The company called the morning of and let me know that we were the next stop after the current one. Tech called on his way with a time estimate. The tech was very professional and kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in the field. Originally scheduled a routine check-up for our unit since we just purchased the home in February. During our inspection of the home, the inspector noted a humming noise when the heater turned on. We advised the tech of that at the beginning of the appointment and he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly same day! He even showed us the difference between the bad part and the new part he was putting in. We were extremely impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

This company provides great service and has extremely knowledgeable staff like Richard who was entrigule in helping me fix my air circulation issues in my home. Before One Stop I had over a 5° difference between the area where my thermostat is located and my master bedroom. Now the difference is only around 1° in the summer during the middle of the day. Richard did not seem like your average sales person, but more like an expert on HVAC systems. I highly recommend One Stop services.

This people installed my brand new system 6 years ago but never registered it with the manufacturer. Had they done it, I would have a 10 year warranty instead of 5. Now I need to replace parts and I have to pay for these expensive parts out of pocket. They gave me some poor excuses and washed their hands off it. Very rude and condescending people on the customer service line. They literally said that if I had called them for service before the 5 years were up, they might have caught that they failed to register it. They only had 60 days to do so. Great strategy to get you pay for parts they put a mark up on.

I’m not certain who the technician was that was supposed to come to the house. We were given a window from 1-6 on a Saturday, then 6:00 came and went. I had my phone attached to me all day. It appears someone may have called me at 7:24pm, but I was already out and didn’t notice the call until this morning. Thank goodness I actually have a/c, but something IS wrong with the dampeners (again) and it needs fixed. But now it runs CONSTANTLY, making my power bill extraordinary. This isn’t my first disappointment with One Stop, but it’s the first time saying so. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. If whomever the tech was, had contacted us before 6:00, letting me know he was swamped, I would have understood. Just be professional and make the call. And not 1.5 hrs after. That’s not professional. But alas, I’m stuck. In a contract. Wth

I purchased a home with Taylor Morrison and One Stop was the company that did the A/C installation with all of the duct and vent work. The unit has worked fine for the three years I have been in the house however I have notice condensation around the handler for quite a long time. I have had them out twice over the last three years to discuss the condensation however nothing came of it. I honestly thought it wasnt a big deal (maybe the drain but the drain has always been clear). Eventually I noticed that the base boards around the part of the house with the handler, were separating from the walls. I applied more silicone figuring it was just the house settling. They separated more and we noticed that the laminate floor across from the handler was bubbling up. Finally I called an independent Inspector to come out and tell me what was wrong with my house. The inspector went in my attic to check for roof leaks but found that a/c ducts were not connected as well as they should have been. He used an infrared camera which showed almost all red (hot) except around the connection point where some blue (cold) was leaking out. When the inspector told me what he found, he told me that the mixture of hot and cold air was condensing and the moisture is flowing down the interior walls. He also used a moisture tester on the walls and they all were saturated.I have reached out to One Stop to ask for help which they completely refuse to do. I understand that it has been three years since they installed this however, they have been to my house twice over this time and neglected to find the problem. I know mistakes happen but One Stop will not even reach out to me. All I asked was for help and now I am going to have a large bill for another A/C company to come and fix their mistake as well as have new sheet rock, laminate flooring, and base boards installed.

Service tech was awesome - identified and fixed the issue right away, and explained everything along the way.However, the appointment booking process was abysmal. I called first thing Thursday morning to schedule an appointment; they told me there were no appointments available that day but theyd schedule it for the next morning. I called back at 1 PM the next day (Friday) after not hearing from a tech all morning, and the receptionist rudely informed me that my appointment was not until Saturday morning.

Very disappointed after the guy flew in and out. I spent $250 and he said it was fixed. Later to discover it was not. I should of reversed the payment after i asked why he did not even test the outside unit, and the excuses started to flow. Then he started to make excuses that were not remotely true. I’m a builder and caught this guy in a lie around being restricted by law, when I advised him that was not true he switched it to company policy. Now that it is not working again I may just block payment through my bank.

