Great store with nice employees. Very clean and always in stock of the items I need. The store was remodeled slightly when they converted it from being a Rite Aid, and I think they made some good improvements.

Since Walgreens took over Rite Aid the pharmacy has gone way down hill. Though the pharmacists do the very best they can, the rest of the pharmacy staff seem clueless. Walgreens should go back to the way Rite Aid did things otherwise customers will go elsewhere!

Ever since Walgreens took over Rite Aid, picking up my meds has been a constant hassle! They text and tell me my meds are ready I drive all the way there and they say it can’t be filled till the next day! They often run out of one of my meds and I have to go without for days. It has just been one problem after another. I call to see if they are ready and they say, they’ll be ready tomorrow. I go there and they tell me I need a PA. If they had run it through the computer, they would have know it needed a PA. When this happens they often do not contact my drs office, like they are suppose to. Its just such a nightmare. I have fibromyalgia and often I do not feel good and, having to go through so much, just to get themeds I need, it just so hard on me. Some of the long time employees are awesome but many have left. There is constantly new people that, obviously don’t know what they are doing! I sure do miss Rite Aid.

I bought $16 worth of things and it came out to $20. Its harder to get my prescriptions there then before, I feel like I have to hassle them to get my prescriptions when before I had no problems.

I came here every month to get my prescription and each month there is an issue preventing me from getting my medication and end up going a week or more without my prescription. After communicating this problem more then once nothing has been resolved. My medication is expensive and Walgreens offers a program that makes my prescription affordable so I’m currently stuck having to go a week or so without medication.

Pharmacy automated service hangs up on me over and over again.

I am back in the area for a few months, and need a refill of a medication.Just like the summer of 2019, no answer of telephone call. Supposedly at 10:00 AM this is not the busiest time. Again, will bypass this pharmacy.

Got a false negative covid test. Why do they even test you if they arent even accurate? Then I got a real test 5 days later and so in the end it wasted a whole week.

Since Walgreens took over Rite aid the service has dropped and the prices are up.. The items they carry do not compare to what Rite Aid offered. They are so understaffed especially in the pharmacy. I get constent messages saying my perscription are ready and when I get there they are not ready. I only stay because the pharmacist themselves are great.

Ever since it changed from Riteaide to Walgreens, its been downhill. Go elsewhere if you can. I just waited 30 minutes to be told the system crashed. Long waits are frequent and they are painfully understaffed. The people are fine but they can only work with what they have and what they have isnt working. I have to go for my mother but I am probably going to have to drive out of my way now for my scripts. Walgreens ruined a good pharmacy.

Was so much easier to get a prescription before it was a walgreens

They told me on the phone my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up when it was supposed to be ready and after waiting in line for 30 minutes they told me it hadn’t been counted yet and to go to the back of the line. They need more people and are way understaffed.

Call and call on phone for pharmacy... I was on phone waiting for 20 minutes... drive thru is a joke waited 15 minutes to talk to someone there.. this Walgreens is a joke!!! Bring back rite aid

Back when this location was Rite Aid and right when they first switched to Walgreens I never ever wouldve given them 5 stars. However, I think theyve finally gotten better pharmacy techs and the cashiers are pleasent enough.The person who made me want to take a couple minutes to go on here and give them 5 stars is the lady pharmacist with the English accent. She has worked there for awhile, even when it was Riteaide if Im not mistaken, and shes super awesome. I have dealt with her more than once and every time I walk away not only satisfied, but impressed. She is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about the well being of her rx patients.
