This antique mall is by far the best antique mall I have found and have been to in Orlando. Its very well-kept, all categorized and organized. The people who work there are quiet, reserved, and very nice. There are always new things coming in.I have bought big bags of great condition jewelry. Anywhere from $5 to $8 a bag. The last bag I got had 29 pieces. I kept 21.When I say you can find anything there you can find anything there. They have a record section all the way in the back and it is epic.I highly recommend going here!!!!

Terrible customer service.. before they could say hello.. they yelled mask and lock up all your bags in the locker. I felt they were rude and not welcoming after I asked them a specific question. I felt they were prejudice towards minorities and thought they could work on their customer skills. Apart from that they are highly over-priced on a lot of their items. There was still 20 mins left before they closed and hurried me along and said they were closing. Will not come back

Be ready to spend some time here, with an abundance of booths from different vendors there is a variety of antique objects for everyone. Vintage clothing, books, jewelry, furniture, etc there is so much! Super fun explore!!

Some stalls had inflated prices, maybe due to items being i bigger demand or the shop just being located in Winter Park. Great selection, be prepared to spend a while in this store and walk out with at least one item. A little on the pricier side but there’s a few sellers that have good prices on eclectic items!

Super fun place to visit, so many little and big things to look at. Takes about two hours to see everything and the front desk people are super nice. Highly recommend!

This older women with dark brown hair as soon as I walked in the building was completely rude to me and my boyfriend saying we needed masks even tho we were completely fine with getting them out and were not arguing about them with her at all.. She was very rude saying I couldnt bring my purse inside and yelled at me saying I needed to put it in a locker when there was no sign saying anywhere that you needed to not have a bag inside either. It only took me a minute to realize this place isnt even worth your time. Absolutely rude staffing just from walking though the door.Will NOT be back.

I cannot say enough bad things about my experience in this store. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude right from the start. Out of the hundreds of antique stores I have been in I have NEVER been asked to lock up my personal property to “protect their assets”. Maybe the extremely tight and cluttered walkways in their store are the issue in this equation….not the customer’s personal property. Would not recommend this store to anyone unless you are interested in making your day worse.

The store is a wonderful place to shop antiques.A lot cute unique items.The staff are extremely unfriendly and they dont acknowledge their customers. Me and my bestie was in there yesterday was standing in line to check out. We were not even acknowledged the man that was checking out the man in front of us called over another couple that had walk up to the counter on the other side. Did not even check us out my best friend got so irritated after standing there for 25 minutes she walked out and did not even pay for her things just left and I stayed and paid for my stuff and the lady asked me where she went and I said she was done.she was tired of standing in line and not being acknowledged by the staff and after gentleman that was checking the man out in front of us was gone the gentleman behind the counter did not even acknowledge that we were standing behind this man. And went ahead and checked someone else out and that is why my best friend left. They could have at least acknowledge and just said we will be with you if minute that didnt happen. The lady said we are really busy on Saturday I understand that but that gives them no reason to be rude to your customers. And they lost out on a over 100.00 purchase. We will never return to shop here again.

My 2nd visit to this store will be my last. And yes, I see your purses must be locked up sign. The issue isnt that I cant read your sign, but that you have this policy in the first place. No high end store Ive ever been in has required this. Actually NO store Ive ever been in requires it. And if you do choose to have such a stringent policy, you might try KINDLY requesting. You might not have anything broken with our dangerous purses but it wont do you any good if theres no customers to purchase anything because the staff is so UNFRIENDLY that we all choose to drive past your cluttered store. What happens if Im in a wheelchair? Surely that will bump into things much worse than a purse! What happens if I have a service animal? Does it get locked up? Im a small person and I could barely fit through a lot of the spaces in this store. Maybe your customers purses arent the problem...instead maybe try decluttering your store and welcome your customers AND their purses!

Ive been to this antique mall and was serviced by the same woman (name redacted). I walked into the store with a tiny cross-body bag and as I was entering I was asked if I had been here before, to which I said Yes. The woman said, well youre going to have to put your purse in the locker behind you and take the key. I turned to my partner and told him quietly I wasnt comfortable with that. No attitude to anyone and was super polite because I turned away to say it. The woman behind the counter was so rude and began shaming me. Well then, you should know that you cant have your purse here. I politely said Ive never been asked to do that before and I just wasnt comfortable with that. The lockers are exceptionally old and I feel safer having my belongings on my person. It shouldnt be a big deal on either end and she was so rude, Well, Im sorry someone missed you last time, but weve been here for 25 years. Well, you were the one talking me up last time, purse in tow, and gave me a coupon? I respect rules and politely walked out because there was so reason to fuss. I wasnt feeling it, especially after being talked down to, so I left. I didnt deserve to be shamed or disrespected for something I didnt know was expected. I think customer service should be improved when working at the counter. Being presumptuous, rude, and berating isnt a good look.Since it seems as though the store is notorious for saying there are signs, I didnt see a single sign that indicated a bag needed to go into a locker in a place that was visible. I walked in and headed right, to which the lockers were behind me. I recommend having signage that is even more clear as to prevent any misunderstanding or need for scolding (which is obviously inappropriate). I am not the only person who has been spoken to this way and Im certain I wont be the last.

