Spoke with Eric via phone who was surprisingly condescending for a basic question. I asked who I can contact for help with package tracking (since I had shipped from their store), and he asked what service I used. I said “I remember that the option I chose was one of the cheapest.” When he realized the option I chose was routed via USPS he immediately launched into a long monologue about how I ‘obviously’ would not be able to get any help from UPS at all and that customers always disregard the UPS option because of price and then complain. I had no intention of complaining about this whatsoever as I simply didn’t realize that the option I chose meant UPS would no longer assist me, and was just looking for clarification on who to call, however he gave me a “you should have known better when you chose this option, not our problem” speech (in response to the reply below, I believe it’s very clear that he did not say verbatim that it is not his problem, it was just the overall tone of the point he was making). Very uncomfortable. A simple explanation would have sufficed.Edited to add in response to the reply from the owner below: I do not leave negative reviews unless I have an honestly uncomfortable experience, which is very infrequently. I stand by my review. Unfortunately customers in the store only heard one side of the conversation. As I have added above, I believe it’s clearly indicated that he did not directly state it was “not his problem”, what I said is that this was the overall tone of his communication with me. If it helps clarify for others, no, he obviously did not say “this is not my problem” verbatim. Thanks.
First off I would like to say this isnt necessarily an indictment of this store, but a problem mainly created by UPS Corporate. The employees at this store, aside from the owner Eric, have been nothing short of helpful.While attempting to drop off prepaid packages the other day I was informed by Eric that there are too many for the small space he has in the store and I needed to start taking them to the UPS hub. The problem is the local hub is closed from noon until 5pm.The other solution presented by both UPS and Eric is to have a scheduled UPS pickup. The problem is their definition of scheduled means they show up whenever they want and youre stuck waiting around not knowing if theyre going to be an hour early, or 2 hours late and they might just not show up at all.UPS doesnt care to listen to their customers who have voiced their complaints in person, over the phone and in online reviews regarding their middle of the day closure of their offices. So now my problem with UPS has become OUR problem with UPS. Eric, maybe you have a contact at UPS that would like to listen to you regarding your customers issues. They certainly dont care to listen to us directly.
I came in with multiple things needing done. The sales woman was so helpful. Seriously sweet and helped ease the crazy that was my life by making everything so effortless. 5+++++ stars. I believe the woman who helped me was Elba, but I could be wrong!
I found myself in need of a lot of moving supplies with a job relocation I had this year and was able to find everything I needed at this store. The boxes and bubble wrap in particular were so much better made than what I was able to find in big box stores that we were able to reuse those materials in the back and forth between homes. I was appreciate of the flexible hours particularly on Saturdays and all of the interactions I’ve had with the staff have been friendly. I would recommend shopping locally here if you’re in need of moving and packing materials.
Stopped by for copies and Eric helped me wrangle the machine. He was incredibly kind and patient with not just me, but every single person in the store. Which most of he knew by name. 😁I will drive out of my way to use this location just for the customer service alone.

We do have closer stores, but this is the store of choice. The owner, Eric, has been personally very informative, patient with our concerns, and helps us to make the best shipping decisions for our products! The staff has been helpful, as well. I believe that this stores seeks to be excellent and tries to take care of its customers!
I frequent the UPS store for several reasons, not only are they geographically close, they have the best customer service and most professional and friendly staff that I’ve ever seen. Always helpful. Always offering options that are more economical. Always willing to go the extra mile on every aspect of their business. It’s so easy to drop off an item knowing that Eric and his team will wrap, pack and ship so the item is received in perfect condition. I always trust that I will never be overcharged or have inflated services that are needed. They are simply that trustworthy. I rarely do five stars but when I do, it means that the business has earned it as far as I’m concerned.
The employees are always very helpful and provided me with a variety of shipping options. The store itself is always extremely clean and organized.
Horrible Service! I always go to this UPS. Last time I went to this UPS I asked a question to the only person there, he was very rude and started to mock and laugh at me. Then he kept making fun of me with other clients. I could not believe this is the way they treat a costumer! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will never go back after this experience it is horrible to make fun of someone for asking a question, definitely not a good service. Before this incident he was mistreating a client on the phone. Do not recommend!

