AAR - We blame the consumer for problems that arise in us getting called when its really not because of the consumer. Then we cancel the repair request on them. Also, if theres no error code we dont come out because we dont believe in repairing anything if there isnt one even if the mechanical problem does in-fact exist.

Where do I even start? We had a warranty claim with Kitchen Aid, he was supposed to show up when they scheduled him, he called and said he was a week out. When he finally got to us he decided we needed a new part so he would call and order it, but he refused to do it that day because he didn’t want to wait on hold with the company. He told us 2 weeks max. 3 days after that two weeks he called back, after we reached out to him and said he couldn’t get the part, we’d be lucky to see it by May. We called Kitchen Aid and they flat out told us he was making things up. That the part was being shipped the next day and that they never communicated a May date to him. Finally got the part and had him over, he took a look at it and after 5 minutes said, “I don’t know how to do this, you’ll have to call them back and find someone else” are you kidding me? We wasted over a month on this guy. Do NOT waste your time, unknowledgable, incompetent and a proven liar from the companies who hired him.
Frank from AA was extremely helpful, professional and informative. Frank went above and beyond to help us with our washing machine. I would recommend him to anyone!
Even though did not use his service he was very helpful its hard to find honest people anymore
