They actually closed earlier than said. Got here at 6 on weekday and already closed. Very inconvenient

Cant call ahead to ask what they take. I show up and they are hesitant to take things.

Every time I drop off something they are immediately out the door and at my car ready to accept my items. Very friendly. The receipt is handy for taxes and online I keep an account with a copy of all donations.

Dropping off donations is quick and easy! They offer you a receipt for tax purposes if required. They have drive up parking space and will pick up your items directly at your car.

They do not accept containers (non household)

It started to lightly rain as I was pulling up and an employee looked directly at me then proceeded closing the door as I pulled into a parking spot. I waited for a cart as this is an Express drop off location but no one came out. I started to grab things from my car and a kind stranger offered to help. I was able to grab everything and go inside myself. Upon entering the same employee (Karen S) rolled her eyes and continued with a task before sliding a cart across the room in my direction. The only words spoken to me were want a receipt? She was so rude. I will gladly find somewhere else to donate my things.

Its a pretty good store, only problem is they are actually only open from 9am-9pm, on the website it says 8am so a big bummed about that.

Went to donate items this guy told us that he was full to capacity.would not take donations.on new definitely resaleable items.dont understand why would you have someone drive there at 3pm open till 8 pm and not take a donation that definitely can be resold I supported Goodwill for years this definitely makes me look for different organization who have courtsy and respect for their donors.
