Love, love, love Costco. I have been a member for over 20 years. Even when I lived in the Caribbean, I got my membership value on vacation. Now there is one a little over a mile away from me. Great selection and prices, and friendly and accommodating staff. The only negative thing to say is it is ALWAYS busy! Guess there is a reason for that! 😉

Love this place and love seeing the specials offered. Only problem was it was really crowded. Got a check for 200.00 dollars money back for all I spent this year. Will pay for card membership this year. We go almost every week and we always spend between 200-400.00. quality of products is excellent, specials are great and options are great in clothes and food items. Lines for payment were extremely long. Move quickly but long. And the hot dogs and drink for 1.50 is always cool. We usually use the one on university.

Disappointed in the food court. Usually Costco is good quality. Not the Winter Park location. I have tried the hotdog - was kept in the warming cabinet fully assembled - dry bread and lukewarm. The pizza was dry, uneven distribution of pepperoni, and black. There needs to be quality control and they need to adjust their oven. Surprised with Costco and hope that location will up their game.

Easy in and out and great prices.. the pizza slice before you leave just makes it even better.

I love my Costco. It helps it is right down the road from me. The check-out team always makes me smile, even when they are busy. I love their prepped foods. The only thing that I wish I could change is when I go in, resisting buying more than I meant too, but a deal is a deal.

Excellent location. Checkout lanes move quickly due to organization of staff. Inventory and selection are good except the omission of whiskey. Facility is kept clean, and the parking lot is large although this location is quite busy and we usually just park further away since we don’t like to fight for spots. We like it enough here that we gave up our membership to Sam’s.

Super busy, difficult to park and once inside the store people will basically run over you with their carts if you stop to look at something. Id rather shop somewhere calm and not save $2.

I love this place! I spend way too much money here, but thats only because there products are second to none!!! There are so many great deals on so many different things and I find products that no-one else has.... The food is also super cheap and super good!!! They actually loose money on the hot food just to keep their customers happy... If that doesnt deserve 5 gold stars then I dont know what does...

Costco is amazing. You get bulk for less than bulk prices. You dont need to have a family to shop here, get your groceries here they will last awhile and youll be thankful. Dont get me started on the food court... its amazing. You get giant quality pizzas and hot dogs for like 1-2$ and you can even giant a whole extra-large pizza for like $10. It also comes with a condiments counter and soda fountain. Carts are kept, neat, and clean.

Love shopping at Costco, but the lines to check out are quite long.

I love the Pharmacy even if they did forget about me waiting for a vaccination for 15 minutes. Prices throughout the store are great but it can be difficult to find items as the aisle labels are lacking and sometimes things are not with related items. Our membership ends in 2 days and we are already back to our BJs membership because their brands align closer to our style.

I love this store. However, nothing everything you buy is of good quality. Plus, their prices have increased, and my pay have not. Apart from that, it appears they have paid their employees a better wage than many in the same category.

Costco is just 10/10 every time. Quality, cleanliness, service, everything.

Costco is such an awesome place to conduct bulk shopping. They have a great assortment of products which are of good or great quality. Even the Kirkland store brand is pretty good. You can shop for pretty much anything; Christmas shopping, TV shopping, I have even bought some good diamond earrings from Costco that my fiance loves.The employees are helpful and it is clear Costco has a good organizational culture based on there conduct.The best deal in the store is the 1/4 pound hot dog with a drink for $2! Its a guilty pleasure that cant beat the price!

Been shopping at this Costco for well over 15 years and have no complaints but in two visits over the last few months I have had the good fortune to encounter a lady named Judith in the clothing section. Totally unheard of or even expected in a mass retail situation like Costco, Judith quickly volunteered assistance when I was searching for sizes in the clothing, twice on separate visits. This tells me that I am most assuredly not the only hapless customer she has rescued from plowing through stacks of folded garments in search of the correct size. What a gem. Costco, give this lady a raise if you wish to keep her.

This Costco is insanely busy, not necessarily bad, but also a pain in the butt to drive and walk around.

I love Costco they have pretty much everything you will need, want, and more! There are nice employees there to! They also have amazing pizza hot dogs etc and ice cream! (I also just love Costco)

It seems this Costco location is attempting to force self-checkout on its customers more and more. Having the option to self-checkout is great when you are picking up a few items, but when you’re purchasing 30 bulk items the last thing you want to do is attempt to scan them yourself. You would believe that paying a yearly membership would save you from having to do all the work yourself at Costco, but that is becoming less and less the case.

I like Costco. Please be mindful of the heavy food traffic during peak hours when planning your shopping trip. Great optical center here as well.

