Fantastic storage facility with units both climate controlled and outside access for those only needing a small amount of space all the way up to those storing vehicles. Very reasonable prices. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff. Top notch security with lots of cameras. Requires security code to get in AND out of gated property.

Every employee we encountered was pleasant and professional. The climate controlled unit kept our belongings safe. We had easy access and felt both ourselves and our belongings were secure. Thank you!

Look a storage unit is a storage unit. But if you want personable, friendly and courteous service that is far too rare these days, than Frank at Cube Smart Winter Springs is the guy. I honestly feel like Frank and I became friends hes so friendly. Knowledgeable as well he was able to get me what I needed with no issues, fast and efficiently. Top notch

In a crunch for a last minute move out of my apartment and I just happened to walk in to this cubesmart not knowing anything about it (just came to this storage facility specifically because it’s right next to my apartment) but I came across this extremely kind and informative employee Mayra, she told me everything I needed to know right down to the needle and the entire experience seemed seamless and easy which is exactly what I needed after such a stressful and time crunched week. Not familiar with this company much but this was a great display of customer service and a wonderful first impression.

One day my husband had to get something out of storage and he locked up the unit wrong. Frank from CubeSmart gave us a call to let us know our unit was open. It made us happy to know that they walk the grounds regularly and check on everyone’s belongings to make sure they are safe.

The prices should reflect what the property has to offer. In searching for another storage facility, we checked out another CubeSmart property that offered way more for the same price we were paying. The last experience with the CubeSmart general manager, Myra (I believe is her name), confirmed that we had made the right decision to leave that property. She had a very matter of fact attitude when we went to get our unit inspected before closing our account. She looked at the unit and told us that we can leave and she would email us the confirmation. I checked my email about 10 minutes later and noticed that I hadnt received anything, so we drove back to the property. When I approached her and asked her to give me a hard copy because I hadnt received the email, she said that I didnt have an email on file. I told her that my email was on file because her employee had verified it the week prior. She again said that I didnt. She pulled up my file and asked if my name was Theresa. I replied that it wasnt my name. She turned her computer screen to show me the file and said you see, you dont have an email on file. I looked at the file and it was for a customer named Theresa. I told her that isnt me, and gave her my unit number (which she should know since she just inspected it). She pulled up the correct file printed out the hard copy and handed it to me. Her rudeness made us happy with the decision to leave.

Had to move my stuff here for college over the summer, highly recommended. The manager here works is easy to work with and helps with any problems. I will be back next year.

Really easy to rent everything online, pay, sign contract. All of the information is emailed to you so completely contactless, but the front office was also nice to meet me and show me where everything was located and how to access the gate and my unit.

The prompt follow up to my initial inquiry, the prompt answering of phone. The texting feature of communication.

Nothing but problems since Cubesmart took over. Everything is a hassle for them and the best part? They will be raising rates yearly now. I didn’t have any issues with past ownership since 2013 (and potentially earlier.) Cubesmart is the worst. Cant wait to find another storage facility. I’m so disappointed in them.UPDATE: I reached out to customer service at their request because of this post (as you can see.) I was told my call was very important to them but it would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me. It took 9 days for them to reach out. I had done my homework by that time and found their price increase put the unit 25% more expensive than anyone in the area. Between their increase in rates during a pandemic, commitment to raising their rates annually, and the consistently poor, disrespectful customer service (which is honestly the main reason I left, not the price,) I have left this facility.I truly dont understand the attitude of this company but I will happily ensure my friends/family do not do business with them in the future. It should be noted my family and I will literally be driving past CubeSmart to my new space which is actually less convenient for me.Please do your homework before doing business with this company.

The office staff is amazing. Always welcoming and professional. Frank Vargas always greeted me by name when I paid my monthly bill. The company is very fortunate to have such friendly, hard working employees

I was in search of a storage facility with the services available and walked into the New CubeSmart and was greeted by Mayra and her colleague Frank who both were very professional, very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of the questions I had. The location is in transition but it is very organized, and the staff are attentive to ones needs.

I had my stuff here for a year and a half while I lived in a smaller home to save money, and I had no issues. Billing was always fine, and my cancellation went through perfectly and no extra billings in error. The place was always clean, I liked the climate controlled storage, and whoever was at the front desk was always nice and personable. I do want to note that you could tell some bugs had been in my boxes, maybe moths or something small like that. It had eaten holes in the packing paper, and there was a dusting of droppings in the boxes, but no damage was done. It might be good to pack important items with cedar balls or blocks to help keep them out. A few suggestions... Keep the gate closed 24/7. Most storage places are like this and you have to use your gate code any time you want to come in. I never once needed my gate code for anything as it was always open. The other thing is just the smell. You dont notice it when youre in there, but once I got all of my stuff into my new house I could smell it. I dont know if theres any way to combat it, but maybe some air fresheners in the building? Its not terrible, just like an old musty smell. Probably petty, and not a huge deal, but it weirded me out a bit. All in all I think it was a good experience and due to their convenient location, Id definitely use them again in the future if needed. (Hopefully wont be needed. :-) )

Frank was really friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all the questions i had in his briefing! i was informed on how to access my unit, how to activate the gate, of the breakdown of my charges, and of gate/store hours. thanks a ton!

I’m not one to typically leave or look at reviews too much, because you don’t know the person leaving the review.That being said, in my experience the owners Jorge and Lily are very kind people and were very easy and reasonable to work with. My unit was in excellent shape and I was using it frequently for work. Never had any issues getting in or out, or excess billing charges like I have with my current unit.My only regret was that this location was too far from where I have moved to.

This people running this place are AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

This location was just purchased by cubesmart on November 21st, 2019. It was originally a small business storage. Large location with spacious lot. Formerly had vehicle storage.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She knew that we had put the storage unit in my moms name and I just showed her my I.D., as I had forgotten the unit number. They are a bit pricey, even the smallest unit is approx. $98 per month but its a clean,newer place. Good experience for 6 mos.now.
