I had been carrying around a new phone since December. Went in, and Audrey went above and beyond any previous experience. She transferred all my files, pictures, phone numbers, etc. She spent at least an hour helping me!! I had been dreading it, but I will go out of my way to visit this location again if needed! Alyssa and audree at the Wintersprings branch were extremely helpful my watch was connected to an old line and the Sim wasnt connecting to the new one they both were on the phone many times to try to get it to work and they got it they both are highly recommended
By far the best customer service I had experienced in quite sometime. I had an issue with my phone not working so I came into this store for help. since it was an old phone I thought my only option was to buy a new one, and I really didnt want to do this, at least not yet. Chris reminded me I have insurance and he helped me call in to make a claim and it was approved. If he would have never reminded me of my insurance plan, I would have dropped over a grand for a new phone. VJ (VJ or DJ I cant remember sorry) also helped me when Chris was away. Both guys showed great customer service and I def want to make sure they are recognized for this.
Had an amazing experience at this T-mobile. Christopher helped me out and I received some of the best customer service from him. The staff in general are extremely helpful and kind. Will return to this location for any other needs for my phone.
When entering the store customer service rep ( female with orange hair) did not acknowledge me or other customers. She gave us a glare and continued to play with a tablet. Later on she walked by us and still did not say hello or offer assistance. As other rep was handling us my mask slipped below my nose, she rudely approached me and asked me to pull up my mask. Still no hello or introduction, I simply told her I would but a hello would be nice, she rudely raised her voice and told me She was busy . Me and the other customers she ignored also all happened to be minorities .

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a T-Mobile store. Normally they are all respectful and very helpful. Since the moment I walked into the store the staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I was replacing an iPhone 11 with warranty. I was told that it would be overnighted after I paid for the replacement. My phone did not arrive for 9 days. When I asked to buy a new phone with cash, they refused to sell me one. They said “unless you finance a phone, we will not sell you another”. I literally had to buy a “pay as you go phone” from Best But with a new number for the 9 days. When I tried to speak to them about my concerns, the women and men We’re inconsiderate of my feelings and we’re very unhelpful. If it wasn’t for my previous experiences with T-Mobile, I would have dropped this service immediately. Do not go to this location. It will put a sour taste in your mouth about the company.
We always come to this store for any changes, upgrades, questions. The staff is super helpful and friendly, as well as thorough with numbers and information. My bill has never been a surprise after a change.Today, Melissa helped us out as soon as we arrived and took excellent care of us. She offered products without being pushy and helped get us in and out with a new phone, within 30 minutes 😊

Was told when I got my OnePlus 7 pro that it would be repairable at any repair store. I found out today that not only is that not the case, but to repair the back of the phone will cost me almost $300 with insurance. This is bs and I am switching carriers . Not only that but, I called in and was placed on hold for 30 MINUTES thanks to Anthony to talk to a manager. He FORGOT I was on the phone for 30 MINUTES. Right ... Verizon or ATT, here I come. They are the best promoters for those companies.
Although I did not want to spend my day getting a new phone but Eli B. was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful which made my experience fantastic! Great job Eli B! And great job T-Mobile for following all social distancing policies!
We went to two T-Mobiles and they kept telling us to go to Apple when it opens we couldn’t make phone calls or text. We came here and Emily was awesome, glad to help us figure it out and got our phone working again. Thank you so much!! We will be back to get new phones later this year with you!
I love how seriously this store is taking both customer and employee safety with COVID19. Everything is disinfected and all are wearing masks. I felt very safe, and they were all so helpful. The customer service here is fantastic. Arron was very dedicated to fixing my problem.

