Today we needed the help of Tri County Towing . We where trying to help a family in need towing a Motor home when them going to live . Not only Tri county worked with the price but them delivered the Motor home in Labor Day for them . Vito the tow truck guy was professional and friendly . Is good to know in this World is people willing to make a difference and help the community in need . Keep up the great job guys

I hit a stump in the parking lot and called at 5:40pm they showed up in ten minutes and I was gone by 6:30 after paperwork... Price was reasonable for the great service...Highly recommend them!

Tried calling for help on towing a car from my neighborhood and the lady on the phone gave terrible customer service, she said she couldn’t help because she didn’t know what town houses were .... and then she said to call management and when I explained that managements office hours were closed because it was 9 pm. She said she couldn’t help and I was out of luck, luckily I was able to have the car moved but no thanks to people like her. Truly she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

My car was towed Thursday night and my first opportunity to pick up my car was Friday night, they are closed on the weekends and charge people each day the car is in their lot. What you are doing to people is wrong and I hope people dont use your service knowing that they scam people out of their money.

Im guessing this place does really great business because they dont seem to want mine! I work for a real estate investment trust and we were looking for a new tow company to take care of a couple of our Altamonte Springs locations. I called about a week ago and spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he let me know the owner/Manager (Wendy) was on the phone and would return my call promptly. Needless to say my call was never returned. I decided to give it a second try so I called the following week and actually got lucky and Wendy answered the phone! Unfortunately Wendy was still busy and asked if she could take my number/email and contact me back. Once again Wendy let me down :(((. (Now I understand things can get busy but at least show some professionalism and return contacts, especially when they are trying to give you more business!) Luckily we were able to get Courtesy Towing to take our business and so far the experience has been great. Also to the owners response about predatory towing, thats a pathetic response and further proves the point I already made about your lack of professionalism. We only tow cars when there is a valid reason, ie. expired tags/flat tires/inoperable/illegally parked in tow zone or fire lane etc. Im actually surprised you are in business given how laughable your customer service is to potential clients. We will definitely spread the word to all of our sites including competitors to make sure they dont have to deal with your child like antics. I suggest finding another business to get in where you arent dealing with the public!

I called them for assistance due to my motorcycle battery died, they stated it would be 30 min pick up I let 45 min pass and did a call back for status they then said 5to 10 min. And yet again nothing so I call for 3rd time and he says 15-20 min after an additional 30 min the tow driver calls me asking where Im at (mind you he mentions wrong location) I advise Im not there, where was he.. he then tells me he just got the order I tell him to forget it because at this point its getting dark and he says ok whatever and hang up on me. So irresponsible for lying and leaving female stranded. SOOO I WOULDNT RECOMMEND AND I DO INTEND TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THIS. you and your company deserve to receive a negative number review and rating.

This review is all about Daphne an outstanding employee very helpful employee this company is very lucky to have a person like Daphne she is an outstanding person very customer service oriented and she goes the extra mile to help this company is by far one of the best towing companies Ive used they take care of your car and theyre very accommodating the only person Ive spoke to is Daphne she is very accommodating and Im pretty sure this company has nothing but the best employees call them if you need any towing assistance and find out for yourself

Thank you Tri County Towing for a job well done they towed my car from my house to my mechanic shop that had no brakes they showed up quickly and took the car without me having to go with him very convinent the service guy Vito was very nice and professional did a great job moving the vehicle without causing any damage I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I work for service king and we use tri county towing they are amazing super fast, and super friendly. Tim is my absolute favorite he always has a smile on his face its nice.

Car broke down on a main road, made a call for a tow at 9am, waited an hour, called and was told the truck was enroute and would arrive in 30min. it’s now 12:15pm and still no signs of any truck.

Looked online and it says the office hours are 24 hours but when I get there 45 mins after 5 they telling me theyre closed. So this is how you get your money. 🤔
