What a beautiful little market! Weve lived here three months but this was our first time stopping in. I was very surprised to see such a great fruit veggie and meat selection... and deli counter?! So much goodness packed into such a small place.

Good selection and friendly service.I will say it’s Extremely Tacky to ask customers “do you want a bag for 10 cents”It is beneath you.Otherwise I would give you 5 stars

This is a very friendly little market. Its always clean. Their staff is always willing to help you look for something. Some prices are high and others very reasonable.

The place is great, even the smell inside reminds me of an Italian delicatessen.

It has become tradition now that we stop at this market before spending the day (or weekend) on the boat. I am Vegan and my husband is whatever you call the opposite of Vegan and we find everything we could possibly want to eat. The produce is amazingly fresh... The meat is wonderful (he says) and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

FU Winthrop market place you will never see 1cent from me or my family again and I do have a big family in Winthrop. I walked in with a clothing masked and was told to get out because I didn’t have a white mask that everyone is using. I’m wealthy with owning my electrical company and walked in with work cloths so I look dirty my excellent hygiene. All I wanted to do is buy flowers for my wife’s birthday day 1min process.

Love this market! It is always clean, organized and staff is friendly and helpful. Mom n Pop grocery stores are a dying breed, and some of WMPs sales beat the bigger chain stores sale prices. True, you end up paying more, but the comfort and ease, minus crowds and traffic, along with supporting local business will keep me shopping here

I go here mostly for meat. Great deli and meat department. Richardsons ice cream and fresh bread are a bonus. They do a great job of cultivating their selection and there are quite a few hidden gems in the prepared food section.

Wonderful staff. Tremendous deli and bakery. Amazing that it has lots of quality brands, meats, and produce for a small, neighborhood grocery store. Great rotisserie chickens.

My first time going to the Winthrop market and I was impressed not only was the place well organized clean but the employees was very friendly n respectful and the price was one of the thing that caught my attention. It wasnt pricey as other market I usually go to. I recommend everyone to go to Winthrop market u wont regret it I know I didnt n from now on I will buy my meats from there and other products.. Best spot to grab some groceries in a small town

It is a nice little town supermarket. Has everything you forgot to get at stop and shop or market basket or just need a thing here or there. Its the only place in town and they charge accordingly. wouldnt go all out food shipping here

Good for the convenience of getting a few quick items without leaving town but the selection is limited as its a small store. Produce can be questionable. Prices are a bit higher than Market Basket but at least some of it goes to the local kids working there. Bonus points for having fresh bread almost every time I go there.

Great store to shop in if you need anything at spare of the moment. Local and convenient. Excellent cold cuts. Prices are a little bit high though.

The employees babysit some of the customers like theyre stealing! Its a very uncomfortable feeling so a few of us do not go there anymore.

Disappointing. This market has some great sales, although not always honest in their marketing. You really have to watch your receipt. The items are not always fresh, as youd expect a local (only game in town) market to be. Seems they dont have any competition, which may explain their practices. Buyer beware!

I when shopping theres yesterday spend over 200 dollars, the register ran out of paper for me to get a receipt and didnt wait for her to change it people in line.. when I got home and realized I got the wrong Burger (bubba) one which are very expensive.. I called to bring them back and was told I couldnt.. I will never shop there again ..

I think they are over priced, also I went there with a paclage for ups because they are listed as a drop off/ pick up spot for UPS and they refused my package because what I interpreted as laziness on the staff. I feel that he just didnt want to carry it up to wherever they keep them