I love this place! Julia (one of the vendors) was extremely helpful, informative and such a sweetheart. Very clean and organized inside. Upon arriving you are asked to stow away your purse or bag in a locker that they provide (to prevent accidents) or if you have a bum bag, you can wear it around your waist. I left very satisfied with many items. ☺

Very odd management. They make you lock up your purse in a locker. It’s a bit controlling in my opinion and yes reviews are for shoppers to leave their opinions. I understand it’s the rule of the store but seriously who does that? Sometimes breakage is just part of doing business. Do you lock up kids as well? I looked around briefly but very uncomfortable with the way I was treated so left sooner than I would have and without purchasing. Perhaps this is just set up to be a museum and a hobby for the management and not an actual store with paying customer. But even museums don’t take away yours purse hmmmmm

I was severely unimpressed with the service here. They might have some neat finds, but the staff is not welcoming at all and are very rude. Maybe they should evaluate the tight walkways and small spaces before making a big deal about my small handbag being locked up to prevent breakage. Also, if you expect customers to shop and want to purchase something….maybe try being kind.

A wide variety of antiques and collectible objects! The staff was friendly and attentive, but not in-your-face. A little difficult to shop some booths if you walk with a cane like me (that is on the individual renter, not the over-all facility), but manageable. I asked for help, and the staff got at what I wanted to see for me. Being cramped is the only reason they lost the one star. I will return here!

Seems like a small family owned shop, thought the bag check in up front was a little strange but the reasoning for it made sense. Large selection of stuff with prices all over from great steals and deals to a bit of highway robbery. It has been mentioned before that the staff was a bit standoff-ish and that is definitely the experience we shared. Never any rude language or anything exchanged but definitely not a super welcoming experience upfront. I wouldn’t let that stop you from checking the place out for yourselves. A lot of the positive reviews reflect their store very well as well as some of the negative reviews also hold some weight.Edited a little spelling

Not impressed. Prices are a little high and staff is not welcoming. Very uncomfortable having to lock up the small crossbody purse I wear that carries my money, phone and hand sanitizer during COVID. I have been in many antique stores with more valuable treasures and have never been asked to part myself with my purse. Did they think I was going to steal? We bought nothing.

Went here the other day, they had authentic Russian dolls and decorations. As a Russian it was amazing to see. The owners were very kind.

I absolutely loved coming to this antique mall, the staff were so friendly and were always willing to lend me a hand while I was browsing the store. They have many different items to see and choose from and I left this store with at least one item in my hand! If I ever come back to this part of Florida I will definitely come back and visit for a nice and cute souvenir to remember Florida by.

This place has been on my list for a while and glad I finally made it! I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews on here and Yelp about rudeness but encountered quite the opposite. Went in right as they opened on Saturday and stayed for 3 hours. I did not bring my purse in as I had read the signs but there are lockers to put one in if needed. Many large antique malls have “ no large bags” rules so not sure why people take offense to this..I was there for three hours because I did not realize how big this place was and couldn’t stop looking! There is such a variety of items and at reasonable prices. I loved walking thru all the packed aisles looking for treasures. The staff were friendly and available but also left you alone to just wander around ( not hovering or rushing you ) . I found quite a few awesome things and can’t wait to go again. I’ve been to MANY antique malls in Central Fl and this is definitely top of my list now.

This place is full of treasures! They have over 100 vendors and each booth is unique. From decor to furniture to collectibles, they have it all. Side note- purses/bags are not allowed in the store. You can either put them in a locker onsite or keep them in your car.

I bought gloves, remember in the 1950’s 60 ‘s and well before. I need gloves CNN in my work; this is my go to place. Also, May I please make a suggestion; one has gloves you dint have to worry about what you are touching all day. Take them off place in washing machine, w/ bleach and they are good to go to keep you safe . This VIRUS is REAL. Please, thank you, :) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a large collection of dealers of secondhand goods with a fair quantity of vintage items, but very few items over 50 years old.

I love this antique mall, it is so clean, organized and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I always come out with a few cool and unique things to add to my collection.

This place is huge inside! It is full of sections overflowing with antiques. We spent quite a few minutes meandering through the store. It was then we discovered there was an entire section that we had not explored. It is definitely worth another trip.

Dont have people skills or take antiques like they say they do.

Place is clean and neatly organized and there’s literally almost too much to see. It’s mostly tiny knick knacks throughout the whole store so if that’s what you are looking for, then it’s a good spot to shop. Give yourself at least an hour or two to walk around.

MASSIVE selection. Prices are all over the place though. Some cheap Starbucks cups from last year for $10 a piece and then theres some awesome furniture pieces for thrift store pricing. Dig through and youll find gems definitely. You can literally find anything here. Dont forget to check all the way in the back for the 1000s of vinyls!

This place is fantastic! Lots of vendors in an area that covers, Im guessing 10,00 sq ft, I could be wrong, in any case the place is big and is comfortable to walk around in. Take your time, lots to see. Love seeing so many different things. I bought a small bellows, fold up antique camera for my small collection of cameras.

