Edward at the Used Appliance gallery is a great guy to work with. They have a very impressive stock of used appliances, more than other stores in the area in my opinion. In rare circumstances where the unit has needed service, the store has honored their guarantees and made me feel like a valued and respected customer whenever there is an issue.Edward is professional, timely, and courteous. More responsive than other techs in the area, and you cant beat the inventory, especially on ancillary things like oven hoods. Great service, great stock, and a great relationship to have when you really need a specific piece for a unit nearby.Highly recommend. Im David, posting under my wifes name, well when you share computer, logins get mixed up...Anyways, Id like to say Used Appliance Gallery provides great product and excellent service, the whole purchase from viewing to installation and hauling out the old unit took just 4 hours! Highly recommend! I was even advised to use a proper vent duct as old one is stiff and probably caused heating to fail.

This is an easy review to write. Edward is A-MA-ZING. He is fast to respond, legible, but most importantly, HONEST. I have several rental properties and he is now my “go-to” supplier for appliances.

The person who was supposed to repairman dryer used aftermarket parts which failed to fix my dryer. I was unable to contact repairman so I contacted Edward Kienowski for help. Edward came out to diagnose the problem, ordered OEM parts required. He then came back with replacement parts and installed them. A nice guy and a true professional. I will call Edward for any future appliance problems. Highly recommend him.

Edward saw that I had my hands full with a baby and two older kids, so he went out to the back, removed my broken washing machine and installed the new, gently used washer quickly, effectively and in the rain!I already tried the new washer and it works great. So much faster than my prior washer.Edward followed up with a text thanking me and making sure I was happy. I wish everyone had this much class!Definitely recommend.

Edward is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain things. Hes honest too. I had a situation that he knew was likely due to a weight distribution problem. He gave me advice over the phone and saved me the repair trip charge.When I did need a repair, he gave the appliance a great check up. He allowed me to provide my own parts. And its been over a year now with the repair still going strong.He seems like a great family man too as he speaks highly of his wife and children.I always try to do business with Edward.

Edward is very professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I bought a washer and dryer and he delivered and installed them both and also supplied water hoses and a dryer vent hose. Ran into problems with the dryer not giving heat but he double checked everything and he discovered it was a braker problem not a dryer problem. I definitely recommend this store.

Initially, everything went great. Edward seemed to be an honest person and I purchased a nice washer and dryer set from him April 12th, 2019. Speaking to him face to face, he made it sound like he was a man of honor. He gave me a 2 month warranty. It wasnt until May 20th, 2019 that I noticed the hot water on the machine was not working. No big deal. I was super happy with the set. I contacted him and he assured me that he would order the parts and get back to me soon.Since then, I have had to be the one to always initiate contact with him. I was understanding and patient, even when he said repeatedly that he would get back to me. He never made an effort to initiate contact. It was always I who had to text or call him. He has strung me along for 2 months and now cannot be reached. His phone number changed and I still havent heard from him. I really dont expect to but well see if hes a man with honor as he claimed to be.Please beware of purchasing anything from him.Edward, please contact me to resolve this.

He went way above and beyond in service when delivering a washer to my house, mounting it on an exsisting pedestal drawer, and placing my the old one out in my garage. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of repair, and goes out of his way to explain everything to you in easy to understand terms. His company offer a 100% satisfaction 60 day warranty on all their appliances. I love his honesty and integrity, He could have easily sold me another dryer. But, instead told me that all I needed to do was to clean out my dryer vents up in the ceiling. I highly recommend Edward and the Used Appliance Gallery to anyone looking for good quality appliances and excellent customer service!
