Great store. Knowledgeable and friendly salesperson

Stopped in the store today after spending an hour on the phone with Boost Customer service, which was getting me nowhere. Explained to Stephanie the situation with a lost/stolen phone that I couldn’t suspend and an iPhone that it wouldn’t let me switch to my plan. Stephanie was AMAZING in helping me solve this problem, she went above and beyond making various phone calls over a couple of hours to get this handled for me. I can’t thank you enough. Her customer service is 5 stars all day⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came to the 402 Cypress Gardens Blvd store & were treated with respect, courteous services, informed personnel & the ability to multitask as a bonus! Kristina was friendly & went above & beyond to ensure we felt like valuable customers! I appreciated her attention to detail & ensuring all customers were served! Great store & I would recommend anyone seeking a phone to come to this store!

Honestly Yeralis is freaking amazing! She helped me with my service issues with such a great attitude and was going above and beyond. Great person to come to if your having any issues and knows exactly what she’s doing!

Went in there today and the girl behind the desk wasnt any help. We had questions and all she had were one word answers. No help at all, and all she did was stare at her computer. She was worthless, along with her customer service skills.

A lot of people complain about the workers not knowing prices or anything. This is because no one is trained for their job. Even the district manager does not know what she is doing. Everyone needs to be replaced.

The door clearly states they are supposed to be open on Sundays at 11am. Waited outside from 11am-12:20pm they never showed!
