Really poor costomer service treated like a child dont trust them they will charge you when you shouldent be charged and they lie about what they are doing the mechanic has no maners and yells at you. Never go there its a big mitake

They charged me $224 to change a carburator on a chainsaw that cost $300 brand new. $76 an hour to work on small engines. Never again, the place is a ripoff.The carburetor is only $25, you charged $70

Very poor customer service yelled at wont listen to problem then left key on drained battery was not going to pick up after hours because of the confrontation so had a friend go get it before they closed when he got there key was on battery dead they had to jump it for my friend to load it

I usually add Stabil and run my nonethanol gas out, at the end of the season. Last year I added Stabil, but didn’t run the gas out of my 40 year old Bolens. Other shops have told me its too old to work on, but NA took it in, repaired the carb, and changed the oil, the same day.I was very happy with their service, and will shop there in the future .

Absolutely recommend this place for all your chainsaw and power equipment needs, whether its repairing your old equipment or buying new. I just purchased a Husqvarna 395XP and the guys in the shop have this saw set up right. It rips through hard maple like a grizzly bear! Go check them out in Wisconsin Rapids.

I have used several small engine repair places in the past but am most impressed with these people. VERY fast service and very friendly. Other places have taken weeks to get things done. Not North American, they jumped on my Tiller repair issue and I had it back the next day.

Ive had my equipment serviced several times in the past without any problems. Came time for my snowblower to be tuned up and I went to North American to do the job. Although it was off season, for snowblowers, I found the staff friendly and willing to accept a new customer. When I picked it up and paid the bill their prices seemed to be fair and I am now back to starting my snowblower with one pull. Ill be back when I need service again.

Service is awesome. I buy all my saw chain and parts from these guys. If your looking for a chainsaw that performs, by a Husqvarna from North American.
