Employee that assisted me in February seemed like I was an inconvenience for her and she was very distracted while dealing with my transaction.The moving pads were initially forgotten. When we finally got them they had been outside the location in the back. Now Im being charged for damaged pads that were already not in new condition and had dirt? Also being charged a cleaning fee when the truck was returned in the exact same if not better condition? There was debris in it when we got it that we took care of ourselves so in essence it was returned in better condition.Im disputing these charges.This location isnt a good representation of uhaul.Corporate office looked into my concerns and I was given a refund. Ill continue to give my business to uhaul but just not this particular location.

Bossman is great very polite and they have everything you need.
