Great place, I got my Volvo there and take it for maintenance every year. Staff is friendly, my salesman is no longer there but the managers and the Volvo genius always say hi and ask me how everything is going with my vehicle. This dealership is absolutely not about customer service, if you want the real deal consider driving to Weston Volvo in Davie to purchase. This dealership is located about an hour from my home and I was so displeased I drove 3.5 hours to Davie and was absolutely delighted with my new Volvo and didn’t even mind making the drive because they made the buying process so seamless. I am now due for service and figured I would drive to this location but after being told I could not get a loaner since there is a shortage of cars (understandable) but they are also refusing to provide me with a rental I cancelled the appointment. Since I don’t have anyone to pick me up during the week and I am not going to sit there for 4+ hours, I called Weston Volvo in Davie Florida and not only are they getting me in ASAP they are also providing me with a loaner for the day. Do not waste your time here and chose a dealership that wants to take your money and provide exceptional service.

My family and I bought a Volvo XC 60 Inscription.We are Colombians who have just arrived in Orlando and we dont speak English very well. We are in this country legally with student visas.The car was not delivered to us with all the driving instructions, so we had to return on Saturday to speak with the official NOELYS MENDEZ, who treated us in a disrespectful and rude way. .Additionally, we tried to talk to Sales Manager Ian Riding to make a complaint and he did not allow us to enter the office and he treated us like a dog is treated.In a clear discrimination for being Latino, surely, that an American Mr. Riding would have allowed him to enter the office and speak or make a complaint and would not have treated him in the way we were treated.We spent a great deal of money buying an XC60 Inscription and my daughter, my wife and I were totally humiliated and discriminated against by the sales manager.Additionally, the car that was given to us had spots that could not be removed on the inside front of the vehicle.I believe that the policy from Sweden which is the parent company of Volvo is one of excellent customer service and NO DISCRIMINATION BY RACE.Mr. IAM RIDING, his behavior is not up to the job he occupies and his lack of education was evident.The fact that we are Latino does not imply that you and your arrogance overwhelm us and that you treat people as you treat us.You should be ashamed and surely our lawyers will take action on the matter, because I will not allow this type of humiliation for being foreigners.

Almost at the end of my lease for a XC40, I leased a 2022 XC60. David Bokai-Lukinich and Manuel Zurita helped me find the right car and to complete the process in a very smooth way.Noelys also was very helpful explaining new features of the car and connecting the new car to the Volvo application.I like the way business is conducted at the Volvo Store, with efficiency, professionalism and courtesy.

Been there 3 times in last 12 months for service to my Sons Volvo XC60 and they are terrible. Wait times are over 3 hrs for an oil change. Tire & Wheel warranty is very unreliable to say the least. Ive worked in Acura dealership and if Service Dept performed like the Volvo Store, they would have been fired ! Dont buy Volvo in Orlando area, because only other Volvo is in Tampa for service and we havent tried that one yet.Well, I immediately called Gary as per his response to my review and he is unavailable (what a surprise from the service dept). I totally agree with review entered by Katherine Silver ! ! Im surprised Volvo itself doesnt take action as the dealership and service dept represent their workmanship and products.To no surprise, for anyone who has been to this Volvo Service Dept. it has now been 4 days since I entered last review and called Service Manager Gary and still no response to courtesy call back. Great leadership and this dealer must be surviving on other means other than good customer service. I will reach out to Volvo Corporate itself now and see if all of Volvo Services are the same.

I stopped by to take a peek at what they had on the lot. I was hoping they would have a polestar 2. I did get to see an xc40 and an s60. A lot of SUVs and a good selection of used cars. The new glass front looks cool.

Please do not take your car here. I took my car here this past Saturday 7/24. Pete was the service person. I was taking my car there because while driving from GA to Orlando my breaks got hard and it was difficult to stop. I was told it would be 170 to check it (well really 200 after everything) which I was fine with. Pete then told me it was the vacuum power pump. Its 1500 to fix but he could not fix it until Monday. I said that will not work, I have to work on Monday and I have to be back in GA. Pete then said well have you had to put coolant in your truck? I said never, and I just had my car services 6/28 at my normal volvo dealer nothing else is wrong with my car. Pete then said oh we found something else wrong I have the part for that and I can fix it, I said no there is nothing else wrong with my truck, Ill pay the 170 and take it home. On the way home my whole engine went out. Pete service guy drained all the oil from my truck, did not tell me, and he knew I was driving it 8 hr away. This cause me (25 weeks pregnant) with a 21mo old, a 14yr old stuck on the side of the highway. Do not use these people they are criminals and break your car in order to meet their quota and get their bonus! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Im writing volvo about Pete this is a 60,000 dollar truck he caused my car to break on me! How hateful can you be