One Stop installed two new air conditioners in my house in Spring of 2020. Over the next year the float/shutoff switch on downstairs A/C unit failed twice, leading to two insurance claims for water/mold remediation, new drywall, and new flooring.Given the tremendous cost and damage of having this issue occur twice to an AC system that was less than one year old, I called One Stop to ask them to a) replace the return box under the unit (which had mold on it and Roto Rooter could not remediate) and b) install back up shut offs for both AC systems (given two failures of the primary shut off switch!).I felt this was a fair ask of One Stop because I didn’t go after them to pay for all the damage their system caused when it failed twice in its first year.I called One Stop several times over the course of a week to speak with Alesha, and was told at various times that she was in a meeting, was at another branch, etc, but would return my call. She never did. However when I called I often heard background conversations about this issue. It seemed that she was dodging me, so I asked for someone else to speak with and was given Tony B’s number with the explanation that he was higher up in the company. I left messages for Tony several times to no avail until my wife called and threatened to sue One Stop for damages.Tony finally called back and agreed to have someone change the box and install two back up shut offs. On the day his installers came out, they had only one new shut off switch and apparently no idea that they needed to change out the return box. I called Tony and he finally had them change the box and install one back up sensor. I asked Tony about the backup for the second system (given it had the same shut off switch as the one that failed twice) and he pretended to not remember that he had agreed to replace this.Tony finally agreed to send someone out to put the back up on the second system. He acted like he was doing me a tremendous favor. Tony said it would take a day or two. It’s been over a week since then, with multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach him.I don’t think One Stop stands by their work or their promises. I feel that adding a second backup sensor after two failures of their shut off switch caused two large insurance claims and a lot of damage isn’t a big ask. The kicker to all this is that, I just tested the float/shut off switch installed by One Step a week ago (which was their third attempt) and it doesnt work! I would not advise using this company for installation or maintenance.

Unfortunately, the service technician that came out was not listed on their site. However, his name is Emmanuel Barron. If you want professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient service, not only go here, but ask for him! If youre concerned whether they take precautions for COVID-19, he came with a mask and booties. Emmanuel came out within 2 hours from my call regarding my A/C not working and fixed it within 30-45 minutes. If I ever have issues with my A/C, Im asking for him again, and suggest you do the same! Jeffrey Gwaltn was our service technician and arrived within a reasonable time to start our service.Once Jeffrey arrived at our house he immediately began investigation of our problem and found it quickly. Technician arrived and I was told they would be doing diagnostic for $99 charge. Within three minutes of tech being here he advised he needed to do further testing that would cost an additional $430, because my unit was low on Freon, so he said he had to pump Freon in ac to break out sniffer. My unit had Freon still in system about 4 pounds so I asked can you bring in the sniffer and see if it identifies anything without pumping Freon that they were charging me for into a leaking system. Tech said no that’s not how it works and refused to try and check anything. This does not sound like proper diagnostic to me. It’s one thing if they would use sniffer and say they can’t find anything and need to add refrigerant for test, but to refuse to check first is obsurd.

The serviceman was very nice and took his time trying to analyze and fix the problem. Unfortunately he didn’t find any problems but did discover and error code(f3) and reset the system. He said it isn’t a fix and to keep an eye on it. Whatever that means. I have little doubt it won’t happen again. If it dies I will expect a final fix or replacement. The unit is 8 months old!

For starters, Nick was congenial, courteous and as we would eventually learn, very competent. He was performing scheduled maintenance on three units and I observed him removing motors to clean fan blades - weve not had that level service before. We mentioned wanted to add Nest Gen 3 thermostats - before we knew it, he was on his way to Clermont to retrieve the Nest units. And he identified an ailing module - and replaced it. He masked his understandable annoyance with my curiosities and questions. He very patiently explained the basics.True professional! A major One-Stop asset!