The service I received at the UPS Store in Winter Springs Town Center was beyond great. I had a huge (I mean HUGE) stack of old files that I needed scanned in short order. Eric and his staff immediately started working on the project, and completed it in record time. What I was most impressed with is that Eric personally called me to be sure the project would be completed to our specifications. He even worked with our IT manager to be sure the scans were being transmitted according to our needs. I dreaded the headache of getting the project completed, but Eric took the burden (and concern) off my shoulders and performed beyond expectations. Thank you!!!!
Dont go anywhere else for your shipping needs. Eric and his staff are the best. They always help you figure out the best way to get your shipments done and the most economical for me, not whats best for them. If you want a place you can trust, you must go this UPS store only!!

I try not to be negative, but this was so frustrating because I was in a rush. There was only one person working the day before a holiday (so you would think they’d have extra help). The customer in front of me was seemingly filling out paperwork, and mailing his life story but writing it first. I just needed a 5 second scan. Waited until I couldn’t take it anymore, then left.I will not be returning to this understaffed location ever again.
Love the service, they are always helpful in finding the best shipping options for me. I also use their notary service alot, its affordable and fast. The owner Eric, seems to really care about customer service... highly recommend this store!

All I can say is Wow! and not in a positive way. I was absolutely taken aback by the self-described owners dismissive attitude when I arrived at the store. Granted, it was during a busy time, when the UPS truck was loading up out back for the final pickup of the day, but to treat me with such a disrespect and regard was completely out of line. As the OWNER of the store, I expected better!I had run out of packing tape at home and was trying to get just the top of a small box taped up and shipped back to Amazon, when I was told by the owner that he would do it later as a courtesy but that he was in the midst of getting some shipments out for his PAYING CUSTOMERS and Id have to wait if I wanted to see that my package was taped up and receive a drop-off receipt. All it would have taken was a simple. Would you mind waiting a couple of minutes? Ill be right with you -- just trying to get some packages out for the final pickup. That, I could have understood. That, I would have had absolutely no problems with, but as an Amazon customer, whose return shipment was prepaid, it would have been nice to know that my business was still appreciated. That same business that, Im sure, reaps you some sort of benefit as a shipping contractor with Amazon. How dare you imply that I was not a paying customer and therefore my business with your store was not as important! Shameful!!!
Eric runs a great business. I am partially disabled and he has always helped out my aide to get business taken care of quickly and pleasantly.I like the fact that I can send needed print material to him and he takes care of it for me.He is fast, friendly and of good character. I may take a gasp at prices sometime but alas they are going up everywhere. We should allow Eric to make a profit and be thankful for him.As a fellow Christian I wll patronize his business because he is serving the LORD with all his heart at the business GOD has given him.Keep up the good work, Eric!!!!!!!!!
Honestly I have received great service every time I have used this location to ship packages, even when I did not have them taped correctly. The owner is right, they tried to charge me for tape at another location. At xmas there was an hour wait at the post office and I was in/out in less than 10 minutes, same exact rate the post office would have charged. The owner may be busy but always courteous. Maybe I just recognize and appreciate this is a small business that is providing a service for me. Ive definitely never had the negative experience listed in the other reviews.
I have been dealing with a return from Home Depot for about 3 months. This group at the Winter Springs location has given me all the help I need to provide proof that Home Depot in fact got the return of $500 that they continuously blamed ups for. I can’t say enough great things about the new ownership and veteran employees still there. THANK YOU!!
Terrible service. I had them pack some disassembled wooden chairs and requested they individually wrap to protect them from rubbing during transit. Well they only stuffed two pieces of bubble wrap in the box and the wooden chairs are destroyed. Paint rubbed off and gouges. The promised they would pack it well. Im out $450 for the destroyed chairs and can only claim $100 of the insurance. The store owner is the one that said he would take care of the careful packing. Thanks for destroying my furniture.
I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed when I have visited this UPS Store. Not only have I used Erics store to mail out the easy packages but when I had a package that needed some extra special handling he was always very helpful. In addition, Eric has welcomed me into his store each time I have visited by calling me by my first name! I know for a fact that on the occasions where we were running late and called him, he has stayed past his normal hours to assist both my wife and I with whatever we have needed.This is a great example of a wonderful local business and I would wholeheartedly recommend this store for mailing or any other office needs!
It sounds generic but its true, I never write reviews, however Eric was at the store today and all the reviews are 100% correct. He has excellent customer service. After reading the reviews for all the other UPS stores in Seminole i choose to drive the extra 15 mins hoping for a good experience and i was pleased that i did. I would highly recommend his this store.
Ive been to many shipping/printing stores and they were definitely nothing to write home about but my experience here convinced me to write on here about it. The thing that blew me away was the customer service that they offer. There is one young lady who is always there to greet you with a smile and make your day. Shes always got a way to make you happy with your experience there. If its a routine transaction youre in and out, but feel like youre in no rush to leave like you may often find yourself when running errands. When youre dealing with a bit of a more complicated issue she goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. I would travel past 10 UPS stores to get to this one. The staff is kind, hardworking, smart, funny, and always there when you need them. This is a small business so Ive only run into one of their members, but if shes any indication of what the others are like Ill go back plenty just to meet them.
Owner very involved and makes one feel comfortable. Most assured that services will be expedited efficiently and all information very detailed. Only one in area I prefer using.
Eric is wonderful. He allowed Childhelp, a non-profit that helps children that have been victims of abuse and neglect, to set up in front of his store front for an entire week. He graciously informed his clients so that they could get in on the fun as well. He raised 67 bags for 67 different kids in central Florida. Way to go Eric!
Ridiculous costs for printing- It shouldn’t cost $2.50 to open up documents on a usb on the computer plus the per page cost.Edit: the owner just called and yelled at me for leaving this review.Dear Sir, I hung up when you raised your voice at me. I have nothing against paying for the copies. That 100% makes sense. Paying for a computer fee plus a printing fee is what I had an issue with. When I called, that was not clearly stated- saying if I had to use the computer to pull up the information, I would have to pay.You had the opportunity to turn around a bad customer experience, but instead called me when I did not give you my cellphone number to complain that I left a negative review. You called me after I called your business, not because I left you my number. I don’t think that’s right.
The owner needs to go to basic customer service training. He is terrible and ask anyone and everyone will agree. I would prefer to drive to another state than to use the UPS store. I would not even rate this store with a single star; unfortunately this is the minimal as it is needed to complete a review. When you go in the store and ask a question on the product the Asian owner speaks in a condescending fashion. Dont ask to borrow a tiny piece of tape because that would be asking for a pint of blood. I can continue to note a million and one experiences I have encountered at this location but if after reading this review is not convincing, then good luck. There is a UPS Store located on the corner of Red Bug Lake Road next to the pizza shop and hair place where the young lady is super. She will welcome you with a smile and she also has heard from other patrons that many customers complain about the owner from the SR434 and Tuscawilla UPS store. He is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

