Bryce Reese, I have given you more than enough time to get back to me. We agreed on your services and secured a date and time with my $200 deposit that you accepted. I drove over an hour to meet you for this appointment and you never called, responded or showed up. This is now day 10. Still no communication from you aside from you denying my two requests to refund my $200 deposit. Trust me, it’s not about the money at this point, it’s the blatant lack of respect you have displayed.

So far Tex has helped me out on two different bikes with electrical issues . On 1 bike with some repairs such as brakes, front fork seals, rear shocks, and a steering bearing. We are currently discussing some custom lighting for my Virago. He has always offered great prices, quick service, quality work. I would recommend him to anybody that needs electrical work and or custom lighting on their car, motorcycle, truck or even semi.

Top Tier Customs was recommended to me by a group on Facebook and I was not disappointed. I arrived and was greeted by Tex Reece who was quite friendly and immediately stopped what he was doing to come work on my bike. The process took around three hours which was expected due to everything I had done. He installed LED light strips onto my bike, new brake and clutch levers, sliders, a throttle lock, LED turn signals, and lastly a Fender eliminator kit. Overall, I feel that I have received the utmost best professional installation and service that was by far much better than any service center I have visited before. The price for everything including labor was much lower than I expected too, considering the time and effort, plus the quality he put into the work. I was STRONGLY recommend Tex Reece at Top Tier Customs if you are looking for an install or LED lighting systems. Tex at Top Tier customs is so professional. He will meet all of your needs, and answer any questions you have in regards to his products. Have used multiple places to have my bike repaired and Tex was the only one to get it done in a timely manner. He charged me less and did more to my bike. The guy aims to please and will do whatever is needed to get you in and out happy. The guy builds batmobiles for Christ sake, which is badass.
