BHI, a highly rated Florida Door MFG referred me to Haven Building Products to purchase a double door entry system. Whomever answered the phone in their inside sales area was rather short and rude in their response saying they wouldnt sell me the door as it is their decision to not do a cash sale and went on to say that they currently only sell to people with an established account. In my 56 years on this planet, Ive never experienced an authorized reseller turn down an order when the customer comes to them prepared with the part numbers and cash money. Business must be REALLY good these days for Haven. It wont be for long with more and more people having interactions like the one I just had.

They haven endless supply of what I needed to finish the job and got it to me fast

This place is the local distributor for the building products I want to purchase but they refuse to sell to me. They mentioned something about COVID that sounded like a ridiculous excuse. Dont waste your time here.

Had what I needed but the pickup office wasnt very friendly. Acted like I interrupted him.

I had to be in contact with this company because they were whom the builder used for the door and weatherstripping on my new home. The weatherstripping was not properly done and they need to come out and redo it; Im only available on weekends to schedule this. The sales assistant who contacted me via email, Steven Mobley, was quite rude and condescending in both his emails to me. Needless to say, I would definitely not recommend this company.

Do not use this company the emplyees are helpfull but the owner is a horrible bussiness man. We worked with them for 4 months getting a custom door built and the owner just decided not to have the door made for us after the plans were finalized. After working with us directly all that time he said they only sell to contractors and we needed to call a contractor. This is a bad bussiness. Hounesty and up front policy is not in there bussiness plan.
