I dont know whats up with this particular Winter Springs location but twice Ive bought the Taco shells by Old El Paso and theyve been super stale. Ill avoid this location from now on. Nevermind the depressing feel inside this store.

There’s NO WAY this store gets over 2.5 stars. The management is rude. Employees dismiss you and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. They complain and throw a fit when someone doesn’t put something back in the correct spot or leave them at the self check outs or within those shelves but if you give the item to them they will throw a fit. To the women at self checkout Monday night, I CAN HEAR YOU. You should NEVER say those things about anyone let alone a customer who’s standing right there and is trying to help you out. Absolutely disgusting what things were said.Sorry you have to do your JOB.

This is our go to Walmart when we dont need a lot. It gets crowded really easily and doesnt have a lot of registers open. But it is really clean and usually has everything I need.

Really bad experience at this walmart at 5:30 pm on Monday September 22nd. It was so busy there was a long line that went all the way to the cosmetic isle. And they only had the self check outs open no real cashier in sight while you just seen walmart employees just standing around. I seen a few people just walk out because they didnt want to stand in line that long. It took me 30 mins to get to aself check out machine. Very disappointed that there was so cashiers around especially that time of day. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Just moved here to Winter Park. Found out this Walmart was less than 2 miles from my Home. Cant believe Im saying this. But this Walmart is the best Ive ever been to.

I really enjoy this place. It is good to purchase almost everything. Good prices as well.

Limited selection of products with a true Walmart experience. Im not sure why but to me Walmart has employees that generally seem not to care about their customers, the cleanliness of their stores, or in any part of the total experience. If you are looking for something particular you are more likely to find it at a Super Walmart.I recommend another grocery store with some more selection and a different level of customer service.

I came to this location to pick up a couple of things (and left with more than just a couple of things). The store was clean and well organized. I was able to find most of the items I wanted to buy without any difficulty. The cashier who rang up my puchases was very friendly and engaging. This is the third time that my wife and I placed an order online and I sat in a spot for 30 mins after I was checked in, just to find out that they did not even have my order nor did system alert them that I was checked in. Mind you that I tried 3-4 times to call the pickup line when I arrived and it went unanswered to voicemail every time. On top of everything they’ve picked rotten produce and my wife had to drive back there to replace them. I had to go back in for the same reason last time we had a pickup. This used to be our neighborhood store and we spent a lot of money on daily basis at this store but never again…

Clean and well organized. Ran in for diapers, found them easily. Self checkout was great.

The only reason I go to this location is because I live in proximity. They for some reason can never keep their shelves stocked. Their selection is small and never fully filled. Primo water machines are almost always broke or empty. The drink isle always has someone trying to stock shelves. Staff is always pleasant but scattered and rushing around to get work done.

Its sort of tucked back hidden .perfect place if your looking for a variety of shops

Nice Walmart for a quick stop of shopping. Wish the Peking lot was bigger though. Tough to find a parking spot.

I love this place. I shop there frequently. The staff are always so kind. Bonus is I have never worn a useless, ineffective, muzzle in the store. Yay!!!

Love this lil Wal-Mart.. They are so nice here and have different stuff than my Neighborhood Wal-Mart. But why are their prices higher than the bigger Wal-Marts. They must think you have no other choice but to buy it here so we can charge a lil more.. But when they have a lil clearance rack I am grabbing what I need. That rack has items on it that are $1 and normally $6 or more.. Lol.. I still stop in here real quick at times.

Always start my shopping here. They dont have the best or every item Im looking for. They do have most of it and the prices are by far better than publix.

This Neighborhood Walmart is clean and well kept. The produce section is maintained and looks nice and neat with plenty to chose from. The employees are actually wearing their masks correctly so it makes me feel safer to shop here than alot of other Walmarts. I have a new baby at home so I DO care about precautions taken at places I visit.

Quick and easy shopping and all self checkout makes this my choice for grocery shopping.

Better than Publix. They had almost everything we usually get there, cheaper, and also found other items including organic stuff.

I shop here often because of convenience and price. I give only 3 stars because they are often out of items and not all staff is as friendly as I think they should be. They also carry common products then suddenly discontinue which is frustrating. The produce isnt of the best quality. I recommend not getting more than you can use in 3 or so days as theres a good chance it will have to be trashed. Again its convenience and cost the keeps me coming back.

One of the oldeat neighborhood markets in the area but they finally replaced the old shopping carts, could use an update inside like the newer markets

The pharmacy is the absolute best. The young lady who helped me gave me some coupons and tips that drop my bill from $66 to $29. Very respectful and patient with all of the customers l saw while waiting for my order. Thank you. Curtis

The store doesnt have as many things as a super Walmart has and its kind of limited. On the other hand, its small enough to be able to get a parking space a carriage and just about everything you typically need and get out quickly! Great cashiers, pharmacy, and a friendly custodian Gloria all there to help you

The store manager is always visible here. The employees seem happy to be there with little exception. The restrooms are always immaculate and has fresh flowers on the counter. The prices are competitive. The Walmart Pay app and self check out work consistently making my shopping easier. I recently did grocery pickup at this location and everything was PERFECT! My eggs were in excellent condition as were my bananas. The order was large and it saved me from the task of going through the store which wears me out. This left me the energy to do the cooking. Thanks Walmart!

