem like perfectly nice people and if you want to purchase a car from them, fine, but if it gets complicated, run away because they cant follow the simple tenant of customer service of calling your customer back!