Had my home built 2018 November One stop Cooling was the company that put the system in. Before The house was built I expressed concerns about the tonnage of the unit being put in a two-story home with cathedral ceilings and 21 windows. It was told to me that it was energy efficient and the 3 ton would be efficient. From the moment I moved into the home the house was not cool I had complain to my builder which is M I homes. Through the year I had several issues one the vents was not enough. The hoses was bent Had to be removed and put a new vent in. My bills was $400 a month me being the only person living there. Several times that the cooling is not enough for that home. A year pass by and all I get is the runaround from M I homes and one stop calling all they say is it’s not under warranty. Once the Cooling came out and told me I had a leak I contacted a professional HVAC company and come to find out that my compressor was burnt out.Obviously contacted One Stop Who refuse to come on the phone they give me the runaround that it is not under warranty. I paid $1600 to repair to put in a new condenser. Two weeks later compressor brought out again. My technician went to get the part at carrier who did an investigation because why would two compressors burn out in less than two weeks. Carrier said there are parts missing to the unit when it was initially put in. Five parts and also the tonnage is wrong. For that home 2200 ft.² two story home the measurement The lines we’re short. I spent another 1600 to put in another compressor condenser and the five parts that it was missing. So my advice to anyone that is going to go through this company pleaseFar away from them because all they do is put in cheap labor cheap parts. Improper oversight for the management to not do a proper inspection of the unit faulty productsThat is not a warranty issue that is a human issue and carelessness. I will be taking them to court So please do yourself a favor say away from this company no one picks up the phone no one wants to answer to what they’ve done wrong

This is the SECOND very poor review I am doing on this company. The first I deleted because they did send a crew to fix the problem. However I attempted to give this company a second spin which was another terrible mistake. Over night into the morning of Wed Feb 03, 2021 my Heater went out on one of the coldest nights of the year (20s/ 30s) for Florida is COLD.I called based on the number I saw in Google which stated as seen in the attached picture ( Open 24/7 ) this IS NOT TRUE! They are NOT open 24/7 you get routed to a VERY RUDE AND NASTY answering service which is probably the cheapest answering service they could find. Hence, you get what you pay for. Their answering service hung up on me and told me they did not open until 8:00AM. Who ever it was that answered the phone had a REALLY BAD attitude from the beginning. Not exactly customer service friendly! To say the least!I called the office at 8:05AM and was told by one of their representatives that they would send a tech out to my residence at approx 11:00AM. I called back at 11:00AM to check on the status of my technician to find out my time had been re scheduled for some time between 1:00PM - 6:00PM. This is obviously QUITE a LARGE GAP! I do work from home however as you can imagine I have to still plan my day accordingly. Im sure you would probably agree a ( 6 ) hour gap is a bit excessive.Due to the past poor experience with this company coupled with this very poor experience I had with this company I called back into their dispatch and canceled the appointment. I give this company a ( 1 ) Star if you want Fast, Friendly and Reliable service I would STEAR CLEAR from One Stop Cooling and Heating.

We pay annually for the preventative maintenance, it is a total waste of money. My house is not even 3 years old and our system has flooded the house twice. The team of Adam and Steve came right on time.They worked all day without a break. They answered all of my questions and were very polite and respectful. They moved items that were obstructing the installation and returned them if necessary for the installation and cleaned up completely before they left.

After an initial hiccup with their answering service I spoke to their dispatch the following morning. A technician was scheduled to come out between 12 and 2pm that day. He arrived around 11am not knowing I was at work. He stayed parked in front of our house instead of going to another appointment so he wouldnt miss our service window. Mike from the Leesburg office diagnosed and replaced a capacitor in 9 minutes. He then looked over the rest of the AC and was on his way. The house was cool within 30 minutes. The following day a manager (Alicia Campbell? Very nice but Im terrible with names) called to follow up on my experience with their answering. Accidents happen sometimes but the took an annoyed customer and turned me into someone that will recommend their services. Thank you, One Stop Cooling.

Josh W. Came to my home to fix my heater. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He was super sweet to my 10 yr old who loves to learn about everything. He also installed a apco air cleaner in my system and the air in my home smells fresh already. I feel safer knowing the system is killing any unwanted germs. I would definelty recommend Josh w.
