Fun, family-friendly ice cream shop with varied seating, and a couple of patio tables for outside dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Importantly: GREAT ice cream. The peanut butter blast is the peanut-buttery-est peanut butter ice cream I have EVER had. The midnight dark chocolate is no “mere” chocolate ice cream (and incidentally goes great with peanut butter). A welcome fun stop when we’re driving through the area.

It was the first alcohol infused frozen treat Ive tried and has become my favorite. Theres the perfect amount of Alcohol in it that makes the ice-cream enjoyable but with a kick. Very similar to having a frozen margarita! Pro is this costs around $4 each for ice cream, worth it for the quality! Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

The frozen cow is a sweet little treat for the lovers of ice cream. The young man who serves us was soo polite. There are so many flavors including kid friendly choices and all are delicious. You must get a freshly made chocolate chip cookie.

Cant believe the high reviews of this place, Id give it zero stars if I could. 1st of all the owner would not provide samples, cited Covid. Really? The regular Vanilla Ice cream itself had an off flavor...almost boozy. The hot fudge was Chocolate sauce out of a squeeze bottle. Even the slightest attempt at customer service from the owner wouldve been nice. There are much better options around...dont waste your time.

I love Frozen Cow Ice Cream so much that I hired them to cater dessert at my wedding! The unique flavors are amazing and the quality of the ice cream is superb. Everybody loved the idea of an ice cream sundae bar and frozen cow delivered above and beyond. Frank was so kind and accommodating. I especially loved his enthusiasm and excitement! I will most definitely be hiring them in the future for any occasion. And of course I will be in there shop any day of the week!

So one of the best local ice cream in winter garden. I love that they are one locally made ice cream parlor. They have loyalty program as well every tenth ice cream is free with there reward card. Best ice cream in town! Not sure what they do or how they make their ice cream but every flavor is delicious! My favorite is the Grand Marnier. It is wonderful and the salted caramel is fantastic as well. Dont leave without getting one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies, yum! Enjoy

The ice cream was great. But the guy told me and my friend he is cutting us off of trying samples after four flavors only. We are not kids. We are grown men w money. The person working there was very nice. The shop was very clean and brightly decorated. My husband had a brownie sundae and I had raspberry chocolate ice cream, both very good. I thought the prices were a little high, but otherwise, a nice place.

I’m not much of an ice cream fan, but I always make an exception for Frozen Cow. While there’s nothing particularly notable about the location or setting, the ice cream itself is excellent and inventive!

This place has the best ice cream Ive ever had. The parking is super small which is a downside, but totally worth it!

It was a short and sweet visit and the variety of flavors for ice cream was amazing. Very clean and welcoming, I would definitely recommend it to anyone whos an Ice Cream lover (and if theyre an adult, check out their Adult Only flavors as well which look very nice).

This place was ok, I got the black cherry ice cream, taste like medicine. But the c is for cookie ice cream was tasty my teeth looked like smurfs after I ate it but this place is worth it for children.

Very disappointed with the poor attention to the little customers! I went today around 5:00 pm with a group of 6. There eas only one customer in the store. My 3 year old daughter caught her hand in the door and had 2 fingers bleeding and swollen. One of the owners was annoyed by my daughters crying. He never approached us. I had to ask him for ice or something cold across the room and he said he had nothing. I left. I was disappointed for the lack of compassion. There was only 1 other customer in the store, he could have shown some small degree of caring... but instead, he seemed annoyed.For a minute, I didnt know why I was so disgusted by the owners reaction... but when I entered in the nearby pizzeria to ask for ice and the ran to the back to get it and came back with a little bag of ice and said kind words to my daughter to calm her down, I knew what the owner at Frozen Cow was missing: human decency. Needless to say that I will never again visit that place.

Great ice cream. It really has a homemade taste. They have traditional flavors to a liquor section. They are open late and always provide great service.

Came in and tried 3 different flavors and didn’t end up buying an icecream. Thankfully I didn’t though because it was expired icecream and got me sick!!!!!! Also the manager was very rude I do not recommend coming here. Save your money and go somewhere else trust me!

This is an unexpected gem in a hideous shopping center! When I opened the door, I felt like we were somewhere else. The ice cream here was really high quality. I didnt love my flavor, but I shouldve asked to try it first. My mother got the black cherry and it was delicious! The ice cream has a really nice smooth texture. That being said, it was really overpriced, and the staff was just okay. An employee came in raving about the parking situation and complaining very loudly, which seemed kind of inappropriate to do in front of a lot of customers.

Ice cream was awesome! They are very expensive and charge a dollar more for a waffle cone to an already over priced cone. Dips are very small. They had one person waiting on the 10 people in line at I would say the busiest time of the night. Wont go again.

I am really sad. We are regulars here. All Icecreams have been changed used to be very creamy and high quality. The Vanilla I got tonight sadly tasted like an ice milk with tons of sugar topped with Herseys syrup. I used to get hot fudge. I am not sure what has happened but we were sadly dissappointed.

Always liked this place since the beginning but had a rough experience with them and Door Dash tonight. We ordered a shake and an ice cream sandwich . It took a little longer than we thought but no big deal . However. When it got here the shake was spilled in the bag and the lid was loose so when we pulled it out it spilled everywhere. Weve been to Frozen Cow a bunch of times and always had a good experience so I figured I could just call and let them know what happened and see if it could be worked out. I was told that the shakwswas fine when it left the shopi so it must be the fault of Door Dash and he didnt see how that would be my fault. Well, maybe not but it is your business name that I was buying from and the fact that there wasnt even a I am really sorry to hear that but, instead,a big defensive response about how Door Dash was late and so on really left me with a less than positive feeling about the business and thats a shame. The truth is, its their name I associate with the product and while I know they cant control a contractor I dont think offering to replace the shake would have constituted a large hardship for them and it would have gone a long way with us as my 12 year old used his own money to pay for the shake and barely ended up with half of it . Now instead of a good feeling from good service recovery and a continued loyal customer we will think twice about going back. All over milkshake.
