Large, well-kept, well-stocked Goodwill. Importantly in summer the AC is kept nice and cool (compared to some other local thrift store locations). Nice selection of books and music. Reasonable prices. Their policy of randomly bagging small toys is a bit weird ($4 for a typical bag with - for instance - one Hot Wheels car, one dinged-up Maisto, one naked Barbie and some baby toys?) but a lot of places do that now. Overall, worth the stop as like all local Goodwills the stock turnover rate is pretty good year-round.

It’s Huge!!!! Super clean very good merchandise very well organized more than ample parking and definitively better than some chain stores!!! The prices are super low!!!

Hope you like this nice building, you are paying for it and the CEO’s nearly half million dollar salary. This company should be ashamed to sell a more than half worn pair of Sketchers for $20. $17 dollars for a disgusting pair of.... STARTER’s!! $19 for generic Payless shoes.... $15 for no tread horribly stained pair of shoes so worn you can’t tell what they are. Couldn’t give them away at a garage sale.

A top-of-the-line Goodwill store. Large, clean, neat, organized and stocked full of items. Found a lightly used pair of sport shoes for $16. Seemed like a good buy.

The prices are decent and the quality of the clothing is very good for being donated. You can also find new stuff mixed in as well as other items. Books media and furniture paintings

Prices have recently raised over 50% on most items, better off choosing one of the other many Orlando locations who arent price gouging on used clothing/items, many of which have much better selections.

The store is well organized. They have recently rearranged the store, which gives more space down isles making it easier for customers to social distance while shopping. Customer service is also 👌. If you frequent this store often you will find great hidden jewels.

Employees are nice. Ive been here many times and Ive never had any issues. Theyre always friendly and they have several check-out lanes open so the line goes fast. I find a lot of name brands here, like J Crew or Vera Bradley or Van Heusen. Store is clean, except for the occasional item. Today I saw a really gross purse. It was filthy and I am guessing they only put it out in that condition because it was an expensive brand. In case you dont know, Goodwill does not wash their stuff. They inspect the items but for the most part the donors are responsible for the cleanliness of the items. Totally would have bought the purse if it wasnt so dirty. 🤷

Its getting a two because its a nice building and the guy who checked me out was cool but there wasnt much, the store is all backwards and all the signs are wrong and label the wrong area. The prices were really high! I didnt see any electronics and stuff that had holes in it and parts of the shoe missing were asking more than they should if it was new quality. I mean 4.19 for a pair of no good boxers..... 20 dollars for shoes that should go in the trash.... but the building is nice

Doesn’t accept bed frames or headboards. The lady at the drop off was rude about it too. I’m sure they don’t have any problem taking other items, that are easier to make a profit on. They won’t be getting any more of my items to resell.

I love this place! They get lots of store close outs so a lot of it is new! Like a giant indoor yard sale! Tons of great finds to be found.

I totally understand the mask mandate in our country at this time. However, I dont understand the rudeness to our 83 year old mother. She is unable to wear one due to serious COPD. Be kind and compassionate please! Do not chase her around the store with a mask ( as she was trying to find me to pay for her items). Kindness goes a long way. Hateful attitudes are just not needed in these trying times. How about next time you say I totally understand your situation but it is store policy. Then help the person find their family or friend over the loudspeaker. Another thing dont bring her a mask in your dirty hands( you had been putting merchandise on the shelves...are those things sterilized?) to wear. Honestly we wont be back to this Goodwill again, but maybe this post will help the next senior citizen. Just last year alone I spent over $ 500.00.at Goodwill.Guess you are doing well enough and can be rude to customers. Have a great day!

Store is big and bright - the older lady at the fitting room was horribly rude. I’d think twice before shopping here again!!

The experience would’ve been nice if I wasn’t being profiled.

Prices for furniture are good. Didnt like that I had to stand in line 3 different times to buy a love seat because someone had removed the price or that after buying it it was left out on the sales floor with my name and phone number on full display. We were there for an hour after I paid for it as I hadnt even got to look at anything yet due to going from one place to another and having to stand in line 3 times to purchase it and it was never moved from the sales floor. It was also not noted anywhere that the power cord was not there so now Im trying to find a replacement so the recliners work which was the whole reason I bought it.

As big as it was lots of things seem to be in disrepair and and I didnt find a lot of significant savings.. But the people were very friendly.

This is by far the best thrift store within 20 miles. It has a wide selection of items and the prices, while slightly high, are acceptable. I have however, found quite a few things here. This store has nicer items than many of the surrounding stores. I enjoy each shopping trip I make to this location. It is also 45 minutes from me, but well worth the drive. The only thing that would make it better would be lowering the prices a little bit. Then the store would be perfect as thrift stores go.

Social distancing was not one of the good things. Its new so it was busy. Mask, sanitizing, & barriers for cashiers. Cashier was not pleasant. But I did get several good deals so it made up for the pleasantries.

Clean store, friendly staff, wide selection. Unfortunately, like most people and businesses they have been hit by the pandemic and their response has been to raise prices across the board. Im sympathetic to the fact they have programs to run and people to house, feed, and cloth. But so do millions of other people right now.