Good location. But Joshua in customer service, should be more welcoming and polite. He appeared inconvenienced that unfortunately he had to do his job and ring up my items. Be thankful to be employed, and at least try to be professional. The people that work here look miserable, the old long blonde haired woman who was bothered that she had to walk up to authorize the alcohol purchase, did not even say hello, just the worst look on her face. They literally sit or stand there watching you ring up your groceries. Whats wrong with these people. Ridiculous, pathetic.

The store was clean, the service was great, if you needed help they would help you right away, especially in the self check-out line. I was there at about 1:30 this afternoon today Monday, the 14th and the person posted in the self-checkout was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This is why I come here to do my grocery shopping. On December 14th 2020, I went to the same self-checkout and Charlene was so helpful And kind. They always are! Love this neighborhood Walmart!

Prices on food is competitive, I never notice any BOGO offers like other competitors and having flies around your produce is not a good look, to be honest I the produce overall is not good, buy that elsewhere. If you like baked goods though this is the place to go!

Best store manager I have ever witnessed. Best Walmart I have ever been to! Everything was as in order as It could get and the manager really cared about his employees and customers. Customer service was ran well and I always got excellent help.

Its a Neighborhood Market. Its pretty consistently good and well stocked.

Just had a terrible experience with the Pharmacy. They knew I was waiting in the store. They said it would take 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes later, they said it would take another 1-2 hours. I said I had been waiting 45 minutes already could they expedite. They said yes it would take at least 20 more minutes. It took 45. Not sure what is wrong with their system there. Going to Publix next time.

This is a nice smaller store. The majority of customers were smart wearing a mask in these uncertain times.

I really like going here instead of the big one . People are helpful and the arent as many people usually.

Always has my cauliflower fries, tots, and hash browns and veggie based macaroni and cheese.

If you come here later in the even the shelves are usually pretty close to empty on higher velocity items. Additionally I have quite often purchased out of date products from this location (assuming poor rotation). Customer service is superb for a WalMart though. You can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

Always very busy, but this location does a great job keeping things moving. Plenty of staff and numerous open check out lanes, which is surprising for anything Walmart. Also, I dont think theyve ever been out of stock of any product in all the times Ive shopped here. Cant go wrong with Walmart prices either. Overall this is one of the better Neighborhood Markets that Ive shopped at. Its obvious the management and staff here are superb

Too many people without masks on, and no social distancing.

Clean. People wearing mask. There was hot food, canned vegetables slim picking as well as frozen items.

A select few are regular jokers but no one is nasty. I like that the checkout lanes are quick and efficient. It seems like that is there main focus. I also notice that they are constantly collecting carts. The store is kept clean and well maintained.

This is one the best Walmart stores Ive ever been to. Great customer service, fast check out and a very clean facility. I love this Walmart store.

Lucinda at the service desk is one sharp lady. She has the lottery sales down to a tee and even though the lines were long, she moved people thru quickly and caringly.She sold me a winning ticket for $50 dollars and because I like to pay-it-fwd, I tried to tip her, but she couldnt accept it. So, yall have an honest worker and that means a lot. Thanks Lucinda!

This place is awesome. There hotel bar is dope great food and great prices. I go there at least once a week.

This is a food Wal-Mart. Some of the employees could be nicer but overall nice.

I went there a few days ago and was very concerned about the lack of sanitation during this time of heightened awareness. The sanitizer dispenser was empty as were the wipes at the entrance. None of the carts or baskets were being wiped down. Employees took baskets and carts from customers and put them back without any form of sanitation. Really not ok. It is the only grocery store I have been to that was not taking preventive measures. Very concerning. Last time I go there.

If you need to buy something fast, this is the place.

Just tried to buy a case of beer like I normally do. Apparently if your Id is not how they like it they will not sell you what you want. My ID clearly has an expiration date ...(my Id is not expired) and my birthday is clearly written as well along with not 21 untill.. fill in the blank. Its a shame Im like 5 minutes away from this store, I will be going to publix from now on.

Our store when we want to do a quick grocery run in about 10 minutes in and out. Has more product variety than our Oviedo Super Center although hard to believe. Staff friendlier than at the large monster stores. If you want to stick to groceries and avoid the merchandise distractions of the super center this is the place to go. Pain free shopping, clean, and the cutest bathroom with fresh flowers always in display. Come on down!

Whoever the (older)woman was today Sunday) before and after 2pm at the customer service counter needs to be trained to take who comes 1st is taken 1st. I had one item to return with receipt and card ready. A man pulled up next, wasnt even ready as he was looking at lottery tickets trying to decide and she chose to wait on him 1st, maybe a friend? Forcing me to wait on him to decide. This really angered me, I left, asked another associate to help me but saying I had to do it only at customer service, told her she wouldnt wait on me, so I have go to another Walmart to get service. Please use this as a training tool. Thank you
