Erica Martinez was amazing. She was very polite and Professional and very patient with every single question. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She took up alot of time with us that we needed. Explained every single thing to us. She is an asset to your store. We will be back to see her for any of our needs

Ericas customer service was excellent. She stayed after closing hours to make sure I was able to get a new phone and answered every question I had.

I have been using this location for years. I have always received great customer service from the very knowledgeable staff. I always feel satisfied when I leave this store. Anytime I have an issue, or questions, or need a new phone, this is the store that I go to.

Ive been dealing with Metro PCS for 8 years. Bring all my family and friends in for very reasonable phones and plans. Joe on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Winter Haven is my go to guy for all my phone needs and questions.

These guys will tell you anything to get you to come in but when you do the deal has mysteriously expired. i got a deal in writing and was told to come back in 2 weeks to pick up my new phones. i show up on that very day and he tells me it will now cost an extra $100. these guys run a classic bait and switch operation. there are plenty of other metro pcs stores in winter haven. i suggest skipping these jackasses.

In one word awful. Sold me a defective phonecase, I had to pay for another phone, case, and screen protector. Second phone now has a cracked screen because they didnt put the screen protector on right (I made sure they put it on so I wouldnt mess it up). This is in less than a two month period. I doubt they will replace this one either. The man behind the counter is rude and doesnt wear shoes (gross). He played in the computer instead of offering me help. He refused to transfer any photos or contacts and basically ignored me.Update:Did not offer any help for the phone. Claimed they were not responible and that even if they were they couldnt do anything. Told me that the protector came off due to the design of it. That was the only protector they offered for the phone. Ridiculous.

Not processing bill payments properly. Not answering phone calls. Rude. Not knowledgeable to promos, devices or company policies. I have metro, but would not recommend this location!!!

Worst dealers around ...you buy something and it breaks the next day and they wont even exchange it but you can buy the same case at Wal-Mart for cheaper and if the case breaks theyll exchange it no questions asked