He did the job of many. Had the patience of Job that was put to the test when explaining all the crazy things that a car can do now days to someone who is well over 70. Tom Schellenburg did a great job us. We wanted to buy a 2021 XC40, but with the current shortage of new cars, none were available on the lot. Tom kept an eye out for us and worked with other dealers until he located a car for us. We visited, checked out the car, and made the deal to buy it. Tom was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with, and always business like. Tom’s colleagues who helped complete the sale mirrored his approach. My wife and I would recommend buying a car from Tom at the Volvo store.

This Volvo dealership is not the best. They give written estimates and then say they forgot to include other repairs which ends up costing more. How does that happen. They are just out to get more money. For a high end car dealership you don’t get treated special at all. We also own a BMW and Audi and their customer service is far beyond than this Volvo dealership. They need better management and people to get this place up to par.

He has also been extremely responsive on follow up techie questions, and any needs we have had for the past couple of weeks. Really, what more can you ask for in a process that can be scary for some?!

I’m not sure if they assume young people cannot afford their cars or just don’t want to sell cars. The absolute rudest dealership I have ever encountered. Was interested in an XC90 but was basically told ‘it was a premium vehicle’ and they started to ignore my emails to book an appointment after that interaction. We ended up going for a Porsche Cayenne from Porsche Orlando which was a night and day difference in terms of service.

My wife and I have been buying cars for 40 years and Im happy to say that this is the best experience weve ever had. Why? Because of David Bokai-Lukinich and the top notch service he provided on December 22nd. He was so attentive and definitely knew his stuff despite being at this dealership for less than two months. Hes always been a Volvo fan and consumer so that was helpful. In addition, hed clearly done his homework since joining The Volvo Store.First, kudos to Volvo Marketing. Two things got us there: 1. When we brought our 2015 S60 in for service, they gave us a 2020 S60 loaner that had us salivating over the new technology. Got us thinking. 2. We received a letter in the mail from the GM and a salesperson (not David) saying they wanted our business and that they would give us top dollar for our trade. We were skeptical but decided to check it out thinking there was about a 25% chance we would upgrade.When we arrived, we showed them the letter and the salesperson whose name was on the letter was contacted but said he was getting ready to go home so he passed on us. Thankfully, David took over even though it was technically his day off. He happened to be there just because he didnt want to miss the end of year rush. Impressive already! He took us around back and showed us so many options including cars we didnt even know we wanted. Lots of great options but then he showed us this Certified 2018 V90 Cross Country that was more loaded than we could imagine. He walked us through it and told us we could take it for a spin. We fell in love with it from the beginning but once we turned on the massaging seats, we were SOLD!When we went to discuss numbers afterward, David did what we asked him to do to make the numbers work and we closed the deal in record time. The vehicle was relatively new to them so it had not yet been detailed. He told us to take it home and bring it back in the morning (hed give us another loaner) and they would detail it for us. He did as promised and did not disappoint. Very well done and made repairs on some things we didnt not expect him to do since it was Certified.So again, well done Volvo Marketing and if youre ever in the market for a Volvo, be sure to request David Bokai-Lukinich for phenomenal service.

I went to this dealership to try and buy a replacement vehicle for my NX 300 and use it as a equity trade in. The sales rep at first was extremely helpful, but then when the time came to talk about numbers, he started to behave extremely cagey, argued that I didnt know what I was talking about, he told me that he himself wouldnt be able to get that deal as an employee, and that they where honoring the national lease deal when in reality they werent. He then basically told me to take my numbers and analyze them some where else, which I did. I then drove to Gunther Volvo in Daytona which they did honor the national lease ad and they where super transparent with the whole process and treated me with respect. It was worth a drive ask for Chase Pentz, super awesome to work with.Fyi payment was over $270 difference for the same model color, interior and both vehicleswhere only 2.5k away from MSRP.Gave them two stars since they sold me on the vehicle.

