The best customer service in the sign industry.... they have made up several banners for me and have also replaced my marquee signs on my building. Excellent people to work with. I wont go anywhere else for my advertising needs!

Ordered decals quick turn around

I had a dear friend pass away on July 5th I reached out to rapid sign to make in memory of stickers I ordered 200 of them they said they have 50 of them ready by the next week… I picked 50 of them up a week later no problem they said they would contact me when they had more ready flash forward two about July 20th 3 weeks later I Contacted them and asked if they had any more ready they said no and my friends funeral was scheduled for 1 August they said they could have 50 more done by then so I went there the Friday before the funeral walked in and was told “I forgot to make them” that was the last time I have heard from them on July 30th Flash forward to today August 22nd and I still have not heard from Rapids sign or seen any more of the stickers that I ordered it’s been over a month very disappointing I’ve had many friends and family tell me that they are good guys over at rapid sign but I definitely would not recommend if you’re looking for products in a timely matter👎
