I told him what I needed, said he didnt want to fix it told me what it could have been, but Im not an electrician or an appliance expert so how does that help me...

Unbelievable knowledge and excellent service from this company at a reasonable price. I can only say how pleased I was with this company.

I called in to get a price on replacing a simple rubber seal and the guy that answered was rude, disrespectful and had no patience whatsoever. He quoted what I heard as an astronomical price, so I asked how that could be for such a small part replacement, and he responded by yelling at me and talking over me like I was bothering him by even asking. I would never recommend doing business with this company based on how this guy treated me.

Called concerning washing machine that shut down with burning smell. He said motor had auto shutoff due to overheating and unplug and let it cool off for an hour or two. Plugged back in, worked as advertised. Thanks.