This costco located near Winter Park is a very well stocked club. Tire services are exemplary and they do an excellent job stocking electronics, food items and clothing. Gas fill up is very convenient too. They do have wines and champagne but do not carry hard liquor.

I love going to Costco. They have some really good deals (Aluminum foil, rotisserie chicken )and some off/different food products like Blue Mountain Coffee from Jamaica, Kimchi from Korea). Sample tasting is back along with a revised food court.

Shopping at Costco is always enjoyable, employees are always helpful and the center is always so clean. Plus they have a great well priced food court

Good luck getting anyone in the automotive tire center to answer the phone, and if the do answer, 3xpect to be left on hold and forgotten. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment for the required 5,000 mile tire rotation in order to keep my tire warranty valid. But, I cant get anyone to answer the phone and help me. I even tried reaching someone in Administration, they didnt answer either. I know they were open, it was a Friday early afternoon.

Was inside shopping on Monday, January 11 (2021) and as usual I encountered excellent customer service. This is a very well run store - clean, neat, well organized. And the staff are all super. Boy, weve shopped here many, many times over the past 15 years. They are all so friendly and very hard working. And its a great place to shop.. . . so many great buys . . . .probably their Rotisserie Chicken - at least 3 pounds and only $5, is the best buy in the store. We love our Costco!

Awesome store with exceptional customer service! I needed to renew my membership and change the last name on my account, Bren At the membership desk was super friendly and efficient. After shopping, upon checkout, I had made 2 rounds around the store without finding an item I needed, Linda, who was working at self checkout insisted that I wait at the front since I had a heavy cart, was able to locate my item quickly and bring it back to me. It can be difficult to work in such a busy place, but very thankful for associates who have a good attitude and willing to go the extra mile!

We come every weekend to restock on things we can buy in bulk. They carry handy items on one side of the store and everything from detergents to bacon on the other. Some more obscure items arent carried but all the essentials are present. Costco is well known for the quality of the Kirkland brand and their fresh fish, chicken, and meats.

We love COSTCO. Really good products. We have that every Kirkland product we have tried has been great. That includes liquor. They have a very nice small batch bourbon and American vodka among other things. I learned not to be afraid to try the Kirkland brand in anything.

I love Costco but this store doesnt carry some of the staples that I was looking for. I hope this is a temporary situation. But the price of gas beat out all local gas stations. All in all, a worthwhile trip. Enjoy your shopping at Costco!!

Always a good experience. Staff is usually very friendly helpful and quick to answer any questions. Of course I usually make a stop at the snack bar for a hot dog. Fast and friendly great price. Cant beat it. Ill definitely be back @eatin_with_alex

I love to visit, however, every time we come we spend a lot of money and some of the items are overpriced. you have to be careful and shoo with your eyes open, otherwise, you will easily leave your wallet there.

I go to this costco alot and always have a good experience. This was until yesterday while I was putting gas in my car. As I was placing my debit card to pay for my gas an employee walks up to me and tells me to turn off my car. I look at her and inform her that my car is off and that what she is hearing is my fan because my car has a turbo engine. ( My car’s fan remains on for a bit after turning my car off because of the type of engine it has but trust me my car engine is off)After I inform her she proceeds to ROLL HER EYES at me!!! I was in complete shock because I was never rude and just let her know its something normal that my car does. She made it seem as if I was lying or making up excuses which was certainly not the case. This happened at 6pm yesterday, she had glasses on and hair all in dreads. Her nametag was covered so i couldnt see her name. But a supervisor should have a talk with her because no employee should act out in that manner.

Love this store! Staff really helped and the hearing center was wonderful too. We visit this store when we can but we are waiting our our own local one to be ready. They are building one nearby and you can bet we’ll be early customers!

I buy flowers and seafood from this unit often since they know how keep them fresh. The staff is so friendly that make a big difference.

Hard to beat the values at Costco. Fuel is the lowest cost in town. Large appliances come with an extra year warranty. Fresh veggies and meats abound. We save well more than the annual membership cost.

Prices are a bit higher than Sams Club and they dont accept Mastercard. Return policy is great and the pharmacy has good prices.. Overall, I do like them.

Sorry to said it. But costco is like a sams club but getto and mayor product are high price and organic. A lot people like me dont like organic. Even a lot product are not organic are super high price.Meat are super high price.

Great place to shop. This store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is the parking lot is crowded but bonus points for being next to the best chick fil a.

Good store. Staff is helpful. Selection is inconsistent week to week. I guess thats par for the course at a warehouse store.A good portion of the customers are rude and inconsiderate, always stopped in the middle of the aisle leaving carts so you cant pass through, but such is life.Lines at the gas pumps are horrible but still worth the wait in the long run.

