Everything is great in this store. All people are friendly and helpful. Kimberly answered all my questions patiently and was impressively knowledgeable. I wasnt ready to make a decision the first visit so she gave me her cell number for any other questions. When I did go back to purchase the phone, she was very thorough about the billing, which is rather complicated because of the trade-in offer. It took so little time for the purchase that I was out of the store quickly. Thanks, Kimberly!

This was an awesome experience. I had many and diverse requests for my account and phones and the team was superb. My associate Jonathan was very patient and explained everything perfectly. They never seemed upset I had so many things I needed fixed. Previously another T-Mobile store had misinformed me about a purchase and the manager at this store (DJ) was very knowledgeable and processed a refund for me. All I can say is go to this store, what a great experience!

To get a SIM card replacement it has taken me two days and several hours of waiting time. And I’m still here waiting supposedly just to “pick my new sim and go” however the store manager has been helping one customer for a long time. If my issue is 30 seconds and their issue is 2 hours, shouldn’t he help me first? Terrible management of time.

Came by store initially to upgrade iPhone 6 to iPhone 7. Manager clearly explained the differences between the 7, 8 and plus phones and purchase vs lease. I leased an 8 plus and am so happy I did. Leasing makes a lot of sense because I change the phone every two years. I sent my phone back to Sprint and got a monthly $20.00 credit. This was a great non pushy buying experience. I will be back to this location for future upgrades.

Great service! I’ve been here multiple times and they really care about their customers. They were able to very easily swap my iPhone 6 SIM to my iPhone 6+ and get the service up within minutes.Some sprint stores just try to sell you upgrades, and $10 SIM cards when you don’t need it. I’m leaving this review because I literally had the opposite experience at another store earlier today. So don’t waste your time with other stores unless you’ve been there before. I HIGHLY recommend this one if it’s in your area! A++++

While the people at this location are very helpful, it is unfortunate they work for a terrible company.The number I had until recently I had for 7 years, I had it transferred to Sprint from my previous provider. At the beginning of my time as a Sprint customer everything was going well, for most of the 3 years. Troubles started happening in July of last year. On my account I had 6 lines active. I went to have one of these lines deactivated. When I got to the store I was told I had to call a specific phone number for cancelling services with Sprint. Which I thought was interesting because every time I contacted support they would send me to the store.So July, I called that number and told them to cancel it, I paid off the phone that was associated with that line. A month later I get my bill and see the line was not cancelled, so I contacted them again, this repeated every month until November. In which time I was cancelling 2 other lines on my account, my kids left their phones outside and it rained. I decided they werent responsible enough for cell phones yet. Called in paid off the amount left owed on the phones and cancelled the lines. The rep told me I had 4 lines still active... Wait 4? I should only have 3. The illustrious line I have been calling since July to cancel was still active. I go through the hassle again to deactivate this line. December comes around, and guess what? The 3 lines that were supposed to have been cancelled are still active. To which I decide to get a new provider. My account was in good standing and everything was paid off.I go to transfer my number that I have had for 7 years to the new service, and it gets declined. Reason? Invalid Pin Which is interesting because I had to use that pin every time I called in or went into the store. I also, got a text from Sprint saying they are reviewing my number transfer request and it can take several days. So I bite the bullet and just get a new phone number. I call Sprint immediately afterwards to cancel all my services. Guess what? All 6 lines were still active! shocker right? Anyways the rep says the service will still be active because I already paid for those days, I told her I didnt care and to just cancel the service, she says they cant do that, so I verified that it would be cancelled at the end of the time and I would not get billed for the next month. She says that is correct and I would received a return kit in the mail within a week. No return kit, call back, get told i will receive it within a week. Verified my address was correct this time. Every week since then I called because I never received the kit, these reps are adamant that I use the return kit and that the store cannot take them.March comes around, and they take a Nice chunk of money out of my account. Confused I call them and the excuses I got were ridiculous:You havent returned the lease phones so we still have to charge you for service. - Um I have contacted you every week about returning those phones, it literally isnt my fault you havent received them.You still have a line that is active. - The line I called and told you to cancel every month for half a year?Your number (my actual number) has usage. - Funny, that phone was turned off physically since I called and told your rep to cancel my services, and waiting to be placed in a return kit.Sprint, will charge you and continue to charge you for services you cancelled, they will not update your account when you ask them to. The only thing they are good at is selling you stuff, and taking your money. Not to mention Paying half the price of a 1% difference in service Tell that to my co-workers who have full bars of service with Verizon and Spectrum, and I had 0 bars of service.

Went into this store to switch from Tmobile and the staff was so helpful. They helped me understand how their leases work and how good the plan and coverage is. 7 months ago I came here had the worst experience with customer service. But today is the opposite. I brought my mom here to purchased her iphone that she have with her lease that had ended few days ago. Kiara provided such a great help for my mom. She stayed with my mom the whole hour dealing with customer service on the phone giving my mom and Kiara hard time just to pay for it. Thanks Kiara, my mom is so thankful for help your help!

We walked in to fix an issue with our account and the manager himself was screaming and laughing and joking around so loudly that my mother and I could not even here the representative speaking to us. They initially didnt know what we were talking about regarding our account and had to call sprint customer service to figure out what to do when we had already done that prior. Please do yourself a favor and just go to the Sprint in Oviedo. Way better service there
