Purchased 14 trees !!! Followed by the recommended fertilizer!!!! Within a week trees starting to die!!! Company provides no warranty or support!!!

Employees and management are easy to deal with and have a lot of knowledge

I am an interior designer who has shopped here for a few years now. This being said I bought a few hundred dollars worth of plants and shrubs from them late Friday afternoon. I went to return 3 plants this morning. Anyway, I read the receipt and it said they would accept returns with a restocking fee. No problem, I go to return and they said oh, no, we dont do returns. I explained thats not what is stated on the receipt. She would not do it. They have lost my business, both professionally and personally.

Customer service is top notch! Plants are very healthy and beautiful. Highly recommend!
