Linda and Darrin are the BEST !!!!! I have been renting here at Simply Self Storage for LOTS of years and they are the best !!!!! The facility is super clean and safe with lots of gayes and security code checkpoints....The management is so friendly and that makes a world of difference.....I wont be renting from anyone else .....Linda is awesome

👎👎Horrible experience since day 1. Ive been here 1 year and were by the 5th time my gate code does not work. No customer service available. Id definitely NOT recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches. UHAUL is where its at. Actually any other storage facility minus SimplySelf Storage... BEWARE... BAD BUSINESS

Ive had many experiences with other storage unit s and by far Linda from the winter garden store tops them all. She is curtious and always has a friendly smile to welcome you.

I just got my storage today and Burgundy was working who was a charm of a lady. Made my transaction go smoothly.

After one year as customer they decide to change my rate, from $253 to $325, no prior notification, $864 increase on year, this is absurd and abusive, moving out asap, stay away!! other options available in this area way more affordable, they know after moving in most people will take this abusive price increase, not me!

The location is good, the personnel are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, the security is as good as any other storage unit location. Inside units are available and often necessary due to hear and humidity. Boxes that are sold are not as good quality as what you can get from U-Haul.

I am new to area & was needing a storage unit asap. Called & received great service but needed a call back on a question. The prompt return call by Francis Dinorcia was greatly appreciated and answered my question in a pleasant tone. Went to site to look at 2 different size units, was greeted at entrance by all which was nice. Talked to the employees about the facility which all was very knowledgeable and enjoyed the experience and input by all. Sharon Hamilton being the property manager did an awesome job overseeing the transaction and made me feel very comfortable with keeping my items there, great experience!!! The staff are very friendly and great to work with . The facility is clean and I really liked that they had carts and dollies available to move boxes more easily and quickly. The prices are competitive too. Great place to store your stuff.
