This is absolutely and by far one of my favorite Publixs thank you for the staff for being so kind and courteous and every order Ive ever had has come out fabulous keep up the good work you guys

They cannot get a simple sub order correct. A turkey and swiss with spinach black olives and jalapeno peppers. Mustard salt& pepper a VERY SIMPLE SUB, they have messed it up 3 times!! The sad part is, it was an online order and everything was WRITTEN OUT, Im all for equality in hiring, but when they cant read a simple sub order maybe its time they were placed in another department!

Today I had my first pick up order from this Publix. Service was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with the texts from the person filling my order. Their competence helped me to fill and substitute with items of my choice. Thank you Publix for your outstanding public service as always. Love shopping at my neighborhood store.

I like this store because it has wide aisles. It is clean and well organized. The prices are high but I still like shopping here. It is close to home.

Good, we are Publix shoppers 85 percent of the time. Always clean, well stocked, good lighting, helpful staff, fair pricing, good selection, very good deli. If anything negative I would say parking lot requires some work.

This review focused strictly on the current (as of this date)Deli Department. This is our Home Publix . We have been coming here for many many years and could live on their subs. The store is clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Lately, there has been some kind of issue 99% of the time related to simply getting a sub. Whether in-person or ordered online(order not even being done), they are always out of something, no matter the time of day. Whether it is a specific type of bread(Or having any bread at all), certain toppings or the capacity to make a specific sub. If you can successfully get the sub made as you hope, the next roll of the dice is if you get the combo and need a drink. They seem to be having trouble keeping the Fountain drink syrup in stock consistently as well. The last time I was there they had no bread and were out of at least 3 of their fountain drinks. I just left and went to the Publix across from Legoland and had no issues with anything. It is purely an ordering/prep issue in their deli. Par Level adjustments?

Clean store is well stocked with accommodating employees. often begs fir donations though either at the register or at the door, without the opportunity to investigate the charity when asked for money on the spot like that.

The store and the pharmacy both get all of my love. This is my go to Publix where I live and I will never cross sides with another store. All the employees are helpful and kind and all of the above. The store manager is hot and the ice cream is always colder than Alaska in the winter time. I’m gonna mention the degreeOf the ice cream because who wants hot ice cream? Publix gang for life! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I shop here often and am always impressed. Some prices are a little higher than other discount stores but Publix isnt trying to compete for that market segment.

This store is basically like every other Publix in Central Florida, not nearly as good as the Publix on either Coast. They insist on ignoring my requests for different food items even though they say they will get them in, and Ive had success at other Publix out of Winter Haven Florida. like all Publix theyre very overpriced and if youre not shopping their BOGO youre probably not getting a good deal at all. not a fan of Publix anymore, I used to love them. Given their political nonsense as well as other aspects of their business from the corporate level down, I am no longer a Publix fan.

Clean Shower keeps shower walls from growing mold. Spray it on the walls when youre done showering.

This Publix gives EXCELLENT customer service. I often buy several gift cards at a time each month. This particular Publix always places the receipt with the gift cards. This small extra effort makes a positive difference with the number of gift cards purchased and sent out of state. Thank you for making shopping your location a pleasure

The pharmacy dept is lousy at customer service. I had friends take to pick up my medication after being discharged from hospital. I was told to come back in a couple hours. I was on pain medication and wasnt suppose to drive however they said I had to come back. So I had my friend from across town to take me back to pharmacy. When I got back again I was missing muscle relaxers. I called pharmacy again and they said script was ready for pick up and just said they were sorry. Now Im too wore out to go back and will have to make do without the medication. Loosy lousy service!!!

My wife and I visited my brother in Winter Haven during August 2017 and we shopped at the Southeast Plaza store on several occasions. We have nothing but praise for everyone at the store. Without exception, we always received smiley welcomes, superb assistance when required and nothing was too much trouble. Tim, mate, you are a star! This is my favorite Publix. They are always kind and helpful. There shelves are stocked well and I never have a problem finding what I need. The pharmacy department is the best and I would never consider going anywhere else. They are professional, kind and considerate. I am handicapped and they always go out of their way to help me with the groceries to my car or to look for something I cannot find. I have been shopping at Publix for over 40 years and would never go to another grocery store. They are the best.

Publix does not like Veterans, on two different occasions my primary care provider has called and placed a prescription for me to pickup at a Publix, well when I arrive at Publix Pharmacy they give me a difficult time and make me wait or worse tell me that I need to come back later. Im a 100% disabled War Veteran and Publix makes me feel uncomfortable as if something is wrong with me. Its just not right to be treated that way, having to wait or to return when they feel like giving me the prescription... Im writing this review, hoping that other veterans will read this and boycott shopping at Publix markets because its un-American to treat a U.S. War Veteran in this manner...

The best place to shop. Nice clean store that is well-stocked competently staffed and products are fresh and well displayed. Theres never any question about the quality and if you purchase stuff on sales prices are competitive. I am not a big fan of the Publix store brands some are okay but I do like having a selection of high-quality products available at my local store you dont get that at other stores. I am single and live alone so to me quality above quantity makes more sense. The whole experience is superior to any other place in the area the lots are well kept clean and not strewn with carts litter and trash the stores are in Nice condition very comfortable to shop in and staff is very pleasant. For me its the only choice
