I was out of town visiting my family last week and I called them to see if I could get in to have my brakes done. I had never been to them before and had found them with a google search. The reason I am writing this 5 star review is because I was so stunned and grateful by their high level of integrity and honesty. When I called, they quoted me promptly for front and rear brakes, and told me I could bring it in that day. Ten minutes after dropping it off, the gentleman called me back, showed me my brakes, and explained that they do not need to be serviced and that they had tons of life left to them. I thought that they needed to be replaced because they were squeaking often when I would brake recently, but he explained that sometimes some breaks will do that, and that it doesn’t pay to replace them when they are functioning normally and work just fine. I truly appreciate that, because honestly, I did not know the difference and he could’ve totally taking advantage of my ignorance. Instead, he save me hundreds of dollars and rotated my tires for free since he had already taken them off anyway. I learned something new and appreciated their honesty so much!