This Costco is well maintained and has a good selection of electronics, food, wine and other home goods. Overall, employees are helpful and friendly.Cons: This location gets pretty busy during peek hours, especially on weekends, so expect longer checkout lines and possibly having to park farther away from the entrance.

Being fully vaccinated I enjoyed walking around Costco without my mask for the first time since the pandemic. Most people still wore their masks. I found everything I needed. I love that Costco has healthier food options for people on a diet like keto or low carb. They also have the best looking fresh produce.

I had a very easygoing shopping experience.it was pretty busy but the store is very well organized in floor plan so not hard to get around even with that many people shopping. Found everything easily and quickly, and as always the staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cheap gas. Pretty good deals on the stuff in store. Not a big fan of being checked on my receipt every time I walk out. Also not a fan of the fact that they shut the pumps off after a certain time.

I live shopping in Costco where they give good offers Everytime I visit. I highly recommend going to Costco for bulk shopping and for grocery shopping. Its always get updated with new items every week

I bought two weeks ago a washer and dryer set went they came to deliver them the dry was broken they had to return it and since that with cosco is been a nightmare is already 2 weeks waiting for my dryer and I called today to see what is happening and they told me that it can take 1 week more because they are behind. I never thought that if I was as good to buy online appliances with cosco it was going to be like this I told me return my money and I buy my dryer in other places but they said that I have to wait more time is ridiculous that if you buy something is because you need it right away not to wait almost a month for a dryer that it was not my fault that they send it broken. I will not recommend nobody to buy any appliances with cosco.

Crowded Saturday mornings.Im a brand new member here. Visited 3 times so far. Clean and friendly.Have run into a few Karens in the parking lot but thats to no fault if Costco lol.

Its Costco, prices are always great and staff is always pretty friendly. This location seems less busy than the Altamonte and Millenia ones but not a whole lot less. All of them seem pretty busy from open to close. Overall thought its a great clean store. just be prepared to wait in line for a few min, they make pretty efficient work of it though.

I have noticed a marked decrease in customer service at this location in the past couple months. The employees seem to be so interested in herding people in and out that I miss what used to be a very pleasant experience. Today I had multiple large, bulky, and heavy items in my cart. As I was going to checkout they made me go to the only self checkout, out of 6, without a cashier to help scan my items with a scanner. So I had to unload my cart and put most items on the scale. If you are going to force me to do my own checkout you better trust me to the point I don’t have to put them on the scale. It’s not like you don’t have people at the door checking receipts.

Bulk purchases not bad. Youre saving money but feels funny at checkout when youre forking over $300 plus bucks. The more you buy, the more you save Uhm. Yea. Ive heard that one.

Costco is #1 in wholesale clubs for customer service. I have memberships with Sams Club and BJs also, but Costco is the one that really delivers. The top membership gives you cash back, and if you spend enough during the year the membership ends up being free. They will always take a return without a receipt and for any reason. They don’t have many options for each item, but they don’t need to since they always seem to find the best item for your buck. Only 1 mild complaint would be that the produce isn’t as fresh as Fresh Market or Freshfields, but that’s kind of the norm for wholesale clubs.

The warehouse itself is good, but the front door staff needs to be educated about service animals. Everytime I go there Im asked illegal questions like what is your disability or told I need ID, certifications, or tags. All of which is a violation of state and federal law. Legally according to the ADA they can only ask Is that a service animal? And what work or tasks does it provide. Numerous complaints to customer service havent seemed to help, the staff really needs to be educated.

It’s the lamest Costco I’ve even too… I just move in Titusville Florida so I have drive on the closest one.and this one is very in organized and don’t have much in these store like wine selection and gardens stuff.

The place was packed, no social distancing and dont require masks.

Distanced lines. But not enough. Plenty of room to shop. No more samples due to COVID-19. Thats fine because germs. I respect the decision. Masks required. Good deals as always. However they need to carry some more vegan products in this location like I hear about elsewhere.

Check out lines are too long. Self check out you have to take everything out of your cart, unlike Sams where you can scan the products in the cart and leave them.

Chandler was a very snippy receipt checker, and with the standards they have had for checking items during Covid I believe her wages would be better spend directly reducing my product costs. Seems they are only there so stop someone walking out with no receipt or perhaps a self check out that “missed” a large ticket item. At the very least she should keep her rude remarks to herself.

How can you not love Costco? Prices are usually the best, particularly for gasoline. Attractive specials. Friendly staff. Unbeatable return policy.