I ended up not pulling the trigger just this moment, but for sure will be coming back to these guys even if I need to ship the vehicle to me [which they’ll no problem I might add).Just had a check engine come on in my 4 month old XC90 and I was in Orlando on a business trip.I came into the volvo store in winter park and could not have been happier with the service (and safety).All employees were wearing masks and the whole dealership had sanitizer EVERYWHERE!! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel safe and taken care of.Amazingly the fix took less than 10 mins!!!!!! I had a couple of questions about the operation of my volvo (I bought it in Georgia and the dealer rushed my delivery probably due to Covid).Noelis she introduced herself (from the Sales dept) as the Volvo genius and spent the next 20 mins showing me all the things I needed to know (much better than my experiences with BMW genius)!Pretty impressive considering as did not buy from them..Lots of social distancing and all staff had masks on they even sanitized my keys before giving me the car backAll in all great dealership would definitely recommend!

Great service and care after experiencing car trouble on the highway heading home to NC. My car was towed to the Volvo Store on a Monday night, they called me at 7am Tuesday and had me on the road that afternoon. If you are buying a Volvo I highly recommend Orlando of Winter Park. I purchased my Volvo in Tampa and I wish I would have gone to Winter Park. Their customer service and overall concern for their customers is by far better than the Tampa location. In fact I was regretting buying a Volvo until I started taking my car to the Winter Park location. They do all they can to make sure you feel valued as a customer. I would highly caution anyone who is considering buying a certified pre-owned vehicle that you visit the Winter Park location. I cant go back in time but I will be doing my future business with Volvo of Winter Park. Thank you for making my purchase of my new Volvo a happier experience.

From the salesman to the mechanic to the coffe bar, I love this place. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous. And I was back in my car and on the road to my next listing much sooner than I expected. You can’t go wrong with a Volvo, and you can’t go wrong with this place!

Service was great and there was exceptional care with my vehicle. Checking in was easy/getting a loaner. The service rep was able to text, rather than call, which I appreciate during a busy business day. My only complaint was there were a few employees not wearing masks in the service dept, but overall satisfied with making the appointment and ease of use.

She helped us narrow our choices down to two vehicles, proceeded to answer an array of questions, and then offered the lowest available price - no games, no gimmicks, just honest pricing.After deciding on the XC60, we arrived from Jacksonville at the dealership to be greeted, by name, by Ian Riding, the store’s General Manager. Our financial paperwork took a minimum amount of time to complete and the cherry on the top was Noelys Mendez. Noelys is the “Volvo Genius”. She knew every single feature and function on our new car. She then proceeded to clearly and patiently communicate each with us.The Volvo Store in Winter Park exceeded our expectations and made our new car buying experience outstanding!

The courteousness of the service center is incredible. I have a 20 year old Volvo and the key base fell apart. I went to get another key cut but not programmed (I already had the transponder chip from the original volvo key). They made it while I waited. We went to check and the transponder chip from new key (non-programmed) interfered with my original. Without a single issue, they refunded the money for cutting the new key. If I had a newer car, I definitely would have considered spending $300 to get the new one programmed so they dont lose money on it.Id definitely shop here again.

We had a very good experience shopping for a new car at Ocala Volvo. Michael Simpson is our sales rep and he did a very good job explaining the whole new car process. We did end up buying a new xc 60 Volvo. The experience was very positive and we would deal with Michael again. Best in Class Service from The Volvo Store, Pete Gallagher, and Service Department shop foreman James Klipper. From the moment I walked into the Service Center, Pete treated my issue as if it were his car. Working together, Pete and James diagnosed the issue (it was complicated) and then recommended a solution to Volvo North America who approved their recommendation. Pete did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the process. The Volvo Store service team corrected the issue and it is like driving a new car now!!! I couldnt be happier with the top of line service provided and enthusiastically recommend the Volvo Store. Pete and James, thank you for everything. I am grateful.

We went to the Volvo store yesterday afternoon and I will never be back. There were no other customers at the dealership and we could not get anyone to help us. We waited about twenty minutes and then left. Obviously they really have no desire to sell cars there. There was no customer service at all.

I LOVE The Volvo Store in Winter Park, FL. Ive been a customer since about 1989. The renovation this year is amazing! I just bought my 3rd Volvo there (V60). THANK YOU Gene Kruglov for being such a patient salesperson! He was great! I asked a LOT of questions and he was so informative, and didnt mind answering any question I had (or repeated). The whole buying experience was fabulous! The entire staff was so very friendly. I always enjoy being their customer at The Volvo Store.

We have owned five Volvo XC60 and xc70’s over the last 20+ years, and have loved this model Volvo (but not the front-wheel drive version). We pass our used models down through our family. The Winter Park service department is excellent- very thorough and can be relied on to do the work right. We don’t like their current line-up so will be keeping our 2015.5 model until we can’t drive anymore, unless they come out with a self-driving model.