Great antique store with awesome merchandise. Store is laid out great, and nicely merchandised. But that’s the only thing that is nice about this store. The employees/dealers are extremely rude. We arrived at 5:15 looking to buy a lot of items. At 5:30 we began to receive comments from the front desk associates that we quote “have 30 minutes before they kick us out”. They constantly rushed us while we were in there. Store owner told us that we quote “are not going to get a lamp down, one of her associates will.” We waited 15 minutes on this associate before having to come back up to the front to remind them we wanted it, then received an attitude. Front desk people did not greet us when we walked in, but instead said “hey”. When we first walked in the store I had pointed at a lamp I wanted, and again was told they would get it. By the time I paid and was loading my items, I realized they brought up a totally different lamp that was more expensive. They acted surprised and annoyed that I called them out and the owner was very stand offish when I was receiving a refund. I guess that is what happens when you’re told that someone will have to get the items for you because you “are to not touch it”. As someone who owns an antique store as well, my biggest tip is to (1): not rush your customers who are spending money in your store during a pandemic. (2): make sure your dealers/associates don’t make rude comments to customers. (3):don’t ring up and bag items until customers are ready to check out to avoid confusion. (4): be humble, and don’t speak to customers in such a standoffish/rude demeanor. I will make sure to let the hundreds of dealers that work with me to avoid such a confrontational shop. Merchandise: This antique store provides individual booths where each seller is able to showcase their items. Overall the layout is great and the items for sale are of higher quality than other antique stores I have been to.Prices: The prices at this location tend to be a bit higher than antique stores in areas that are further away from downtown (e.g. Oviedo, Winter Springs, and even Mount Dora).Overall: If youre in the area and looking for something to do on a rainy day I highly suggest coming here to walk around.

Best antique store in Orlando by far! Fair prices and great selection from hundreds of vendors. Art, books, jewelry, clothing, furniture, cameras, war memorabilia, dolls, toys, music, house hold and kitchen items among the thousands of available treasures.

Always fun and interesting and we always seem to find something that we enjoy having in our home. Lots of vendors with lots of very interesting Collectibles and antiques. All employees were wearing masks and were very friendly. We will return here again and again

The rude staff literally REQUIRES you leave your purse in a locker upon entry. The audacity, if you dont trust grown adults to browse your store...SHUT DOWN. A joke, walked right back out.

This is the best kept secret if you want to see antique anything. Super friendly staff with a personal touch to each customer. I was impressed with the organization and care with each booth of merchandise. Tons of Orlando history if you want to see who and what was in town before the mouse came town. Check it out and take some cash, come away with won thing memorable.

Perfect places to find unique antiques items.

A large, wonderful place where you can find so many things that are unique and special and unusual. Some from the distant past, others not so distant but still popular. Well worth the time to peruse and covers every category imaginable. Youll need at Least an hour or more to look, slowly!

They close at 6:00. And there is a sign says door closes at 5:45. We arrived at 5:40. And the guy wont allow us to enter. Made a useless trip there.

Plan on spending hours because 30 minutes is not enough time to enjoy the unique, amazing selection! Friendly courteous staff! Opening locked cases is never an issue as they are opened immediately and the staff doesn’t hover over you! Just simply FUN stuff.

You can totally get lost in here! We spent over 2 hours walking through and still didnt get to see everything. It was an amazing place with great antiques and nostalgia for sale! Well organized and interesting. Its a nice way to spend some time walking through.

This place was really cool! They have such a huge selection of antiques and vintage pieces, for very reasonable prices. The people working there were really welcoming and helpful, but they were not all over you like in some other places. They have a lot of seasonal decor stuff, which is awesome. They had a whole Halloween display in the windows (which were still boarded for hurricane season when I went, but you can see the display from inside as well). Honestly this store is so big on the inside you can feel like you could get lost looking at all the treasures they have. If you have a purse or bag they ask you to put it in a locker. I only took my wallet in, but it is because some of the walkways are really tight and they dont want an accidental knock over in the isles.

I called to inquire about getting a hutch filled with China appraised. The lady that answered was very kind and very informative! She said they do have an appraiser that is there occasionally, but she gave me detailed information on how to do it myself. I learned quite a bit from her and I’ll continue my research online. She was great! I will definitely be in to visit soon.

This place was pretty awesome it was so packed with items it was ridiculous basically floor-to-ceiling booth after booth. that being said I felt like their prices were a little high given the amount of inventory that was there they did have very nice items though some people may think that its a perfect price point but I tend to find Central Florida is a little flooded with antiques from all of the snowbirds dying off down here I would say definitely go and check this place out if you find the item youre looking for chances It will be in immaculate condition. Just be aware ladies you cant bring your purse and fellows lady cant bring her purse

A great place to find an assortment of antiques, mid century and 70s and 80s appliances, furniture and memorabilia. Its a hit and miss some times but worth the hunt and fun when stumble across something you really like. I have a mid-century home and I found a lot of mid-century decor and appliances. I wouldnt go there looking for mid-century furniture though.