At first when we came in the gentlemen who greeted us came off a little rude kinda glad he wasn’t our sales rep.Christopher on the other hand did an outstanding job explaining everything to us, he was very patient he didn’t seem in any hurry like other sales person would. Audrey was beyond awesome! Solid advice, very personable, 11 out of 10! I went here afterwalking out of the colonial and Bennet store due to sub par customer service. Audrey didnt even know I had a bad experience and she went above and beyond to ensure I got the phone I wanted. I went in about 10 minutes before they closed a few days ago to inquire about having my phone replaced through warranty, and although they werent able to help me in-store, the girls working were extremely friendly and helpful. They directed me to call Customer Service, and to contact Customer Loyalty if CS couldnt help me. Their advice came in handy, and Im now waiting to pick up my replacement phone at the store soon. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had, with anything. I dealt with Christopher at this store when my phone had some major issues. He helped me through the (what would have been) confusing warranty/ insurance claim on my plan. Super knowledgeable and helpful, and he made sure i was all set up and all my data transferred over to my new device.

T-Mobile in Winter Springs, FL (store #5241) Employee Wins My TrustIve had phone service with a particular phone company over 12 years (since 2005). However, due to their prices getting higher along with their deals and service not getting any better I decided to switch carriers.After days of on-line comparison shopping I chose to go with T-Mobile. Why? Simply put, better prices, better deals, better service. All I needed to do now was pick which store I wanted to go to and finalize the deal. But I had some quick questions to ask on the phone first before heading out the door.Out of convenience, I decided to check a couple of stores where I live. The employee at the first store quickly answered the phone but seemed rushed. He said he was stuck by himself in the store and was with a customer at the time. The impression I got was that he was in a hurry to get me off the phone. Didnt offer me to come in to talk or any other solution. So our conversation ceased quickly.The second store I called couldnt answer a main question I had about which credit bureau was used for checking a customers credit. For security reasons, due to the global hacking breaches recently, I chose to have the three major consumer credit reporting agencies freeze access to my credit report. I needed to know which bureau T-Mobile was using to verify a customers credit standing so that I could temporarily lift the freeze. The two employees there didnt have the answer.I then called store #5241. An employee there named Emily picked up the phone. She calmly answered every question, about ten of them, including the credit bureau one. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I immediately knew this was the place to go.When my family and I arrived she greeted us warmly and was very courteous. She asked us specific questions, listened to our needs and recommended options.The only major hiccup was in the credit bureau check. The specific credit bureau did not inform me correctly, via telephone, on how to get a temporary lift on the freeze, nor when T-Mobile would have access to check my credit standing.Finally, after several conversations on the phone Emily and I had with the bureaus customer service department, with me insisting on talking to the credit bureaus manager, the credit verification was resolved. Emilys assistance in helping us to get this matter rectified was admirable. She was with us every step of the way. If it wasnt for her patience, determination and concern for our complete satisfaction, we would have gone elsewhere for our phone needs.Needless to say, we are extremely happy and thankful for all the help she has given us. She is one of the best service employees I have ever met in dealing with the public. Somebody at T-Mobile ought to give her a raise and/or a free trip to Hawaii.If T-Mobile is your choice, visit store #5241 in Winter Springs, FL. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

If you are looking for great service look for Chase. On 11/24/2018 Chris did a fantastic Job on explaining everything correctly and very detailed TMobile is bless to have him as an employee. He does pay attention to detail.

This phone stores phone never works.Edit: after going in I realized their phone is always busy because they use the stores phone line to activate lines. That makes no sense.
The staff is super friendly definitely made us feel like they were part of the community.

Employees are rude and just stupid. We have there service for 2 months and the phones and promised deals still havent happened. We had to go to store 12 times just to be told wrong information. The phones went out before hurricane hit Fla. We have been sent to collections by Verizon because T Mobile cant get it right to pay off our phones as promised. We figured we spent 12 hours at this store and its still not fixed because of stupidicy. We dealed with the store manager last and he wouldnt give us his bosses name or number. Scared? I do not recommend T Mobile.
Worst Company, store, and experience ever. I was suppose to have a plan for $120 and i have been paying $160. i swapped my phone with a another phone within the 14 days initial period and i have been paying for both phone for 4 month now. i called and went to the store over 10 times each and all im getting is sorry we have to escalate this issue and it might take sometime and that time depends on the persons mood that day so i got 48 hours, 5 days, 7 days, 14 days and actually its been over 2 month.Worst store and cellphone company.
