They have many different items that are reasonable price. The store is clean and the employees are quite helpful when asked. I had a good experience shopping for my granddaughter bday and plan on going more often

Love this store but somethings arent that great of a deal and you overpay. Stay focused on what you really save on is simply appliances like steam mops, toaster ovens and wireless keyboards or quick home fixes and repair tools.

Great customer service as well, my cashier was Zoey who was very friendly and even helped me find a few items I needed. The furniture lady Sarah also helped me with the questions I had about the sofas and which ones they had in stock. Overall great visit and I will be back.

Good prices and found exactly what we were looking for.

Heard a lot about Big Lots & went for the 1st time. It was ok. Not as great a deal as made out to be. Most stuff I use didnt have any better prices as Ive found at other big box stores. They did have broyhill merchandise but name does not always equal quality. The broyhill furnishings were nice and I presume at good prices, I have not looked for furniture lately.Store was clean, employees were nice, shelves stocked. Many things to choose from, from furniture to personal items to gardening. But again everyday products were not that great of price for drive to Big Lots. If in the area or live around it, it would be a go to store.

My first paying job as a teenager was working at a 7-Eleven on Hwy 434 in Longwood, Florida. At that time in my life I had very little interest in much more than having a day job as a front and making my $4.25 per hour when minimum wage was still $3.35 per hour. Serving the customers that came in the door was almost a nuisance in my mind. Thankfully that didn’t end up as my career path. I starter working as a professional automobile technician at the Suzuki, Isuzu and Honda dealership in Sanford, Florida. Some things changed in my life and I moved to North Carolina. I worked at a very large Honda car dealership in Raleigh and thankfully they taught me what customer service actually was. It’s what builds relationships and keeps clients coming back for your services time and time again. It’s what keeps the doors open and pays your paycheck. It kept me employed and I bought my first brand new home when I was only 22 years old. By 30 years old I was the shop foreman and actually responsible for the customer service practices of 23 men and one young lady that were automotive technicians. By 38 years old I opened my own auto repair shop specializing in, but not limited to, Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Customer service fed my family and allowed me to buy a larger brand new primary residence on a 75 acre pond, a townhouse in Emerald Isle, North Carolina and acreage in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s actually very simple, customer service that is. Consider the fact that you are representing the company or brand that you work for at all times you are in uniform. If you do that, the money will come. It also feels good to help people believe it or not. Recently, I was on a two week visit back to the Central Florida area. On the very morning that I was leaving town my BMW 550i decided to indicate the left rear tire pressure was low. I also had to pick up my adult daughter on the other side of Winter Garden where she was visiting my ex in-laws. I needed to purchase 2 more pairs of memory foam Dearfoams slippers as last minute gifts. Procrastination 101, I know. I was at the Big Lots on Dillard Street just as they opened. The very first employee I saw was Zoey. I told her it may be a crazy question, but I asked if she knew where I could get air for my tires. I wasn’t really trying to ruin a $300 Michelin. She asked “do you mean a compressor?” then went ahead and directed me to a nearby WaWa that had air and it was free. They didn’t even have WaWas when I still lived in Florida. Zoey could have dismissed my question, but she gave me great customer service at that very moment. I’d bet she provides the same service quite often. She had no idea I was running late to pick up my daughter and had a 600 mile drive ahead with my elderly mother. My car was packed to the maximum capacity. I had my mom’s dog and pen set up. My daughter was in a brace recovering from ACL knee surgery. The trunk was so full I had to threaten my passengers not to open it. Zoey helped me out in an area that wasn’t exactly part of her job description. But, if you think about it, that was just good customer service.

The staff in this store is amazing, always super helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well-kept, as well.

Im recommending this store again. Theyve updated lots of merchandise and the prices are so affordable! Ive always had good luck finding that *something* different at a great price. They have a great selection of furniture and pet items. They have Chuckit dog toys at crazy low prices. And a wonderful assortment of holiday decorations, too. If you havent been there in a while, try it again.

Came here with a friend and found some really good deals, and some items that I definitely want to come back for!

They changed so much and prices has went up ridiculously when you can go to Walmart for less and better dates.

Went to buy a vacuum, 20% off signs lined the shelves there were at least five under all vacuums. The one we chose was $19.99 and it clearly said vacuums priced as $19.99 are now $15.99 when we got up to the counter she said oh but not this vacuum its only on carpet cleaners. I took her to the isle showed her the signs that stated vacuums and carpet cleaners, as you can clearly see in the photos. She said just not off this one. Scam! Im sure they say that about every vacuum you bring up to the front oh just not this one. Very disappointed, obviously bait and switch.

This place is always fun to go in. You can find some odd stuff and also stuff that you might need for a much lower price.

You can get get some great deals and find some interesting things at Big Lots!

Always a good visit with incredible prices

The place was very clean and the sales associate was very attentive and called the manger down for me. I did not get a chance to look around much as I was here for a job interview. Jan made me feel a little more at ease with her light humor. I enjoyed meeting her and taking with her during my interview.

Havent shopped there in quite a while but today needed a bigger pot than I had to make a soup. Found it at a great price. While I was there saw sectionals for living room at great prices and they were Broyhill. Looking for a bargain I highly recommend shopping at Big Lots.

We bought a sectional and accessories today. It took us several hours to decide and during that time, Jan and Laura were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and encouraged us to take a much time as we needed as the had a good selection. Thank you Big Lots for having such wonderful people in your stores.

Big lots is a very good place to find cheap items. There is a variety things you can shop from, from toys to bedroom items. I highly recommend Big Lots a place you should go when you are looking for something.

Its definitely not like it used to be where you could always find outstanding deals and unique things. They used to be known for having closeouts and discontinued items. Now days, they have regular stock and the prices are right in line or higher than Walmart, Target, etc. Occasionally Ill luck up and get a good deal on something special. For example: I found 2 tubes of Cover Girl Oh Sugar tinted lip balm for $2 each. They carry the DARE brand lemon cookie thats from Canada. So I do stop by on the way home from work occasionally just for those cookies. But if you want outstanding deals (like Big Lots was years ago), check out Ollies. Its about 6 miles east. Intersection of 50 and Hiawassee.

Love big lots always has nice things. Not always stocked up I usually go and have to come back cause they do not have what I need but when they are stocked I love it.
