Publix is a staple. The prices are definitely notably higher than other grocery stores when it comes to common brand items, but they have great BOGO sales and their own brand is great with everything Ive tried. The deli is excellent and I will never be buying a sub from Subway again if a Publix is nearby. The store is always clean and the surrounding neighborhood is good, so no discomfort going at any hour. Also, the bakery is one of the best around.

Where to start, where to start 🤔The deli has my heart. Very accommodating and friendly. Love interacting with every single one of them.The bakery is my nemesis, always screwing up my diet. Thats my fault though, taking full responsibility lolCustomer service, cashiers and baggers are all personable and informative.Never had an encounter with a floor manager, but thats a good sign, right?

I will only use this pharmacy and no where else. Their lead pharmacist, Julie went above and beyond to solve my insurance issues so I could receive my medicine at the low price of zero vs. The high price of $100 per. Julie took her time to explain to me why the insurance was handling in such a way and took charge to be the professional driver in getting it corrected. I love Julies team and glad we found them.

The young lady at the seafood counter who helped was great! Eight pounds of crash legs is a lot. She had to get a box from the freezer and needed two bags. One of which ripped open,so she had a fight of it.

Love this store, friendly staff and the bakery is good too. I got a birthday cake recently, it looked amazing, especially because I wasnt sure how I wanted it to look and the girl who was taking the order put down her suggestions. I was a little worried about the outcome, but was pleasantly surprised how great it looked when I picked it up.

This Publix is very friendly. The bathroom is right up front and clean. The only drawback for me personally, is that the store is organized differently than most Publix supermarkets, which can make it a little difficult to find items.

My review goes out to the Pharmacy team at this location. They were EXCEPTIONAL when it came to helping me through my extreme shot phobia while I was getting vaccinated. Crystal the pharmacist helped me through my panic attack symptoms and never made me feel like a burden. She went out of her way to make sure I was okay and even stood and fanned me for a good 10 minutes until I calmed down. I understand the extreme work pressure that the pharmacist is under during this time (administering vaccines every 6 minutes while still having to fulfill prescriptions 🤯) so the fact that she took the time to make sure I was fine and was sweet through the entire process really impressed me!

Best Publix in the area! If you want to feel like a Celebrity go in right when they open. The staff makes you feel special.

We visited this town center the stop at Great Clips Laurie Hill is a Great Clips floater, she goes to any Great Clips that needs extra help. My wife and I follow her no matter where she goes, yes she is that good. Highly recommend her and Great clips.

I really like this Publix. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a good morning from one of the associates.It is extremely clean, prices at the shelves are accurately reflected at the register and they have a great selection of products.Both the casier and bagger were friendly and courteous by saying hello and asked if I found everything OK.My only recommendation is to start carrying the Real Suger Mountain Dew and Real Suger Pepsi, but this is solely a personal preference!

As Publix stores go, this ones not my favorite. Seems like weve encountered less than friendly employees here a few times. Clean and fairly close to home. Like many Publix, the parking lot is difficult.Putting away the groceries from today - spoiled berries - obviously ridiculous. But my 4 other containers of various berries are also beat up. They dont take care with fragile produce. Im going to go back to trying to avoid this Publix.

There are many heroes of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Not overlooked is the tremendous staff that serves us at the Publix at Winter Springs Town Center. The familiar faces of these wonderful people are covered in masks now, but underneath are true servants of the Publix customers. We shop at this store several times per week, (probably too much!). The staff is incredibly professional and they have, all, without exception made us feel welcome and safe during this crisis. I have had several bad experiences at this Publix, but this takes the cake. I went to this Publix to get two money orders and the lady behind the customer service desk was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. I counted out the money I wanted on the order, and she rudely says there’s a lot more than that here, so I tell her I want all of it on the money order. I didn’t have my glasses on, so I admit I miscounted but her conduct was totally uncalled for.I asked for my friend to re-count the money, as I didn’t trust the cashier’s count due to how she acted and her attitude, and I told her so. She responds by saying: “I was nice enough to recount the money, and if anything you’re the one with the attitude.” All of what she said was completely unnecessary, and needlessly rude. I don’t understand why she felt the need to say any of it— you’re not doing me a favor by doing your job.I asked to speak to the manager and while she was calling her over, she continued to argue back and forth with me. I told the manager I didn’t come to bicker or go back and forth, I just wanted my money orders.This Publix needs to hire respectful employees. It would be another thing if I was rude to her, but I wasn’t. It matters how you treat people because you never know what they’re going through. More of their employees need to believe in the golden rule and treat others with kindness. Won’t be coming back to this Publix anymore.

My wife shops here weekly and normally loves this store but the cashier is rude since covid has hit. I understand that everything has changed but treating customers like they are a nuisance for coming in is rude. She will be switching to the publix in Casselberry in hopes to have a cashier that doesnt treat her like a disease. Its a shame to leave that store but covid is no excuse for rudeness. The rest of the store is great the deli, bakery, meat department, customer service counter. They need to retrain a few cashiers on customer service, they need to be reminded that customers are people too.

Normally I love this store. But tonight (1/8/2020), right before closing, the male night manager said right in front of me that his customers don’t have any common sense. And he was speaking about he me.He made that statement in response to a question/comment his cashier made on my behalf.And I wasn’t even mad or complaining. I made a general comment regarding the stores sale signage.Never coming back. He just made me a Winn Dixie shopper. And that’s too bad because I love(d) Publix.

Just have to day 1 thing. I love this publix but the reason it doesnt get 5 is because of 1 single employee. I have never been yelled at by a publix cashier before. All because I stood on the correct line. Instead of yelling at your customers maybe ask nicely. So freakin rude..

One of your franchises employees, Paola, disrespected my mother in such a terrible way that my mother broke down entirely. She acted in an unprofessional and overzealous way that I believe was racially motivated. Shes had complaints before, that can be seen on your Facebook page, and the manager on duty did nothing to stop it. I have never had an experience like this at Publix. When she saw the manager speaking to my mother in a patronizing way, the employee was standing to the side smiling as if she knew she wasnt going to receive any consequences for her actions. This is not someone you want representing your company.