Guy was rude when I asked for a receipt and didnt give it to me. Poor service, I will take my business elsewhere next time.---- Edit 7/22/15 ------The owner of the business contacted me and apologized for my experience and explained to me why I didnt receive a receipt. He even went out of his way to make it right and make me one. I greatly appreciate that. While I may not have enjoyed my experience with a particular employee, the owner genuinely does care about his customers and it shows. Thank you, Eric.

The owner here is awful!! Ive had a couple run ins with him but the most recent one a few months ago took the cake. His rates are extremely inflated. I needed to mail a package (it was already boxed and I knew the dimensions). He gave me the price and I was appalled by the price that was quoted (so was the other lady in there as she had just previously made the same comment about her package). He assured me that this was the price at the post office and I needed to get the package mailed so I pad it. After I got home I called the post office and gave them the dimensions of the box, the weight and the shipping method and they came out about $7 cheaper. I called back tot eh store only to find they were closed. I left a message for the owner explaining my frustration and how I felt lied to. The owner called me 2 days later and had left a message. He was extremely confrontational and defensive. There was no level of customer service. I will not sure this location again. I agree with previous reviewers that the owner needs to get some customer service training because it is clearly lacking.
Typically UPS Store with fast and friendly staff. This store is located in a convenient location, and they allow you to do everything from use their full boxing and wrapping services to bringing in your own pre-labeled UPS shipment to convey to their daily driver.

I use the UPS Store Winter Springs Town Center for all my shipping needs. You will be hard pressed to find another UPS Store location with an owner that cares about their customers they way that Eric does. Eric is always kind enough to take my calls when I have shipping questions before I head to the store. During my travels across the country, I have had to use other UPS Stores for my shipping needs. None of these other locations compare to Eric and his employees at the UPS Store Winter Springs Town Center.
