Repairs are always done well. great selection of items and deals. unfortunate but understandable that in-store stock is slightly seasonal with some thing not available year round, but ordering through the store is an option. friendly service.

Will never get service done here again, Got a preseason check done on my skidoo and master cylinder replaced. I got home and tested my sled out to see how it runs now, they told me that its perfect and nothing needs to be done. First ride ever fired it up and was misfiring/firing only one cylinder. Talked to the service department to get my preseason check refunded and they said that they cant do anything. I spent over $300 and asked for a refund of a $100 since clearly the sled was not checked well. There was multiple things another shop recommended should be serviced with proof and pictures. It was my first and last time here, I was even thinking or buying a new sled here next year since it is close to my property. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I have brought my ATVs here 3 times. 1st time I wasn’t called for a month after they were finished and I had to call to find out they were done. 2nd and 3rd times I had to bring the arcs back because I got them home to find they were not repaired. Once I finally got them fixed I got them home and none of the hose clamps were attached. Might as well have gone to Bubbas small engine repair, would have had better service!

This dealer is the best of the best. Good selection. Friendly staff. Great prices! Sam was the salesman that took care of me. He was very honest and helpfully. Transaction was as smooth as it gets. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My mom and I brought a seadoo jet ski part to be installed and the seadoo serviced. Bob was very friendly and helpful. My mom, Herbie and I are picking up the jet ski now

Purchased a 2014 Can-am Commander off their showroom and now went back for a 4 wheeler for our 6 year old grandson and we couldnt be happier.

Last year was told 2 days on repair. It took 3 weeks and 3 times back. Back this year for warranty work was told 2 or 3 hours. It took over 8 days. I finely just took it. I’ll take it somewhere else and pay for it myself. Very rude people. Never agin!

Always a joy to go shopping there

Ordered a battery. They called me told me it was ready. I went picked it up got home and hadnt been filled. Drove 40 minutes back waited 20 minutes for them to fill it. If I didnt have my own charger I would have had to make another trip back there to pick it up. Didnt offer anything to me for waisting my time. I own my own business and the customers time is always worth something.

Emailed about getting break in service done on my ATV. Rep said they could have it done same day, couple hours. Drove an hour yo get here and either theyd have it done in a day or two or could bump a job and have it done in six hours. Guess I will find another Can Am dealer to use.

I called on a 2015 FZ 09 they had in stock and stated I would be coming to look at it from 2hrs away. I was called back shortly and notified before leaving that the current show room floor model had a very small ding in the tank. I worked with Sam and he said he checked and they had a brand new one in a crate they would be willing to set up for me.I arrived later in the day to a brand new 2015 FZ 09!! You cannot beat the pricing here, especially since they cut out the shipping, processing and set up fee.Very impressed with the customer service, pricing, service department and honesty of this shop! I would highly recommend them!