Ive gone to this goodwill every week for 4 weeks. Never once have I found a tag that is the color of the week, I am beyond certain they remove those colored tags so people cannot buy something 50% off. Its just slimy, why even have a color of the week? If youre going to be shady about your deals, dont even advertise them. Prices are high as well. Goodwill has lost their minds.

It is a big Goodwill. Lots of clothes, kids stuff, some furniture, and books. It is picked up, no clothes on floor etc. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have a medical condition that does not allow me to wear masks. However they were quick to tell me that my medical condition didnt matter thatI had to wear a mask if I was in their store! I left... Masks cannot be worn by everyone...and if a medical condition exists then we should not be forced!

First time at the new Goodwill and it was great. We didnt spend a long amount of time but were able to find what we were looking for. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful and the store was clean and spacious.

Good staff, prices and merchandise

Horribly rude and hateful to those with medical conditions who cannot wear a mask. The managers threatened to call the police on me, then taunted and made disparaging remarks, telling me that I don’t believe in science and sarcastically saying to have a good day as I left. Not respectful at all, and very discriminatory against people with disabilities. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Sports jerseys used to cost less than $4 no matter if they were for kids or adults. Then, Goodwill figured people were reselling on ebay so all of a sudden jerseys were $25-$50 for adult and over $10 for kids, even when they sell the fake ones - and there are a ton of fake jerseys for sale. Super slow at the register in the old location and the new one. Go to Edgewood Childrens Ranch instead. They appreciate your donations more and have much better prices.

Only 1 day for seniors, 1 day for Veterans. Why do we have to shop around their schedule?

This goodwill is huge I came in for just a pair of sunglasses and walked out with a candle stick I was not planning on buying. A associate greeted me at the door. Twice I got lost and had to ask where suff was once for the sunglass section and once for the wears section. Every one was super friendly and very helpful. I will say this I was not impressed with the fact that all the sunglasses were just thrown into a basket. The wears section at least had shelves and was organized. I will most likely come shopping hear next time I need Cosplay stuff to alter and because I did not get a chance to look at any of the clothes.The GPS tried to get me to go through a camp site that was not necessary. This goodwill is across the street from the Captain Ds on the left side of the road directly off W. Colonial Dr. Just past S. Park Ave.

The store was organized and they had a good selection of items. The staff was great and respectful. They asked if I had a rewards card, which I was not asked at any of the others I went to after spending about 600 in items, so I know theres no way Ill be able to get those points.

Every worker Ive dealt with is very nice, friendly and helpful. Prices are going up, some ridiculous ! And in some cases, Ive seen broken things on the shelf. I dont care if its onlyl $1.00, who wants to buy something with the head knocked off !

Goodwill is very over priced. You can get kids shirts at old navy new on sale for $3 while here at goodwill theyre $3.49. It shouldnt be this much, for one they were used and second donated. Other items like dishes and decor are also overpriced. Goodwill do your research around you and compare your prices, Im sure you guys will sell way more if your prices were more comparable.

Enjoyed shopping. But the staff was rude. And the prices on name brand stuff is to high. Also there was a hungry homeless man. He was asking everybody to help him get 3 shirts and 2 pair of jeans. The managers told him go somewhere else and ask for a free hand out. I personally think the manager could of did a write off and gave them to him. Because after all most everything is donated free.

So overall it was a nice store. .....but I was trying to c a price on an item, ....the sticker was in half......and a guy that was working there was rude to me. I feel as though he thought I was doing something wrong, I told him all is good, but he continued to question me. It made me feel like a criminal, and I had done nothing wrong. The store had a lot of good items. Ill go again, but if I get treated that way again then I will never go again. Have a great day

One of my local thrift stores. I go here for clothes and stuff. I like the location because it is in the same plaza as my doctor and my dentist and the dollarstore. The prices are good and everything is organized and easy to find. I have had great luck several times, that is why I keep coming back.

Most of the selection I saw were older woman clothes. Not a lot of junior stuff. Surprising cuz of the location.. Guessing all the cute younger clothes get picked over quickly.

Love shopping at this goodwill! The staff is always very helpful, love the cashier ladies(theyre awesome), and live the varieties they get there.I go in there atleast once a week.

The staff is always friendly and the store is always busy. There are not a lot of infant/toddler clothes but there are plenty of children, ladies and mens clothes. I still managed to find my son work pants, me a pair of jeans and some infant/toddler clothes for my 2 grandbabies.

One of the cleanest Goodwills I have ever been to. Long lines for 2 cash registers. They keep reorganizing so its really hard to find some things but otherwise its pretty good!

Probably the smallest Goodwill ive ever seen but ive never had a issue here. I am not a fan of charging people outrageous prices for used items though so I only come here to look at the books.

Love this store, great deals, low prices and lots of good items and every purchase helps someone down and out get back on their feet with a job a hot meal and a place to stay. They do more to help working Americans than walmart and the rest of corporate america who makes themselves and china rich while screwing us.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but.. They have a horrible staff. I had an employee yell at my 4 year old because he didnt put a toy Exactly were it is supposed to go.I wont be returning. Clermont goodwill is much better.
