This was such an awesome store and my partner and I had such a fun time looking at all their wears and outfits! The staff was super helpful and overall awesome! The environment is very relaxed and they offer renting or buying options. I will definitely be coming here for all future costume parties! I honestly have to say this is the worst place. The blonde behind the counter has such a booshie attitude. Heaven forbid she actually had to do her job. The business doors were locked and you had to call to let you in, even though it was open hours. Serious lack of up to date costumes. Not able to look at outfits, move freely, or see what is available. Everything has to be handed to you so youre not able to browse. They act this way due to being the only full time business that carries these items. Not a helpful place. Too bad because Orlando needs better businesses and more variety.

The ladies were very helpful trying to get me an outfit for a Victorian themed event. I am super indecisive so I have not committed to renting anything just yet. But I can post some pictures of some of what I tried on.

I went here with my daughter to find a dress but it was so uncomfortable being there. Neither of us felt like we could just look around, it was clear we either had be buy something or stop wasting her time. But at those outragous prices I had absolutely no intention of buying anything. We ending up finding another vintage shop and found a perfect, fair priced dress there.

If you are in a pinch for a last minute costume you wont be disappointed.

Great hidden secret..they even have rentals..great place to find that specific piece you need to a costume.....however my opinion they are a bit over priced ....however; they do have layaway..so to each there own...Overall it is a hidden gem

I went in with a friend the other day and one of the associates there was helping me when this loud woman (who I figure from the comments here is most likely the owner) kept calling her away to get things for her and find costumes she wanted for the person she was helping while that girl was trying to help me and my friend. She kept calling her over even after the associate told her she was trying to help a customer. Then the owner told me what she thought I should do with my costume and when I said thanks but I think Im just going to do what I have planned she just ranted about how people pay her a lot of money to dress them and how she has been doing this for 25 years. She stated that 3 more times to other people before I decided it was best to shop else where. Im giving this place 2 stars because the girl that helped me at first was wonderful but the owner thought nothing was more important than what she wanted and who she was helping.

Selection is wide and possibilities are endless but the store staff was very braggadocios and pressure to purchase something was incredibly uncomfortable especially with the prices being so high. Definitely a place to check out though.

Typically I dont leave reviews. But honestly, Id give the service a 0 star rating. Today I was extremely disappointed with the service I recieved. I love vintage clothing. Ive been trying to get a chance to come and see this cute store since we moved here in March. Today I saw someone entering the store so I was excited to see it open. I came in and associate at the counter was friendly and just asked if I needed anything and let me know what tags meant the item was for sale and what was for rent. I looked around and saw many beautiful vintage pieces. We were close to leaving and the owner (I assume based off other reviews left about her) came up to my fiance and I. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular which we werent. I just let her know I really liked vintage clothing so I wanted to take a look. She was very aggressive to start. She asked everyone in the store if anyone wanted apple cider and no one answered. She got upset and said Is that a Yes or a No? Am I speaking a foreign language?. There was a bit of silent awkwardness but two guys looking for a costume said they would take some. She looked at me and I just said oh, no thank you . Her reply was ok, well you get $10 off if youre polite! In a sarcastic tone. I dont know if she was irritated that I wasnt asking more questions or chatting. I just like looking around and didnt think that was a problem.. The prices are quite high but Im familiar with these prices since a lot of vintage items are expensive. Thats just how it is. I have no issue with the prices its the service. Very pushy, aggressive, and rude. As cute and charming as Id like to say this place is because the idea of it really is. I just cant, Im truly disappointed and saddened. Hopefully I can find another alternative for vintage clothing around town. Other than that I think Ill be sticking to online purchasing.

Great little spot for some amazing vintage clothing. They also have a costume section year round if you need something special for an event or party! Staff was very helpful and friendly when I stopped in. They have something for every price range too.

What? Layaway !!!You know sometimes I want something, but I think hmmm. Do I really need it? Right now? Ha.. and then they say just put it on layaway--- and that means I get it anyway, but maybe in a month. So I sit down and have one of their delicious frothy coffees, listen to some fun unexpected music and browse a little more. I picked up 2 special hats last month. A vintage Dior, and this pink number. And now during Halloween you can rent their fabulous costumes...real costumes.

This store has the best vintage collection that I have seen in town! I was invited to a Great Gatsby 30th birthday and I had procrastinated on selecting a outfit that I thought bring extra pizzazz. I had been on Amazon looking at different dresses, but I was too scared that it would arrive and not fit me properly so I went on Google and found a few stores in Orlando for vintage clothing or costume. I compared all the other stores and decided to go to this one first because it seems like the best one from not only their website, but also the reviews. I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by staff on site which was nice and they just so happen to have a holiday soiree in full swing so I was offered snacks while I shopped which was awesome! They had many items for sale but then ice are they also allowed you to rent items so I opted for renting a dress instead and to my surprise unlike most places they actually had a lot of selections in my curvier size. And when I mean selections I mean that they werent tasteless but very classy and elegant designs so that if your a size 10 you could still feel like a size 3. I tried on several dresses and each time they would give input and then try to pair the dresses with different accessories that I also could rent for the night. I finally found the one dress and it looked so good they wanted to take a picture of me so they can post up on their media. I know I see some other post that the prices were higher than what people had initially expected but I paid $95 for possibly the best dress besides the birthday girl of course and I got compliments the entire night about how authentic I looked and asking where did I get my outfit. The owner is exceptionally kind and very down-to-earth along with her staff. I will definitely return to the store for any costume needs or perhaps a vintage shopping spree in the future. I recommend this to anyone who wants high quality threads and wants to stand out wherever they may be. Highly recommended!!

This woman refuses to answer your questions even when asked directly. She is more worried about if you are going to hire her. And then she tells you that there is no way you will pull it off without her. She doesnt listen. We told her the bride was taken care of and she kept going back to she needed to strat with the bride first. She was very pushy and unfriendly. Will not be returning. Not to mention the prices. The one trench coat $75 per day. You can buy on by the same company for $139. Why rent for the weekend when you can own it and resell it.

People who work in there were really RUDE. They probably expect you to buy something. You CANNOT just go there and look around. I just checked this place because I found it on google. We did not find something that we were looking for so we were about to leave. We didn’t ask to try on anything. (which is normal right ? You go to the store but you might not buy anything) This lady just asked us if we couldn’t find a brand name like chanel? gucci ? Prada? Like seriously?! Can’t you be a nicer person and just say “ thank you for checking us out” if you are going act like this don’t run a damn business. They don’t even deserve one star.

Many costumes but many you can buy on ebay for a third if the price of renting if you plan ahead. Many vintage costumes and accessories though.

Haha I came on here solely to see the other people posting about this rude owner. We came in here and picked up a jacket thinking it was for sale and it was for rent apparently. SHe comes around and says “You think you were gonna just come in here and buy that jacket for 75 dollars? This is 7500 more like” (it’s not lol). While making small talk to see if she eased up, we talk about how we were visiting for Halloween Horror Nights. She says she’s too busy. I say something like “Yeah I understand” and she cuts me off and says “No, you don’t. You don’t own a costume shop”. Zero sense of humor. Trust me. All in context. F this crusty establishment. I’m glad they keep losing customers. This one’s for you Lisa.

Unless you want to pay very high prices, your better bet is to go a few miles away to dejavu vintage clothing... might have to put forth a little more effort but way better prices.
