I visited this BBQ store on 2-27-21 (same day as Butch)and found the service extremely helpful and attentive. If Butch was so disappointed on his first visit, why did he bother driving across town for a 2nd visit if he was so pleased with the other BBQ store he is promoting?? I am hereby calling FAKE NEWS. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!! You will not be disappointed!

Never knew this place existed, but happened to go to the computer store next-door to pick up some components. I came back a few weeks later to see what they had inside and was impressed with the selection of different rubs, spices, smoking woods, and smokers. I ended up chatting with the attendant for about 30 minutes on smoking techniques, his favorite rubs etc.I picked up two rubs and some wood and it turned out to be some of the best wings I’ve made in a long time. These aren’t the rubs that you’ll find at Publix, many of them are select rubs made by barbecue pit master teams across the country. I’d suggest this store for anyone looking to get their BBQ fix, up there smoking game, or just learn more about the art of barbecue.Who would’ve thought a small little shop can make such a big impact. Definitely worth a visit!

We visited the “store” on Saturday 2.27.21. We were the only customers there and the owners couldn’t have cared less (as if we were intruding). They weren’t friendly, helpful or inquisitive. Zero attempt was made to find out why we drove from the other side of town to see them. I wasn’t disappointed or surprised because this is the 2nd time that it’s happened. If you’re looking for a real BBQ store check out Gentry’s BBQ General Store. They have it all and they truly appreciate your business.

March 1st 2021Just left my favorite BBQ SupplyStore. I have been a customer since their doors have opened. Their sauce, rubs injections etc are all some of the very best on the market. These guys don’t sell gimmicks. Great place for ALL of your BBQ needs!! It is a cool little Q shop connected to an IT company. The guys do their IT work during the day and leave the fun stuff (BBQ) to the evenings and weekends!They are knowledgeable and very fair with their pricing. They also have a BBQ team that competes from time to time and their BBQ is DELICIOUS!!They also host cooking classes from time to time, if you can ever catch one. DO IT!

Great place for your bbq and smoking needs, so many rubs, sauces, glazes, and injections to choose from. This is the place to find what none of the stores carry. Service was great and very knowledgeable. I will only go here for all my needs from now on.

I stopped by to look at a grill and ended leaving with a brand new GMG Jim Bowie Pellet Grill....They have competitive prices and their customer service is top notch. Both owners are a great example of what customer service should be. Well be back soon for accessories and to pick out some different rubs.

Fantastic bbq shop in Orlando. Chris was great to talk to and so knowledgeable about all things bbq. Loved the selection and the customer service was FANTASTIC. My only regret was not being able to spend more time there, haha. They also offer bbq classes which is something I totally would have done if I lived in Florida. Looking forward to connecting again next time Im in Florida.

The megabyte bbq hickory bacon rub is incredible, I highly recommend asking Jeff for some tips. If youre ever in the market for a smoker thatll change your bbq life, this is the place to get it.
