This was my first visit to the 20/20 store in Winter Park / Casselberry. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the store greeted me. Special thanks to Chloe who helped me pick out my new frames. And she gave me a great price on the whole package too ! And I want to thank Jean, who ever so masterfully adjusted my bifocal lens, so that I no longer have to tilt my head back, to look at the computer! Had a great experience coming here. My glasses had a loose spring and I needed a new pair. I was able to walk in and pick out glasses very quickly. The lady that helped me was straightforward and honest with my choices and worked with me. She also got the glasses to me within the same week. Everyone I met was super nice and I had the “master” aka known as Anthony adjust my glasses to fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend!

Wow!!! We had to come to the Winter Park location to see the in house Dr….and just wow!! I was thoroughly impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! But, the Dr. himself was superb and his bedside manner was unmatched! I will make the drive from Deltona from now on. Customer Service means everything to me and expect the best and that is what I got! I highly recommend this team and location!!

Everyone was friendly, professional, courteous and kind. It was a lovely experience, the doctor was phenomenal. I found him to be competent, punny, witty and caring. I had to come back for additional testing on my eye. I may have some unique additional concerns with my eye. There was no additional charge he gave me a couple options to consider for my future eye health care. Appointment were timely, offers a free beverage service, Coffee or sodas (refrigerator under the desk) it was just a very good and pleasant experience

I live an hour and a half away from this location and the trip was well worth it! They are so nice, patient and Just make you feel so welcome. I used to go to the Melbourne location but came here because my daughter needed glasses same day. Melbourne location could use some training from this location here! Can’t wait to come back and get my glasses next at this place! Dr and staff are amazing!

I went to this office about 3 years ago I was going to a private office before until I didn’t have insurance my 3 girls needed glasses so you can only imagine the amount of money I spent. They needed glasses again last month and to be 100% honest I did shop around before I made the appointment with 20/20 again and nothing can compare to them because to me it’s more than just money my girls are really shy I appreciate the staff so much the doctor is amazing and Jonh let me not start on him blessed his soul he got my girls talking making jokes been themselves and that to me is worth every penny I spend in this office ( winter park ) they are amazing you pay for what you get a great service great and clean environment friendly staff amazing doctor and quality of frames so yes I do recommend this place and I will most definitely come here again and again thank you so much

Walked in early from my aptment. Every one was really nice and welcoming. Great people u have working their. Glasses were way more expensive that I thought they would be. Was told 700 with my own frames. Explained I cant afford and they crunched the number down and walked out paying 500 for 1 fame and lenses. But you have to see. Was told 2 weeks then pick up. So I will update it when I get the glasses. But so far so good.

Started out with a welcome greeting. Eye exam seemed thorough and sanitary. Dr. H was efficient and seemingly funny! Tim helped with info and picking out frames. Team worked well together and shared their experience with each other. My first experience wearing glasses and progressive lens as well. Glasses were ready in 2 1/2 hours!!! They explained how to adjust to wearing them and reassured me to call if I needed to. As Anthony said,” The fun is just beginning!” My eyes are in their care and thank you 2020 Eye Superstore (WP/Casselberry) for making my life a little brighter!!

I got Glasses for the first time in my life! 20/20 was the best they took me in the same day and had my glasses ready the next afternoon! I’m ready for a big week at work and not seeing well was really stressing me out! Dr. Watson was very thorough in my exam and helped me understand my changes in my site. Anthony was patient and knowledgeable during the difficult choice of choosing glasses. He actually made it fun!

Dear 20/20 Eyeglass superstore,You upsold me to polycarbonate lenses. You then had to downgrade my lenses because Polycarbonate doesnt work for my eyes.You then kept all the money I paid for polycarbonate instead of working with the customer on a solution.Not a happy customer.Go to LensCrafters or especially ZENNI if you know your prescription.

Our insurance didnt cover us like we expected, and i was worrying that the price would be outrageous, but they gave us a kid discount and we left with a pair. This is my 6yr old daughter first glasses. She got to try on all the ones she thought were cute, and they were all super cute. She got herself two pink.

I went in this past Sunday for my appointment. I was there on the wrong Sunday. Even though there were many patients there, the staff was extremely courteous and was able to get me in and out very close to the time I had planned. Everyone was very helpful and the exam process was quick and easy!

We have been customers at this store for many years, so when my husband was in a serious auto accident and his glasses went missing, I called them frantic for help. He was not able to go into the store himself and Odette went above and beyond trying to find the same frames locally but was unsuccessful. I went into the store and the two of us managed to find a pair of similar frames. They were ready the next day and Jean came out to the car to adjust the frames for my husband. Odette and Jean were extremely helpful in getting him a new pair of glasses within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this store.

Never had glasses before but I knew something was going on with my vision. My husband and I made our appointments literally 2 hours before our appointment times. Staff was very friendly and followed social distancing guidelines without coming across rude or cold (which seems to be an issue at a lot of places lately). My husband got his glasses pretty early the following day. Because of my lenses they said it would be 7 days; 3 days later I got a call saying they were ready. Overall, great experience... a little bit of a drive but I would definitely make the drive in the future for new glasses. 🤓

BEWARE!! They tell you the exam is $39 and deducted from the cost of eyeglasses purchased. They dont tell you that a contact lens exam is extra and not deducted from anything you purchase. So, you walk in thinking you get your exam and can purchase eyeglasses at a discount (basically a free exam), and then they tell you its $189 for the exam and want to sell you glasses you can get at Americas Best for half the price. I typically do not accuse people of being dishonest on purpose, but when they admit that I couldve been misinformed, and make no efforts to rectify the situation...even though I did not finalize the services they charged me for (proving that I am not trying to get something for free)...sorry, but they are SCAMMERS.

Great place to buy glasses, and they stand by their products. Cheri was a terrific salesperson when I bought my glasses. I fell asleep wearing them and when I brought them back she asked Anthony to help fix my bent hinge. He was a magician, no time at all, they looked like new.. And the best part there was NO COST. It is definitely the place to shop when you need glasses.

Great customer service. The eye test was on time and quickly reviewed by the doctor. Staff promptly responded me all my cuestions and they quickly provided me my new glasses in no time.

Awesome experience! I had my puppy chew through my glasses on a Saturday night. This was the only location near me that was opened on a Sunday! So that to me is HUGE! Then came the staff. Great friendly service! My husbands glasses needed repair. The tiny screw came out of his wire framed glasses. We were in Winter Park and stopped by 2020 Eyeglass Superstore. They repaired his glasses in minutes and didnt even charge us. They were so kind and friendly. They had a nice selection of frames and so glad I stopped in.
