Ups sent my package on the wrong route and ended up in a different Country. Also went with express shipping for 1 to 2 business day and didnt receive on time. No apology or effort to expedite delivery. Would prefer FedEx.

Marks package as delivered, package is not here. Bet the ups driver has new stuff now.

Will not use again. Was attempting to ship firearm parts, not even a firearm itself, to a licensed FFL dealer and was told that they will not ship any firearms or firearm related parts. I was told that I need to print out my own shipping label and drop the package off at the Stevens Point distribution center.

Very efficient with parcels to send and returns, and helpful in making posters &c.

Thank God for this store. The modern shopping world of Amazon and other online retailers is so frustrating, but UPS makes it easy to return things. Thank you.

I ordered a package and it took 3 weeks it was only supposed to take about three days and the box was damaged when it arrived.

They really helped me out today. I had a package shipped there and I was running late to pick it up. I arrived 10 minutes after close but they made sure I received that package. Thank you very much for the good service.

This specific location - Wisconsin Rapids UPS Store is not consistent as to what the UPS rules on what can and cannot be shipped. Poor customer service. Will NOT be using the Wisconsin Rapids UPS store for any shipping in the future.

Ive been using them to receive packages for me since March 2017. Everyone there is pleasant and professional. Ive also used them for printing, notarizing and shipping/mailing. Rates for everything are very reasonable. Im very happy and plan to keep doing business with them.

I was inadvertently directed to this store by Google. The young lady was very sarcastic & condescending. For example: I stated that I found online that they shipped Fedex. She said “you saw it on the website?” I said “yes”. She said “I don’t think you did”. Then I explained that I googled it & she proceeded to say “oh, well I can’t control google”. This is a prime example as to why young kids get a bad rap these days. Customer Service is KEY......Just Saying. Won’t be returning for any shipping needs.

I recently shipped an Ebay sale — a 1950s porcelain pedestal drinking fountain — through the Wisconsin Rapids UPS Store. I also paid them to pack it for me. Three days later it arrived at my customers residence with the base all smashed up. The people were polite and efficient, but I think with an item like this they need a bit more training with packaging. I was quite disappointed. Im sure this is unusual, and I suppose its possible that some driver or other warehouse worker dropped the container four or five feet off a dock somewhere en route, but still... the piece is gone forever.
