They worked with my insurance and got approval pretty quickly. Got the exact glass I wanted and the Tech called 30 min before arrival. Tech was professional with over 30 years experience and did an amazing job! He also explained the process. I would recommend these guys for Auto Glass replacement. Called them to order new sunroof glass. They said it would take 2-3 weeks and they would call me back. They never did. Over the course of the past 6 months everyone I’ve talked to says it’s on backorder and they give me the run around. I’ve moved on to another company. These guys aren’t worth your time.

Not sure if I should give five starts.So the job was done for sure, it took him 25 minutes not bad at all! I paid for a service on Friday afternoon for a job to be done the same day but because it was raining we said the next day Saturday morning would also work too. And make the job done where I work. I didn’t mind to drive to work the next morning and risking it to get a fine by driving with a back window broken. The next day came and I was told they had to canceled my appointment because they didn’t have the part in inventory. So they told me to make the appointment for Monday!!I literally choose this service to get a job done ASAP, but I didn’t want to bother to cancel it and wait for my money to appear in my back account days after. I literally risk myself to get pulled over. I was upset because i feel I was being lied about the situation, they would’ve told me they didn’t have the part until Monday then I could’ve call back other companies with a cheaper or same price and have the job done before Sunday at least.I have to vacuumed the pieces of glasses that were left inside my vehicle, because the gentlemen didn’t have a vacuum on him so my car still has pieces of glasses between the rear trunk door.If you are going to make business make sure they have the right parts the same day so they won’t change your appointment.

Everything they said they would do was done quickly and professionally. The extent of my effort was a phone call, a text message, and unlocking my vehicle. They took care of everything else. The installer was very pleasant and professional. I hope to never have another broken windshield, but if I do, Orange Blossom has my repeat business.

I left my truck parked at the house with my wife at home. Orange Blossom showed up on time, replaced the windshield, and were finished in about an hour. After work when I got home I found the new windshield in place, perfectly aligned, and the area cleaned up like they were never there. The only way I knew anything happened was the huge crack was gone. I did get a call from my insurance company telling me to call them first next time. But other than that, no issues at all. Great job. If I ever need auto glass again, this is the company I will use.

We had an appointment set I received 2 confirmations of the appointment (Late morning/ Early afternoon) of the specific date. At around 1pm we called to find out around what time would they be there because the appointment was for late morning early afternoon, the receptions checked and said yes I see your appointment let me have the technician call you to tell you the time they will be to you. At around 2:30 we called back she said the exact same thing about having the technician call us. Still no call. At around 4pm we called again and the manager was not in the office she would have to call us back when she got to the office. We still had not received any communication from this company all day besides the appointment confirmation text we received at 6am for the appointment that day. When we finally got a call back no one was able to explain what happened but offered to reschedule so we did reluctantly. The next day we called at 10am to find out what time and we finally got a call from the technician at about 12pm that said he would be there in 30 minutes. He did show up and was very short he just took the key and said he would call when he was done. They finished in about 30 minutes (replaced a front windshield) called to have me sign a paper. I came out to sign the paper and inspect the car it looked fine so I signed the paper. I asked the guys was that it, he did not give me a receipt or anything one of the guys said to me as he was getting in the car not to go through and automatic car wash for 1 week because he saw that I was concerned that they didn’t tell me anything. I asked how long should I wait to drive as they were in the car leaving and he told me 1 hour and they left. There work seems to be ok so far but it has only been 1 day so hopefully it will be worth it. They really had poor customer service and they seem like a really shady company. I would not recommend them and I definitely will never use them again!

We first contacted SafeLite Repair and they quoted us $350 then when they arrived they said it was the wrong window and said the actual window will be $750. So, I called around and reached Orange Blossom they had the best quote and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Customer service and pricing are not beatable with them. Don’t waste your time calling other glass replacement companies, this is the best one!

I called Orange Blossom Auto Glass wanting to know if they could change a window for me on one of my vans, the woman on the phone snapped back No very rudely acting like they arent an automotive glass company....then she abruptly hung up on me mid sentence when i was in the middle of asking if they could do my fathers windshield. She did answer the call with the companys name so i know i called the right place, well not really the RIGHT place but the correct place i thought i was calling. Over all very unprofessional and extremely disappointing, my family and I will be looking elsewhere for automotive glass repair.

Charging my insurance company three times what they quoted me, not great. And I have been named in a lawsuit and am dealing with attorneys because they overcharged. Great way to screw a customer over.

Orange Blossom Auto Glass was great, I called late Wednesday morning and they said they could get the windshield and come to my house to install it the next day. Wyatt the tech arrived within the time window they gave me and had it done in about 30 minutes. Wyatt was professional and friendly, he cleaned everything up and even put my Sunpass back on the new window.I would use Orange Blossom Auto Glass again.

Entire transaction was easy and very professional. I had a major run around with a large chain for several weeks. I called up Orange and they were out within a couple of days and changed the glass.

So this was my experience... I called to get my windshield replace cause my insurance was too lazy to do anything and I was already frustrated. I called and they got me an appointment and took care of all the insurance stuff!! I got my appointment made during that first phone call. Got my appointment the next day, turned out to be the wrong type of shield, so we rescheduled it for the next day. Second appt, the new glass was cracked so we had to reschedule it for the THIRD TIME!! then everything went very very smoothly and they got it done in under 1 hour or so. But every time they came they were super professional and did AN EXCELLENT JOB!! Very very happy I went through with this company cause I am very picky with who touches and messes with my Infiniti. Awesome job guys !!!

I had them come out to change my windshield they were very prompt and very nice people to deal with I would definitely use them again.

The driver showed up about a half hour late. But he got right to work, until it started raining. He left said he would be back in a half an hour. An hour and a half later he came back after multiple calls to him and his office. He did however do a nice job replacing the windshield when he got back. Quality work.
