Incredibly fast service dropped off five uniform shirts mid afternoon on a Friday and they were done within three hours! Beautifully stitched not a stray string in the school logo perfectly level high quality color. Pricing was fair honestly expected it to be higher.We will most definitely be returning in the winter for our cool weather clothing to be done.

I was putting together a last minute Retirement gift for an employee and wanted to get a golf glove embroidered. I wasnt sure I was going to be able to get it in time, but figured Id give it a shot. I was first told a day or two, which I was fine with, then she came back and said she could do it right then if I didnt mind waiting. I was so grateful. I’ve recently started a customized and embroidered cap business appropriately 5 month ago. After contacting several other embroider companies, Leyla was the only one who would even attempt to provide the unique design needed. I have had orders which arranged 50 caps to one. By far the best embroidery shop I’ve ever been too. I originally spoke with Leyla over the phone and sent her an email with an attached image that I wanted to be embroidered onto a material that I have. She told me to come in the following day by 1pm, and when I got there she had everything prepared to start my project. I asked if it was at all possible to pick up the next day and she said come back in two hours. Sure enough, she texted me a picture of the design all done before the two hours even passed. Quality and placement was a lot better than I expected. Leyla was a great person and she runs a professional business. I highly recommend this place!

Wow! I was very excited to see the custom embroidered polo shirts. They were even better than I imagined. Leyla was very responsive via email and the design and pricing was arranged before I entered the store. Very professional and prompt. Fast 1 day turnaround. The stitching on the shirts was very neat. While requesting certain monograms - she was being very short with me and I didn’t like that.What she failed to realize when she was saying, “we can’t do this or that.” ....this was my first time visiting and so, I had no idea what her capacity or capabilities were. So, while being short and impatient did not help me to understand this. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. I know other reviews say otherwise, but this was my FIRST visit to her shop and so this was my experience and impression.The turnaround time was fast and the monogrammed items were done as previously reviewed. I’d go in there again because maybe she was having an off day or something. If, my experience is better or worst.
