The experience i have had walking into this particular gamestop is absolutely excellent. Its almost exciting to walk into the store and have someone run up and greet you. They tell you current deals on the spot right before you even look around the building. Would give 6/5 stars if i could. It made my day better walking in there 😁

Other reviews aren’t kidding when they say this store does not answer the phone. Tried calling every 10 minutes for an hour and not once did they ever pick up. Other stores would at least put me on hold and answer my question but this store doesn’t seem to care. Needed an answer on a used game prior to driving 20 minutes away from my home store to make sure it was actually in stock. Really disappointed.

Couldnt help me but gave options to resolve issue

They dont answer the phone. Needed to try to find a used Xbox controller. I ended up going to Cybertron Games. Go to Cybertron games, they sell modern stuff too, and they actually answer the phone when you call.

Picked up a few SDCC pops and pre ordered a game. Store Mgr. Ryan is a nice and helpful guy. Actually the entire staff in that store are nice!

I opted out on trading my original Wii system & games because the trade-in value was not as much as I was hoping for. I was a little disappointed with the offer however, the gentleman helping me, his name was Walter, was so patient, thorough and helpful during my visit. Next time I go to gamestop, I will drive a few extra miles to visit this location. Great customer service!!!!

Been going here for about 6 years. Majority of staff is super knowledgeable. Exceptions are the temps they hire around holidays, but hey, theyre temps. One of the employees (I think he still works there and his name might be Shawn) is always helpful for me and my husband, especially when I come by myself. Ive been in other game stores that assume Im buying games for my husband. Umm...nope, sorry. Im the gamer in the family.Good people. Fun midnight releases.Seriously though, quit hiring high school temps around the holidays. They have this weird vacant look that creeps me out.

It took forever and ever in line to make my purchase. It seems that no one goes to a video game store just to make a purchase. They have to prove their bona fides as a hardcore gamer. The guy behind the counter doesnt care, but that doesnt stop anyone from trying to impress him.Secondly, the people behind the counter have a whole long spiel to go through trying to get me to sell them my old video games, video game systems, video game accessories, or any host of other services they provide. I realize its something they are supposed to do, but that doesnt make it any less unpleasant to stand through when I just want to get my game and go home to play it.

Traded my sons old 3ds for an XL. Isaiah was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even helped transfer ID to the new device. Very satisfied with the customer service!

Its your typical GameStop store, nothing overly fancy or out of the ordinary. The customer service here is good as is the selection of available game titles for PS4!

I live near 3 Gamestops and I still drive 8 miles to visit this spot. I have always had a good experience with the people here. Everyone is very knowledgeable about everything I have asked about. Go check them out, its worth it.

Lots of games to check out. Prices are average. Employees are nice. Every time I go they always greet you and make sure if you need help you get it.

Very upset as i pre ordered a game so that I could get the poster and in game extra content. I go by and pick up my game and i am told that there are no posters left. The manager standing right didnt even step in to help or even offer an alternative. How can they not give you the item you were guaranteed??? All I got was an offer to see if another store had one. Really??? I waste time driving to this specific location and now have to go elsewhere for my item? And not even guarantee it will be there?? Very poor customer service.

Been here only a few times but have always had a great experience last time I was the staff is knowledgeable and while they do ask all the typical gamestop questions, its their job to do that so I dont really hold it against them.

They had the games we wanted for gifts as we were looking for some older versions to save some money. Staff was helpful.

Some staff is friendly others are not. i will stick to the gamestop in waterford.

One of the girls there is an idiot. She thinks that getting an M rated game is like buying alcohol where you need to look 30 to not be asked for ID. We could not get a game because one of us did not bring id and even though we all were older than 21 she still did not sell us the game...their loss I guess.

I shopped at this gamestop for 3 years until the day I had a return. The people at this store are very rude and do not care if you are a long-term customer. They created a bad, embarrassing experience and treated us as though we were criminals. We have spent thousands at this store and were treated this way in front of a store full of other customers over ten dollars.
