This store/location is my first stop for any of my auto needs. I stopped by the store for a new battery and Benjamin S. was the man! It must have been 100 + degrees and he gladly helped install the battery. Big thanks!

Robert was great! He recommended the perfect reusable AC recharger for me, someone who has no clue, really, what Im doing. He briefly described just how to do it and told me there were resources on the bottle for videos - finding the port and doing it. My experience was a quick in and out! #thankful!

I have been in this store several times and was always assisted by the store personnel. The place is clean and well stocked I go I buy from this place often. I can recommend this store and the personnel highly!

I had the best experience at auto zone today! Just like everytime. This time Francisco went above and beyond to not only determine my turn signal bulb but installed it as well. I absolutely appreciate all his kindness. Francisco even remembered when my daughter bought her first car we came in for a steering wheel cover. This is my familys go to auto parts store. Just left at 11:12 Am the new Auto Zone by McDonald in winter springs, and the two Gentleman that were there could not have been more helpful and personable! I tried finding windshield wipers on my own and failed miserably!They offered to look up and assist me with finding the correct item and made sure to ask what price point am I looking for so I am comfortable... I asked if they could show me how to install them and they was glad to do so!They made things so STRESS FREE when I was lost.... I genuinely appreciate them both! Thankful for this location!

2nd time walking in the store to buy car detail products & I was surprised by the amazing amount of brands & different professional detail products they have. They gave me the wrong parts for my job, a simple oil and filters change. Went back to get the right ones and ran in to a big problem. I was on a set budget on the project and had only little wiggle room. Instead of doing store credit and swapping the parts. They sent it back to credit taking a couple days to get back into the account. Leaving me high and dry. Then said sorry nothing we can do about it. So now Im stuck waiting. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to advanced.

I went in for battery trouble on a vehicle I dont drive very often and James (the manager) was wonderful! The terminals were a corrosive disaster, which should not be his problem, but he cleaned/fixed it all anyway. He tested the battery for me and replaced it too. Thanks!
