My husband and I have shopped here for a while now. We bought 2 items for $50 each. Come to find out that we could get the exact same thing for $18 each elsewhere if we were fine waiting. Being such a huge markup, we went to return the items still in their package but were told that they can’t do a return without a receipt because there’s “no way to know what we paid for it.”Why not just refund us for what they’re selling for now? We were fine with store credit to exchange for something else but there was apparently “no way” to do it.Looks like my husband will be looking for a new place to get wood for his woodworking.

Drove all the way to Imeca and their doors were already closed before 4:30. Also called earlier before leaving to ask if they had a part I needed today, they picked up and without saying a word... placed my call on hold for more then 7min... I ended up driving to the store for nothing. Seems like their is no heart in the business they choose to establish....employees just want to leave.... its Friday lol thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Best place to buy plywood in Central Florida that i know of. Stay out of the box stores and save money on high quality material.

I have been going to this location for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about not only the price but the people that work there. Mishele and the guys are awesome! For those that dont understand how this type of business works you should be happy that they are open to the public. This type of business is usually only open to contractors so if you are not a contractor you should be happy for the prices and quality you are getting 😊

Love this store, these guys have everything I need for my cabinetry and furniture work, especially their specialty plywood selection. The option for an affordable same day local delivery option is what makes me a loyal customer👌

Terrible company. they sell you a part that has missing parts. and they wont accept it to get it refunded. Save yourself the headache. Go to another place.
